“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking fine pearls, and upon finding one pearl of great value, he went and sold all that he had and bought it.” Matthew 13:45-46
And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; each one of the gates was a single pearl. Revelation 21:21.
“Do not give what is holy to dogs, and do not throw your pearls before swine, or they will trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.” Matthew 7:6
Attaining to all the wealth that comes from the full assurance of understanding, resulting in a true knowledge of God’s mystery, that is, Christ Himself, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
Today your LORD (יהיה) God says:
You have to learn to forget. If you want to go forward to the great things I have planned for you, you have to forget certain things that otherwise hold you back from knowing who you really are. You did not make yourself. I made you. So to know yourself you have to look in the mirror of My Word and there, in My Word, you will see your true image. Paul knew, he wrote, “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord Spirit.” 2 Corinthians 3:18. The image you see of yourself in My Word, in Jesus who is My Word, directs you to see yourself made righteous, redeemed, blameless, holy and beyond reproach. You see yourself more than a conqueror. You see yourself purified from all sin. You see yourself as above and not beneath, you see yourself as one who can exercise authority. You see yourself filled with the Holy Spirit and power. But above all, you see yourself as precious to Me, beloved, favored, and blessed with every spiritual blessing in Heaven. You see yourself as victorious. You see yourself as a king and a priest. You see yourself as never alone. You see that in every situation you have a helper with the solution and the wisdom to get you through in triumph even if you caused the problem. You have a counselor who knows all and will lead you and guide you. You have a future and hope. And suddenly you see yourself as an owner, a joint heir with Christ, who has been given My Kingdom, My Son, and My Spirit as your own. You see yourself as a game changer.
Your problem is not faith, it is your image of yourself. You cannot have faith with a grasshopper image of yourself, with a sick image of yourself, with a weak and inadequate image of yourself, or with a sinful image of yourself or a failure and defeated image of yourself. The righteous are as bold as a lion. Established in righteousness you are far from oppression. The owner of a business sees himself in a different light and relationship to his work than the clerk at entry level position does. I have made you a little lower than Myself, crowned you with glory and honor, and given you rule over the works of My hands. In fact, I would like you to consider Psalm 8:
O LORD (יהוה), our Lord (אדוני), how majestic is Your name in all the earth, who have displayed Your splendor above the heavens! From the mouth of infants and nursing babes You have established strength, because of Your adversaries, to make the enemy and the revengeful cease. When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have set in place; what is man that You take thought of him, and the son of man that You care for him? Yet You have made him a little lower than God, and You crown him with glory and majesty! You make him to rule over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet, all sheep and oxen, and also the beasts of the field, the birds of the heavens and the fish of the sea, whatever passes through the paths of the seas. O LORD, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth!
What is in your nature comes naturally. You are in My image, you are a natural ruler. An entrepreneur. You were born to rule the works of My hands. But once, because of Adam submitting to the devil, you got born out of My Kingdom into the realm of darkness, your mind was blinded by Satan to who you really are. The devil stole your identity and took you captive to do his will. Isn’t it time you broke off those chains by declaring who you really are and getting the picture in your heart from what you see of yourself in My Word? It is time to know you are a citizen of My Kingdom and the evil one cannot legally touch you. Enforce that citizenship and let Me be your resource, source, and defender.
In the beginning, your nature was like Mine. Born again you are righteous with My righteousness in Christ Jesus. Old things have passed away because you are in a different nature. The old man is gone, the new has come. Guilt, shame, sin, regret, reproach, and all these died with your old man when you got born again and are gone. To walk in your true nature you have to forget your old way of living and your old state of mind.
Born again, the Kingdom of Heaven is now within you. You access it in your spirit and the spirit realm has no boundaries or limits for those who believe. You have a treasure in your earthen vessel (your body was formed of the dust of the earth, but your spirit and your soul are breathed into you from Me in the Spirit). In your shell there is a pearl of great price. When you find that pearl you are willing to sell out of the world system into the Kingdom. You are willing to renew your mind and no longer be conformed to thinking as the world does—the survival mentality. That precious pearl is to know what you have access to within your shell. Man looks at the outward appearance but I look deeper. I look to see what is in your heart, your inner man. And if you believe, Christ is in you, your hope of glory. In you I see My glory shining on the face of Christ. I gave Him to you. As He is so are you in this world.
Paul had accessed the Kingdom and he cried out, “O the depth of riches, and wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable His judgments, and inscrutable His ways!” And yet I have given you the mind of Christ. The anointing. If you lack wisdom, ask Me without a doubt, and I give it to you generously. It is the pearl of great price. In Christ are all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, and you access this wisdom by the Spirit. Pray in the Spirit.
Jesus, trying to give you an idea of what you have in the Kingdom, said, “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking fine pearls, and upon finding one pearl of great value, he went and sold all that he had and bought it.” Matthew 13:45-46. He likens the Kingdom to a pearl of great value, and the only one of that value. And when you acquire that Pearl, for it has pleased Me to give you who follow the Good Shepherd the Kingdom, that Pearl becomes the open door to all the Kingdom. Remember? When John saw the Heavenly Jerusalem, My Kingdom city, what did he see? Twelve open gates, three in each direction, “And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; each one of the gates was a single pearl.” Revelation 21:21. That hidden wisdom, that pearl within your shell, becomes your access to all in the Kingdom. You are a house of God and a gate of Heaven.
But do not give your pearls to swine. You cannot mix the world with the Kingdom. For love of the world system is enmity to Me. You cannot operate in the Kingdom by earth system rules. That is what I meant by you have to learn to forget. You have to forget all the mean things people said to you that you are still harboring and remembering about those people, even close family members. Do not sit speaking ill of your siblings, parents, boss, and others. That is world system mentality. It is bitter, pitiful, victim oriented. It tries to get even, using court systems to strike out at one another or just lining up families in divisions. You have to forget all the foolish things you did and forgive yourself as I have forgiven you in Christ. I remember your sins and offenses no more, I took care of them in Jesus, you have to forget as I have. Paul had done many foolish, evil things against My followers, but he knew I had forgiven him in Jesus, and he wrote, “Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:13-14. To go on, the first thing he had to do was forget what lay behind.
Some of you are on hold because you have put yourselves in park due to past regrets and guilt, past failures and disappointments, and you are not willing to lay that aside and go forward. It is an encumbrance for you that is keeping you from running your race. Do not get distracted by things that are no longer in the way if you let them go.
Learn to forgive. Learn to forget. Learn to live your life for My glory, that is, a life filled with My presence, My power, and My goodness. And that is the pearl that is hidden in your shell. Open up and let all the world see the glory of that pearl and let it become the open door for them to My Kingdom.
Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world system, My love is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from Me, but is from the world. The world system is passing away, and also its lusts; but the one who does My will lives forever. Pray that My Kingdom come and My Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven, and let it start in your heart.
