Therefore, do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised. For yet in a very little while, He who is coming will come, and will not delay. But My righteous one shall live by faith; and if he shrinks back, My soul has no pleasure in him. But we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the preserving of the soul. Hebrews 10:35-39.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
I want you to envision greater things. Instead of drawing back, I want you to go forward. Therefore, do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done My will, you may receive what was promised. For yet in a very little while, I who am coming will come, and will not delay. But My righteous one shall live by faith; and if he shrinks back, My soul has no pleasure in him. Hebrews 10:35-38. I want to give you your full reward.
When reverses come, do not give up and draw back. Go forward in faith with your vision. But if things are not going according to My promises, which are “yes” to you in Christ Jesus, then you may need to make adjustments in your personal walk with Me. If your finances, health, relationships, and your life in general is not where it should be according to My Word, then something is wrong in your life, and it is not My Word. Cry out and let Me show you.
Success is a number of small decisions made every day. The path of the righteous is like the light of dawn that shines brighter and brighter until the full day. I will begin to train you in My system of how to prosper if you will let Me. I resist the proud, but I give grace to the humble. If you honor Me, I honor you, if you despise Me, you will be lightly esteemed. If you are willing and obedient that is all I need to do the rest so that you have the best of the land. It is a partnership. I need you to declare My Word and give Me authority on earth and you need My wisdom, power, and righteousness. True victory is not by human power, but by My Spirit.
You need to take territory away from the devil and get it back in My Kingdom. I told Joshua to take territory. And he did. But he did it by first renewing his mind with My Word. Once he did that he could go forward. And he needed correction and new encouragement along the way, like at the defeat at Ai. He needed to learn how to stand in what appeared to be a contradiction to My promise but really was not. And he opened his heart to receive instruction. And he did make his way prosperous and successful, for I am the LORD your God, who teaches you to profit and leads you in the way you should go. Isaiah 48:17. And I lead you in paths of righteousness. I teach you to walk in integrity.
When you do things wrong, do not hide them and pray to keep them hidden from people, this will entangle you in more lies and a web of fear. Instead, face them and bring them out before Me into My light and I will work with you to bring you resolution and promotion and to go forward with the saints in light. For I so loved the world, that I gave My unique and precious, only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. I did not send My Son into the world to judge and condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of My Son. John 3:16-18.
Now pay attention to what I tell you here: This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the Light and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in Me. John 3:19-21. Do you see what I am saying? If when conflict comes and there is something you have done that you are trying to hide so that you do not come into the light, if you continue to cover it up in darkness and blame others, you are not walking in righteousness and integrity, you are not seeking My Kingdom first and My righteousness which I have given you. You are not living by faith but fear. If instead you make a quality decision not to lie about things, but to open up to the light and be truthful, without blaming Me and others for what you did, then it will give you a great relief, as if a burden had been removed from your shoulders. You will be laying aside the encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles you, and be able to again run with endurance the race that is set before you, fixing your eyes on Jesus, the Light of the world, and the author and perfecter of faith. Hebrews 12:1-2. You are no longer trying to keep secret what was done but you have exposed it to the light. And when you do that, I can cleanse you of all unrighteousness. As long as David hid what he did with Bathsheba, and kept it in the dark, it led to more and more sin, but once he brought it into the light, I cleansed him.
If you say that you have fellowship with Me and yet walk in the darkness, you lie and do not practice the truth; but if you will walk in the Light, as I Myself am in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of My Son Jesus cleanses you from all sin. 1 John 1:6-7. And it is at that point the spirit of fear will leave you for you have stepped into integrity. Adam hid in fear and would not acknowledge to Me what he had done. I had to tell him that he had done it, though he knew it quite well. And when I brought it out, he tried to cover up his responsibility by blaming his wife and also Me for pulling her out of him to be his partner. Genesis 3:12.
