Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life. Romans 6:4.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
In Christ, I have made you complete. Colossians 2:10; 1 Thessalonians 5:23-34. It is the fulfillment of the plans I have for you, to give you SHALOM (nothing missing, nothing broken, no one alone—complete, whole and entire in every area, filled to all the fullness of goodness and love) and not evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11. Christ in you, your hope of glory. In Christ, I gave you everything I have, and that is infinite, without measure, and it is forever. Romans 8:17; Galatians 4:7. In Him are all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Colossians 2:3, and I have put you in Christ, sealed you there by the Holy Spirit, and Christ has become wisdom to you from Me, and righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. 1 Corinthians 1:30. And He baptizes you in the Holy Spirit and fire, so that the great Paraclete, the Spirit of Truth, My power and glory, abides with you and in you FOREVER. John 14:16-17. Once you are a new creation in Christ it is forever. 2 Corinthians 6:17. The old things have passed away (your sins are gone forever) and new things have come. Live in newness of life. Romans 6:4.
I have made you a promise of eternal life, Titus 1:2, and I have fulfilled that promise in the gift of My Son. Whoever believes in Him has eternal life and will never perish. John 3:16. Eternal life is in Jesus. 1 John 5:11. And I have sealed you in Jesus and commanded Him to raise you up on the Last Day. Ephesians 1:13, John 6: 38-40. Grace and truth came to you in Jesus Christ. John 1:17. And grace is My Divine life in you, making you a partaker of My nature and filled with My fullness, which is My Spirit. 2 Peter 1:4; Ephesians 3:20.
The ultimate gift of My love to you is Jesus. He makes you One with Me and joins you forever in the Godhead filling you with My love and light by the gift of My Holy Spirit. He is your victory, He is your righteousness, He is your redemption, He is your sanctification, He is your glorification, He is your freedom, He is your Savior, He is your bread of life, He is your provision, He bore all your pains, sins, and diseases, He bore your poverty and abandonment so that you are redeemed from those, and above all, He is your very life. My Word is not an idle word but is your very life. Deuteronomy 32:47. Rooted and grounded in Him you can draw upon all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, all the fullness of love, and all the majesty and glory of your Heavenly Father.
And it should make a huge difference in your life when you have taken Jesus as your Lord and become a new creation in Him. And I have given you the greatest gift of all: “By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him.” 1 John 4:9. You are not on your own in this world. I have given you My Son so you can live your life through Him—with His wisdom, with His strength, with His faith, and with His authority.
Take a look at the disciples of Jesus before and after being born again. Before Jesus died and I raised Him up, they were unable to cast the demon spirit out of the young boy and heal him of his seizures. I called them an unbelieving and perverse lot. Mark 9:14-29. After they were born again in that upper room when Jesus stood among them in His resurrection glory and had received the baptism of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost, many signs and wonders were taking place among the people at the hands of the Apostles, Acts 5:12, to such an extent that the people from the cities in the vicinity of Jerusalem were coming together, bringing people who were sick or afflicted with unclean spirits, and they were all being healed. Acts 5:15-16.
Before being born again and filled with the Holy Spirit, Peter denied My Son and sank when he walked on the water. After he was born again and filled with the Holy Spirit, he preached to thousands, when thrown in jail he was let out by an angel, and when he walked through the streets, they even carried the sick out into the streets and laid them on cots and pallets, so that when Peter came by at least his shadow might fall on any one of them. Acts 5:15. Christ was no longer just with him, He was in him and Peter was clothed in Him.
And look at Peter and John going up to the Temple at the hour of prayer, no longer were they looking at one another in jealousy of who was greater, instead in unity they told the lame beggar they would give him what they had and they raised him up in perfect health to leap and run in joy. And the man had never walked in his life. They had something they had not had before they were born again and baptized in My Holy Spirit. They had the Name above every other name and they had His power residing in them. They had faith in the power of His Name.
And Peter was present when Jesus raised the daughter of Jairus from the dead, as well as when He raised Lazarus and the widow’s son, but after being born again and filled with My Spirit, Peter raised Tabitha from the dead. Acts 9:40.
And you have it too. Peter wrote to you, “Simon Peter, a bond-servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, to those who have received a faith of the same kind (value, preciousness) as ours, in the righteousness of our God and Savior, Jesus Christ: Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord; seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us in His own glory and excellence. For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust.” 2 Peter 1:1-4.
And consider My servant Paul. Before he was born again and filled with the Holy Spirit, he persecuted all those who followed My Son and took them to death. He had never worked a miracle and had never cast out a demon. After being born again and filled with My Spirit, I performed extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul, so that handkerchiefs or aprons were even carried from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out. Acts 19:11-12. He became more than a conqueror and Satan could not keep him down. He cast out demons and healed the sick. And Paul raised a young man from the dead who fell out a window when Paul was preaching all night. Acts 20:7-12.
And what did My Son tell you to do? Witness in the power of the Holy Spirit to all men of all nations and places. And what were you to do? You who believe in His Name were to cast out demons and lay your hands on the sick so that they recover. Do you? You can. My Word is true.
I love you. You can start today, right where you are, to live in the power of the Holy Spirit and live through, with, and in Jesus. “And Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit, and news about Him spread through all the surrounding district. And He began teaching in their synagogues and was praised by all.” Luke 4:14-15.
