Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, when his son asks for a loaf, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, he will not give him a snake, will he? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him! Matthew 7:7-11.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:

Taste and see My goodness! Those who seek Me want for no good thing. There is nothing you shall want. Have faith in My goodness, My lovingkindness. Let Me shower you with showers of BLESSINGS. Do not limit what I want to do for you, in you, and with you. By doubting My goodness and a life of perfection you block My ability to flow the BLESSING into your life. Most of you hold Me at a distance, but I never wanted there to be a distance between us. Remember what Jesus prayed, and that is My heart, “Father, I do not ask on behalf of these alone, but for those also who believe in Me through their word; that they may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may continually believe that You sent Me.” John 17:20-21.

My delight is to dwell with the children of men, and especially with those who have received My Son and become joint heirs with Him. Why? Because I can legally give you all that I have and all that I am. I can dwell with you and take up My abode with you. I can give you My divine life and empower you to prosper in all that you undertake. I can give success to the work of your hands.

And when you tithe back to Me from the increase I give to you, I can protect all you are and own and increase all that comes to you so that you can give more yet. 2 Corinthians 9. Grace on top of grace. And your generosity results in thanks and glory in those who receive from your generosity and fruitfulness.

And by honoring Me with your wealth, you give Me the legal right to be involved in your finances. And that transfers your accounts to My Kingdom where no thief breaks in and steals and no moth or rust corrode. Jacob found that out. He promised that if I would care for him and prosper him, he would give me a tenth of all. And I did just that. Laban tried ten times to cheat Jacob out of his wages but he could not stop him from prospering and increasing for Jacob had honored Me with the tithe and the rest was protected from the devourer. He could not cheat him. Jacob ended up with all his wealth, legally and rightfully. Vindication belongs to Me but you have to have given Me authority to vindicate you.

Never permit clutter to start. Keep things uncomplicated in your dealings with Me. Ask and you shall receive. Come to Me with all that concerns you and seek My input on it and then go with the instruction, direction, correction, and impartation I give. You do not have to do things on your own. Jesus told you He is with you always and I have told you the same. And I have given you My Holy Spirit to be your counselor and He is in you and with you forever. There is no reason for you ever to be in the “dark,” so to speak, as to the direction to take. And if you are just not able to discern what I am speaking in your spirit for some reason or another, then just go with what I tell you to do in the Bible. There is enough guidance there for you to make sound decisions. I did not give you a spirit of fear and cowardice, but of power, love and a sound mind. I have given you the anointing and it teaches you all things. My Spirit is the anointing which lifts the burden and destroys the yoke. And My Spirit always guides you to the truth and My Word is truth. So you are always assured of a good result when you make My written Word the ultimate plumb line of your life. Everything, to be in proper alignment, should line up with My Word.

Be vigilant to never permit clutter. If you remove it from when it starts it will never grow until it destroys the beauty and simplicity of your life with Me and with others and with yourself. By clutter I mean useless, idle, harmful, poisonous, toxic, or just distracting thoughts, words, actions, habits, hobbies, addictions, and the like. Lusts of the flesh and of the mind, will and emotions that impede your spiritual and material fruitfulness. Things that complicate and suffocate your life.

You have to watch for the little foxes that eat the garden of your heart and turn your life into a waste place of weeds, debris, and old hoarded things of no current value. Solomon described it well with the wisdom that I gave him, “I passed by the field of the sluggish man and by the vineyard of the man lacking heart, and behold, it was completely overgrown with thorns; its surface was covered with weeds, and its wall was broken down. When I saw, I set my heart upon it; I looked, and took instruction. A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to lie down, then your poverty will come as a robber (prowler, wandering vagabond) and your want like an armed man (man with a shield).” Proverbs 24:30-34. I never slumber or sleep. Psalm 121:4. I am vigilant in My watch over you for your adversary the devil is like a roaming lion (a wandering vagabond, a prowler, a thief in the night), looking for someone to devour. But in My hand, he cannot touch you.

Sin is clutter. Sin complicates your life. When you sin, like Adam with the very first sin, you have to hide, cover it up, and blame others for your behavior, including Me. And it produces fear of being found out because it produces fear of punishment or unpleasant ramifications. It is better to walk in the light where there is nothing to hide. “This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil. For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God.” John 3:19-21.

Paul told the accusing crowd that he had nothing to hide, his conscious was clear, all he did was to promote My glory and set people free from dead works to bring them out of darkness into the freedom of My marvelous light. Out of the prison of clutter into the wide and open space of a new creation in Christ and a renewed mind. I make all things new and so can you.