I want you to look at the story of Gideon. I had given the Israelites the promised land. But after Joshua and all those who had known him died, the new generation that came up did not know My Word. Each man did whatever he thought right in his heart. And there was chaos. And you see that in your nation today. And in the time of Gideon, the Israelites began losing territory and their wealth to their enemies. They planted seed but their enemies took their harvest. Something was wrong. And there was a reason why. The Israelites became impoverished and at first they just accepted it and hid what they could. But finally they cried out to Me. They knew something was wrong since My promises were not manifesting in their lives. And it may be like that in your life. Something is wrong in your life.
When the Israelites cried out to Me, I sent them My Word. I told them I had given them the land but now they abandoned My laws and were worshipping the idols of the nations around them. They did not understand the Covenant and how to operate in the Kingdom. I began to correct, mentor and teach them how to operate. And so I will with you. My Kingdom is one of honor and integrity.
You must know who you are in Christ. When conflict comes do not withdraw and hide. You are a mighty champion. I told Gideon, as he hid in fear, beating out the wheat in secret, that he was a mighty hero who would deliver Israel from the vast army of the Midianites, but he doubted My Word and blamed Me for the predicament that he and My people were in. I wanted to deliver My people and I told him I would be with him and he would lead his people to victory. But first he had to learn integrity, honor and faith in My Word. He had to stop blaming Me for his plight and look at himself. He had to stop worshipping idols and learn again how to walk with Me as His LORD. He needed to participate.
He doubted he could conquer the Midianites because he looked at himself and his abilities, but he did not look at Me. David looked at Me and knew he could knock down Goliath, Gideon looked at himself and saw nothing but defeat.
Obviously, he could not do the battle against the enemy in his own strength, but I told him I would be with him and he should go with Me in the strength he had and I would supply the rest.
I then began to give him what to do. In his own strength he had to deal with himself first, his mindset, his integrity before Me, and his lifestyle. He lived in a dysfunctional environment where his family and neighbors worshipped the idol Baal and not Me. They held Me and My Word in low esteem. So I told him to make a change in his priorities and put Me first, and not next year, but that day. So I told him to tear down the altar to Baal in his yard and build Me an altar so that things would be right. I wanted him to enter My jurisdiction so I had authority to come in and give him victory.
Once you have your life in right standing in Me, and you do that by taking Jesus as Lord and putting My Word in first place, you have changed jurisdictions, but then you must change systems. And once you have, and a problem comes, don’t retreat, no matter how dire it looks, instead, you must confront the problem and face the enemy. But when you do that a wonderful thing happens, My Spirit comes upon you in the conflict. Once you engage the conflict based on your confidence in Me, once you decide NOT to let the devil take your territory and your destiny, then the wisdom and the power show up. And then I reveal to you My plan to deal with the conflict. Once you are willing to engage the conflict, that is, you stop looking at the problem and seeing failure and giving in with no fight, then I give you My plan to carry it out. Submit to Me and then resist the devil and he will flee. And he will learn who you are. If you are willing to confront him and get him out, he will have to stop stealing from you and taking your destiny. You will have him on the run every time. It really becomes rather fun. You can laugh at his tactics when you know how to get rid of him.
Never give up on your dreams. When is the last time you woke up happy? Or did you wake up in depression and anxiety? When was the last time you laughed in pure joy? Has it been too long? It is time for you to look at your life and find out what is wrong. Because in My presence there is fullness of joy. And I have shared My Words with you so My joy may be in you and your joy may be full. I designed you to win, not to retreat in shame. It is not too late for you. Dream with Me again. I made you unique, there is no one else like you, and I am with you. I am able to do exceedingly more than anything you can ask or imagine. There is no limit. I give the Spirit without measure to those who keep My Words.
I love you. Remember, you are on a journey. Start walking with Me, go in the strength that you have, but once you decide to go, My grace will supply the rest. And I never leave you or forsake you. I will give you the plan and I will give you the victory, like I did for Gideon. He took down the enemy and gave Israel back its territory and its harvests. Go and do the same for I am with you
