Little children, let us not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and truth. We will know by this that we are of the truth, and will persuade our heart before Him in whatever our heart condemns us; for God is greater than our heart and knows all things. 1 John 3:18-20.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
I am greater than your heart. Many of you are judging and condemning yourselves in your own hearts, but I am greater than your heart and I know all things.
To worship with no hindrance, your heart must not be condemning you. If your heart does not condemn you, you have confidence before Me and you are able to receive from Me the good I want to give you and do for and in you. 1 John 3:21. But if you are feeling that I am displeased with you, you will not be able to enjoy worship or receive what I am trying to give you. But I want you to know that I am greater than your heart. And that is today’s life lesson on how to live the beautiful lifestyle of worship: “Greater than your heart.”
How can you persuade your heart that you are not condemned? By walking in love. The answer is simple but there is much that you must understand to be released into this walk. For here I am referring to the two things that will put your heart at peace, walking in love with Me and walking in love with your brethren. And that was why Jesus called those the two greatest commandments on these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. Matthew 22:40. He knew that on those two also hung your relationship with Me and whether your heart could rest in Mine as you walk out your life upon the earth. That was the reason behind Him telling you to forgive as you stood to pray.
But at the Passover meal before He died to reconcile you with Me in total love, He just centered on one commandment for the disciples, “Love one another as I have loved you.” And how did He love you, His followers? By seeing you as a new creation in Him. And that is how I love you so totally as well. I cannot look at sin, but now you can come before Me for He has made you holy, blameless, and beyond reproach in My sight. Colossians 1:22. In Him, I have made you a new creation.
But let Me back up a bit. My beloved John, who understood that I am love and wrote that for you for the first time—not just that I have great love that endures forever but that I AM Love, wrote to you about how to have hearts free from condemnation, as he did. By My Spirit on and in him, he wrote for you:
“Do not be surprised, brethren, if the world hates you. We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love abides in death. Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. We know love by this, that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoever has the world’s goods, and sees his brother in need and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God abide in him? Little children, let us not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and truth. We will know by this that we are of the truth, and will persuade our heart before Him in whatever our heart condemns us; for God is greater than our heart and knows all things. Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before God; and whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight. This is His commandment, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us. The one who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. We know by this that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us. 1 John 3:13-24.
Put on love and forgive your brother as I have forgiven you. How do I forgive you? I make you a new creation in Christ by His blood shed for you and your new birth by the imperishable seed of My Word. I do not just forgive you; I create you anew in Christ Jesus. And what does this mean? “Therefore from now on we recognize no one according to the flesh; even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him in this way no longer. Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come!” 2 Corinthians 5:16-17.
What am I telling you? I am telling you that all who have received Jesus as Lord, the past is GONE as far as sin, evil thoughts, abusive words, lustful behavior are concerned, and if you once knew them that way, it is time you no longer did. Stop seeing those in your home as evil, remembering all the abusive words they said and sinful habits they had. It is time to go forward and see them as I see you, A NEW CREATION IN CHRIST JESUS, the old things have PASSED AWAY, behold new things have come. And all this is from Me, not you for there is no way you can eradicate past evil deeds but one, and that is by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ your Savior and Lord. I reconciled you to Myself through Christ and gave you the ministry of reconciliation. I was IN Christ reconciling the world to Myself, not counting their trespasses against them, and I have committed to you the word of reconciliation. Therefore, you are ambassadors for Christ, as though I were making an appeal through you.
I made Jesus who knew no sin to be sin on your behalf, so that you might become righteousness with My own righteousness in Him. My eyes are too pure to look at sin, but now I can look at you without seeing even one speck of sin for Christ took it all and I looked away from Him while He bore it. He cried out, “My God, My God, why have you forsaken Me?” And because He was willing to do that for you, you who are in Him never have to say it. For I will NEVER leave you or forsake you for I see and love in you what I see and love in Christ.
And here I must pause and talk with you heart to heart to relieve your heart of all fear that you are not right with Me. Have you been with Me all this time and do not know Me? I AM love. You have to understand that by My Spirit in you. It takes revelation to know what great lengths I have gone to in order to make right all that man has done wrong. Man has rebelled against and rejected Me from the start, but I have not turned away from you. I have called you back to Me from where you’ve gone astray. Why? Love never fails.
