“Descendant of Abraham My friend, You whom I have taken hold of from the ends of the earth, and called from its remotest parts and said to you, ‘You are My servant, I have chosen you and not rejected you. Do not fear, for I am with you. Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:8-10.

No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you. You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you. This I command you, that you love one another. John 15:15-17.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:

Have you ever wondered why I made you and particularly why I made you “you”? Have you ever thought to ask Me about it? As for everything, I answer that question in My Word (the Bible) in many places but today I will pinpoint some passages for you that give you the answer you are seeking. When you have a question, please ask Me before you seek the answer from others. It saves you time and it will give you the truth immediately.

I gave My prophet Isaiah a Word on the mystery of you. I tell you, “You are My servant, I have CHOSEN YOU and not rejected you. Do not fear, for I AM with you. Do not anxiously look about you for I AM your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:8-10.

Do not anxiously look about wondering why you are here on this earth. Do not fear, I am with you for I AM your God. And I will strengthen, help and uphold you. Is that not enough to know? My servant David put it this way, “O LORD, my heart is not proud, nor my eyes lofty; nor do I go after great matters, or things too marvelous for me. Surely I have composed and quieted my soul; like a weaned child rests upon his mother, my soul is like a weaned child within me. O Israel, hope in the LORD from this time forth and forever.” Psalm 131:1-3.

Does the clay say to the potter who is forming it, “Why did you make me?” That is the wrong question. You should say like Jesus, “Here I am LORD, I come to do your will.” And “To do your will is my delight and your law is within my heart.” Or like Mary, the chosen mother of Jesus according to the flesh, “Behold the handmaid of the LORD, let it be done to me according to your Word.” She knew I had honored her and done mighty things for her in creating her and giving her a Kingdom assignment. My servant David sang, “To You I lift up my eyes, O You who are enthroned in the heavens! Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the Lord our God, until He is gracious to us.” Psalm 123:1-2. The better question than asking why I made you is to ask for what purpose you are given life on earth, in other words, what is the plan for your life that I called you to from your mother’s womb and before.

You are My servant, I have chosen you and not rejected you. But I call you more. I call you friends. I call you into fellowship and partnership with Me through My Son. He has made you kings and priests unto Me to rule and reign with Him forever. I have given you My Spirit and shared My thoughts with you. Jesus told you this, “No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you. You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you. This I command you, that you love one another. John 15:15-17.

All things He hears from Me, He reveals to you. How? He told His disciples He had much more to tell them but they could not bear it right then and it was far beyond all they could ask or imagine before they understood the Cross and Resurrection, but that when My Holy Spirit came to dwell in and with them, He would guide them to all truth.

And He has not changed.

Jesus called His disciples to be with Him and to go out and witness and tell others the good news of salvation. He wanted them to be close to Him and learn His ways so they could live fruitful joyful lives. He said they would have a joy no one could take from them. He called them friends. And as I sent Him, so He sent you. To do the works He did and greater, clothed in His righteousness and the garments of Salvation and filled with the Holy Spirit. “I am the LORD, I have called You in righteousness, I will also hold You by the hand and watch over You, and I will appoint You as a covenant to the people, as a light to the nations, to open blind eyes, to bring out prisoners from the dungeon and those who dwell in darkness from the prison.” Isaiah 42:6-7.

Have you graduated yet?

I call you as a servant, but you can graduate to a friend, and then up another level to a son, and up one more step of intimacy to the position of the bride (spouse), one spirit with Me. Perfect, mature union where We can reason together and work for one purpose of everlasting love.

As servant you say, “behold the servant of the Lord, let it be done according to your Word to me,” and “here I am, Lord, I come to do your will.” As a friend you have fellowship with Me and know and understand what I am about and do it as a partner in the work to do. As a son you are led by the Holy Spirit and know what to do without command. As a bride everything one has is the others and you have entered the everlasting covenant of love, it is then the two become one and there is no division or distance between us, we share our innermost thoughts and visions. It is then I can give you your heart’s desires. And it is then your life will bear much fruit in our union as one. It is then the transition to the other side is seamless and as easy as walking through an open door. Like Enoch, but he had to walk with me three hundred and sixty-five years to get to that point. Genesis 5:21-24. But now you have a tremendous jump start on him because you have Jesus and My Holy Spirit in you and on you.

You may wonder why you are alive and why you are the particular person you are but I want you to know you are here and just who you are because I wanted you to be here and wanted you to be just who you are. I want you to know, love, and serve in this life and then be happy with Me forever in My great Kingdom of Heaven. What you are now is nothing but a shadow of what you shall later be when you stand before Me in glory.

So do not worry about who you are, be more concerned about whose you are. And you are Mine. I planned you, I created you, I provided for you, I created you in anew in Christ Jesus for a life of good deeds that I prepared for you in advance, and you are most precious in My sight. I loathe nothing that I have made. I cherish it and call it good. But you I call very good and I have given you dominion over the works of My hands. You are precious in My eyes and I honor you. But if you really want to do why I made you to be the “you” that you are, I will tell you. You are My masterpiece. Have you ever questioned an artist why he paints? Probably not. You just admire his masterpiece. Love and admire one another for you are My masterpiece.

I love you. And that is the main reason I made you. To love you and to have you love Me. Would that be a good goal for your day? To receive My love and give Me your love by showing Me that love in how you treat Me, others and yourself. And never forget to pray, it is the way we become one in fellowship.

For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well. My bones were not hidden from You, when I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth. Your eyes have seen my embryo; and in Your book were all written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them. How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would outnumber the sand. When I awake, I am still with You. Psalm 139:13-18.
