The woman said to Him, “I know that Messiah is coming (He who is called Christ); when that One comes, He will declare all things to us.” Jesus said to her, “I who speak to you am He.” John 4:25-26.
The LORD is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18
The LORD helps them and delivers them; He delivers them from the wicked and saves them, because they take refuge in Him. Psalm 37:40
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
I give you assignments. I gave Adam an assignment—to guard and cultivate the Garden. I gave Adam and Eve an even bigger assignment—to be fruitful and increase to take dominion of the earth and to replenish it with the seed I gave them. I gave Noah an assignment to build the ark and save the human race from perishing—an assignment of salvation for all in the ark. I gave Abraham an assignment to go to a land I would show Him and there to begin the line that would birth the Messiah and bless every family on earth. I gave Moses an assignment to lead My people out of slavery to freedom and the Promised Land—an assignment of redemption and salvation. I gave Joshua an assignment to take My people into the Promised Land and conquer it. I gave Mary an assignment and she bore the One that would save all people from their sins and destroy the works of the devil. And I could name you an assignment I gave to every person from the beginning to the end of time. And you all have many assignments, not just one. There are assignments of the moment, of the day, of the year and of your life. But they all work together to bring salvation in every situation. I am always up to something good.
Your assignment is always to increase. I bless you to be a blessing. Your assignment never is to keep you where you are but to take you, and those I call with you, to a higher place. A place of salvation. It all starts with a vision in the Spirit and it ends with the manifestation in the physical, if you don’t quit. Remain faithful to your assignment and it will come to pass—I have created you in Christ Jesus for a life of good works that I prepared for you in advance. My plans for you outnumber the sands of the sea and the stars of the sky for your assignments will continue throughout all eternity. They don’t stop with this age, but continue through all the ages to come.
I am going to tell you two very important words. Never forget them. Always let them sustain you. Here they are: GOD SAVES.
GOD SAVES. Nothing is too hard for Me.
GOD SAVES. Never forget those two words. All redemption hangs on it. All new beginnings come from it. All miracles are born from it. And all creation lives in it. And all assignments are contained in it.
When I am for you, nothing can overcome you. I save.
I love you so much I gave you My Son, Yeshuah (Salvation), to save you from eternal death to eternal life. Salvation—health, healing, prosperity, provision, deliverance, protection, escape, and predilection. Jesus had an assignment. He came to save you. And He gave you an assignment to do the works He did and greater. You are to be ministers of reconciliation. You are to bring the good news of Jesus to all you encounter (assignments) to partner with Me and My Son in the goal of saving and setting people free from the darkness into My marvelous light.
You are right to witness to souls. Salvation should be your goal in every person you talk to. That is how Jesus lived and walked among you. He came to seek out and save the lost.
It is My will that all people be saved and come to know the truth. My purpose is salvation. My desire is to save you in every area of your life. I desire above all that you prosper and be in good health, even as your soul prospers.
Jesus always did what pleased Me. He only spoke My Words and did the works I showed Him. And what did He do? He came to save. He did not come to condemn the world but to save it. Have you never read, “For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.” John 3:17. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil.
Take a look at Jesus as He talked to the Samaritan woman at the well. He was working up to her salvation. It is a good model for you to follow in witnessing. First, He followed My direction and went out of His way to be at a certain place at a certain time. When He got there, He was not distracted from His assignment by His disciples seeking to go off and get food. He let them go and remained waiting by the Well for the woman that needed salvation. When she came, He did not sit and let her go by and leave. No, He determined to strike up a conversation. He began where they were. She was getting water, so He talked about that. You may be at the market, at the gas station, on the bus, walking along the street, and you will encounter the one I sent to you as your assignment of the moment. And you just smile and begin a conversation about the things of earth. But soon you will turn it to Heaven. That is what Jesus did. It started as a drink of water at the well and went to the living water that fills your heart and leaps to eternal life—the water you drink and never thirst again. And now, Jesus had her attention. She got interested to see what He knew that she did not. And then I gave Him a Word of Knowledge about her life. I will do that for you if you listen in your heart as you witness. It took her aback and caused her mind to go up a level to the supernatural. She then asked a question about worship and you may have the same in your encounter, suddenly there is a question about deeper matters. And Jesus had the answer. I will give you wisdom and knowledge that no one can take exception to or contradict—for who will contradict that God is love, loves them, and has a beautiful life all prepared for them in advance for them to enjoy. And give them the good news that all their sins are not just forgiven but gone in Jesus. Jesus told her of living water that she could have for the asking—just by asking Him for a drink. And then He led her from her sinful life, with no condemnation in Him, to a place of worship that led to the revelation of the Messiah and ended in her declaring Him to be the Messiah to the entire town and leading them all to salvation. John 4:1-38.
I give you assignments, but ultimately, they are always to save and to bless, to increase and expand, both you and those I send across your path. Some I will send to be partners with you in the work I have given them and you to do – partners together in this great and beautiful work of salvation.
Like Moses you can say to people, “Do not fear! Stand by and see the salvation of the LORD which He will accomplish for you today.” Exodus 14:13. And lead them in the Romans 10:9-10 prayer of salvation. And together you can join the song of Moses, David and Isaiah, “The LORD is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation.” Exodus 15:2.
With joy you will draw water at the springs of Salvation. Isaiah 12. And it is always more fun to draw it along with others. Run to the sweet fragrance of the anointing and others will follow.
By inspiration of My Spirit, My apostle Peter wrote to you about this, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. In this you greatly rejoice, even though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been distressed by various trials, so that the proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ; and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, obtaining as the outcome of your faith the salvation of your souls.” 1 Peter 1:4-8.
I love you. Because you have loved Me, therefore I will deliver you; I will set you securely on high, because you has known My name. You will call upon Me, and I will answer you; I will be with you in trouble; I will rescue you and honor you. With a long life I will satisfy you and show you My salvation. Share it. Think if Jesus had not witnessed to that woman by the well. By missing her, He would have lost a whole town to the Kingdom. Think about that next time you don’t share your faith throughout your day as you go about your busy life. Never be too busy to bring a soul to salvation. Target your conversations. Never live an aimless life. Everyone you talk to needs what you have. And I have called you and qualified you, so have no fear to step out with Jesus and save those I send across your path, all day every day.