In Proverbs 24 I tell you to “prepare your work outside and make it ready for yourself in the field; afterwards, then, build your house.” Proverbs 24:27. In the natural, I am speaking of cleaning up your living environment and how you are behaving in your place of work or school. The clutter of your yard, your office space, the interior of your car and its trunk or storage area, is often a good indicator of the organization and freedom of your inner man. You can tell a dysfunctional life by a trashed yard and home. You can tell a family where things are not right in a home overgrown with weeds, junk, useless objects that should have been cleaned out years ago—these are indicators of the spiritual condition of that home. There is no pride of ownership there, there is no attitude of care and service. Gratitude for the things of life and relationships of true respect are lacking. There is clutter, which is encumbrance and slavery.

Look around your home, workplace, yard, environment. If it is cluttered, it is time to clear the path. It is time to make ready the way of the LORD. If I came to visit your house, is there anywhere I could sit down in the clutter? I loved to rest at the home of Martha, Mary and Lazarus. There was room for Me there. Even the Shunammite woman cleared out a lovely, uncluttered place for them man of God to stay. And that is you. Clear out the clutter. Start with the physical and it will move to the spiritual. Build your house clear of clutter and keep it that way. Be vigilant. A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to lie down—some people think a little gossip, a little complaining, a little indulging in sexual immorality, pornography, a little lying when convenient, a little anger, a little offense, a little sampling of sin will not hurt them and their walk with Me, but it will. Clutter accumulates quickly once you let down your guard. The devil is only looking for a crack in your wall and if he finds it, he soon has the whole wall down and the yard filled with weeds and trash, and then he goes for the house, that is, your body. And then he goes for your soul. And if he takes your heart, how deep will the darkness, the clutter, be for even the windows will be covered with the clutter. In fact, you will no longer even be able to see the rooms of the house for the stacks of clutter.

Start now. Take inventory. Take a good look at your house, at your yard, at your car, at your life. Get the clutter out of your life—idle words, useless thoughts, old unclear photos, apps you don’t use—they slow your operating system down and dull the performance. They destroy you until you lie buried in the clutter.

Instead you need to operate in the light. Purpose, motivation, vision, and targeted words and seed. You need to pull up every bitter weed before it takes over the garden of your heart. Do not let the sun go down on your anger. Cast all your cares on Me. Anxiety is like thorns that grow up and choke off the seed of My Word so it cannot grow to harvest. Instead you need your faith to function at the max. Load your operating system with My Word and be on the alert! Don’t open an attachment that comes in that has a virus that can take down your operating system! Be vigilant about what you let in your heart. Guard your heart with all diligence from it flow the issues of life. Keep your arteries unplugged, so to speak, of clutter. Be on the alert, you do not know what day I am coming, do not let Me come to a house filled with clutter, where can I lay My head?

Your mouth speaks out of the abundance of your heart. Matthew 12:34. If your heart is filled with clutter, so are your words, and then they will clutter up the lives of those in relationship with you, whether it be family or friends. Do not clutter the lives of your children and spouses.

What is the solution? The same one Jesus told His disciples: “You are clean already because of the Words I have spoken to you.” Jesus washes the church, His bride, with the washing of water with the Word. So the solution is to load your heart with My Word. And if you do, faith will come and faith is the victory that overcomes the clutter of the world. It clears Me a straight path to your heart and gives Me a place to dwell in you. Be sober and alert, 1 Peter 5:8, this is your very life and length of days. Be filled with the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 5:18-20. I have given you your life, your body, your soul and your spirit. Put them all to work for you, or should I say for ultimate happiness, set them all in tune with Me. Do not allow your body and soul to rule, intimidate, and ruin your life. Take dominion and clear out the clutter! Guard and cultivate the garden of your heart. Put your thoughts and words to work for you and run your business without clutter. Fire all the rebels, the hoarders, the trashers, the lazy, the sluggish, the anxious, and the intimidating ones as you would useless and harmful employees as a business owner. You have a business to run. The business of your life. Remember I told Gideon to send home any members of his army that were fearful? Judges 7:3 Same with you.

And a good place to start is to clear out the clutter in your home and yard. Really the outside reflects what is going on within.

I love you. I will show you how. I told you: “Prepare your work outside and make it ready for yourself in the field; afterwards, then, build your house.” If you don’t understand what I am saying, just ask Me to explain it to you. I will. I will help you clear out the clutter of your life and show you how to live the life of abundance—the uncluttered life of faith, the uncluttered life of truth, the uncluttered life of love.