I have now made all of you who choose Me and who choose to change from your ways to My way, a new creation in Christ. In Christ came the perfect man. He was totally given to and united with Me. In Him, there was no rebellion, no pride, no seeking of His own interests in contradiction to Mine, and no interest in speaking or doing any works unless they agreed with Mine. He kept His loving eyes on Me and on you. He was totally given to Me of His own accord, of His own choice. The devil tried all the temptations he had given Adam and Eve to cause their downfall and which he has brought to every person since so successfully but Jesus never turned away from Me. He set His face like flint. The devil could not budge Jesus’ faithfulness to Me no matter what he brought against Him.
And when you believed the good news of your salvation in Jesus, I sealed you in Him by My Holy Spirit so that you can live your life through Him. But it is a choice you must keep making every day and not return to your former way of life. If you continue in the faith firmly established and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel that you have heard, which was proclaimed in all creation under heaven.
The love of Jesus for Me when He walked among you according to the flesh was so great it cannot be measured or comprehended. And I had the same love for Him, and Jesus tells you that I love you just as much as I loved Him. And I do. But you could even dare to say boldly that My love for you is even greater for I punished Him in your place and brought Him down to the dust of death for you so that you will never have to go there.
I have made you complete in Christ. I have made Him to be wisdom unto you and righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. 1 Corinthians 1:30. For by one offering of Himself He has perfected for ALL time those who are sanctified. Hebrews 10:14. Sanctified by His Blood and by the Word. And for you who have loved His appearing in the world to take away your sins, I give the crown of righteousness. 2 Timothy 4:8. Take hold of that which is life indeed. 1 Timothy 6:17-21. Do not be content with counterfeits.
Press on so that you may lay hold of all which I have given you in Christ Jesus. See yourself as I do, a new creation in Christ. Your sins and lawless deeds I remember no more. Forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what is ahead, press on toward the goal of the prize of My upward call to you in Christ. Philippians 3:12-13. And see your brethren that way too, and press on together to your high calling in Christ. Join in worship.
You just do not understand if you are condemning yourself before Me in your heart. You do not understand My heart at all. I forgive you for My own sake because of who I am. And I did it justly in Christ Jesus. In Him you are justified, sanctified, washed clean in His blood, you are justified, sanctified, made holy in My sight.
Come now, and let us reason together, though your sins are as scarlet, they will be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they will be like wool. If you are willing and obey, you will eat the best of the land; but if you refuse and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword. The sword of your own words. By your words you are acquitted and by your words you are condemned. Do not condemn yourself. I do not. There is no condemnation now for those who are in Christ Jesus.
Do not make serving Me so difficult. My yoke is easy and My burden light. In seeing Jesus, you see Me. In hearing Jesus, you hear Me. Learn from Jesus and you will see My heart. And He is gentle and humble of heart. In My heart you can rest, find peace, find healing, find love, and learn how to love as I love. You can learn from Me how to see your brethren as new creations in Christ and realize they are no longer the same person you knew in the flesh even if they are still living according to the flesh. Like many of you, they just have not renewed their minds to new creation realities so they are living in their old mentality. Put off the old man and put on the new. Put on the garment of praise in place of the spirit of heaviness. I am seeking those who worship in spirit and in truth. And that is new creation worship.
I share My heart with you by My Spirit dwelling in you and that is the gift that Jesus came to give you. First He had to take away, carry away and lift off you, all your sins, rebellion, disobedience, and reconcile you with Me. He had to redeem you from the curse of the law, that is, take the punishment for you so you could be free to receive the gift of righteousness (the Blessing of Abraham) and the promise of the Spirit by faith.
Worship will take you up to a level greater than your heart and there I can show you great things you otherwise cannot know. Worship takes you out of seeing only yourself to seeing yourself in Me.Worship opens to you the secrets of My heart.
I love you. Walk in love, see yourself and others as new creations with the past gone and so much to come. The past is over, finished and gone, it’s time to step up and sing a new song. I am your God, I’m calling to you, come life in the light of My love. I am love and everything else is foreign to Me. I think, talk, and walk in love. It is My nature. And you were created anew in My image and according to My likeness in Christ. And when you worship in love and walk all day in love, your heart will not condemn you. But if you get out of that flow and start hating others and concentrating on who you and others are merely in the flesh, your heart will condemn you.
Then let Him be gracious to him, and say, ‘Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom.’ Let his flesh become fresher than in youth, let him return to the days of his youthful vigor. Then he will pray to God, and He will accept him, that he may see His face with joy, and He may restore His righteousness to man. He will sing to men and say, ‘I have sinned and perverted what is right, and it is not proper for me. ‘He has redeemed my soul from going to the pit, and my life shall see the light.’ Behold, God does all these oftentimes with men, to bring back his soul from the pit, that he may be enlightened with the light of life. Job 33:24-30.
