For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. Romans 5:17.
From the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and violent men take it by force. Matthew 11:12.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
I mean what I promise. Take Me at My Word. Take My promises seriously and receive them by faith. Stand up and resist anything contrary to My Word. If sickness is trying to invade you, stand on My promise of healing and be serious and violent about it. The violent are taking My Kingdom by force. And I don’t mean physical weapons, I mean spiritual. Primarily, what you are saying and what is in your heart. And I did not give you a spirit of timidity but of power, love and a strong mind.
Jesus bore your sicknesses and pain. He took your sins. He told you to lay your hands on the sick and they would recover. Believe it and lay your hands on yourself. This has nothing to do with your power to heal, it is My power in you by My grace, which I have lavished upon you in Christ Jesus because of My great love for you. I have loved you from everlasting.
Fight the good fight of faith. You are surrounded by a cloud of witnesses who are cheering you on. And I have filled you with resurrection power.
Things did not just dissipate and disappear at the presence of Jesus when He became like you and walked the earth. Even though He had the Holy Spirit in Him and on Him, He had to rebuke storms, fevers, demons, and the like and tell them what to do without mincing words. He gave commands and tolerated no nonsense out of the enemy. You should do likewise. Imitate Him. Do not back down to that lying spirit named Satan, take authority because I have given it to you in Christ.
Stop the wavering, wobbling, and cautious creeping. Know Me and the One I sent, Jesus Christ, and you will never be timid and wavering (double minded) about good results again.
Please listen and understand. It is not your performance and your excellence at keeping My Word that makes Me love you. It is our relationship of love based on trust that empowers you to live a fruitful life of good deeds. My Son gave you a very good image of this by likening your life in Me to branches on a vine, drawing all the goodness you need to produce beautiful fruit from the vine and not from yourself. But the fruit is still produced through and in your life. It becomes your own. Jesus is the vine—your lifeline, the pipeline of My grace to you. And grace is My divine life flowing into you to give you the freedom of being like Me.
Sin no longer shall be master over you, for you are not under law (your performance) but under grace (My performance in you). I am in you by My Spirit to give you the ability to walk in goodness. This makes your life become sweet. Like when the people of Israel came out of Egypt and they came to a place that only had bitter water, but I told Moses to put a tree branch in the water and it would become sweet, and it did. This is what the Cross does in your life.
The fruit of the Spirit is sweet to your soul—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, self-control, are very pleasant to live with and against such things there is no law. Law points out sin, but with grace in you, abundant unending grace, sin is no longer an issue for we are one and nothing is able to separate you from My love which is in Christ Jesus your Lord. Romans 8:39.
I am not saying this will not require effort on your part, because it will. It will require you to be severe with your flesh, but My grace is sufficient for you to be an overcomer. But you must resist the tactics of the devil. Though you are in Christ, you are still in an earthen vessel awaiting the redemption of your bodies. It takes a firm commitment and determination on your part to deny your flesh the negative emotions in the same manner you would illness or the plague. You rebuke illness like Jesus did the fever that Peter’s mother in law had and other demonic activity. So why not do the same with gossip, judging, slander, anger, bitterness, which are all demon inspired? Rebuke them entrance to your body and mind and soul as you would illness. These are all spirits of lawlessness which are at work in the sons of disobedience. Let no obscene, harmful, or malicious speech come out of your mouth or stay in your heart. And that includes gossiping or judging others, especially sharing about family members in a derogatory and grumbling way with your friends.
Let Me give you the way you are to deal with difficult people within yourself. Too many of you are allowing yourself to spend precious time you could be using in fellowship with Me thinking of the wrongful behavior of others and this does nothing but generate hate and discontent. So let Me give you three steps to set you and the other person free:
- Cast the care of that person on Me. “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7. And once you have done that, that is enough, don’t beg or harp on that anymore.
- Do not think about them or their bad points, think of excellent and beautiful things. “whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.” Philippians 4:8.
- Thank Me by simply saying, “Thank you for the mighty work you are doing in _________________ (and name the person there).” Don’t start listing all the negative things you are thankful I am getting rid of. That just brings all that up again.
Do not receive My grace in vain. It is to make you live godly. I am working inside you to finish the good work I began in you but you must walk it OUT. Do not keep your lit spirit under a bushel basket. Put it on the Menorah. Do not be like the dead sea with no outlet. Rivers of living water should be pouring out of you until the earth is covered with the knowledge of My glory as the waters cover the sea—the rivers out of the innermost parts of every believer making an ocean of My glory that all people can swim in and find the beauty of life in Me.
If you understand and take two things that I provide for you in Christ Jesus with great diligence you will reign in life through Him. They are the gift of righteousness and the abundance of grace. Romans 5:17. These are the two greatest gifts for living the Christian life that I give you and you can only receive them through Jesus. Neither one is based on performance but only on faith to take them as your own. When you hold up the two fingers in a “V” for victory these are the two fingers, one is the gift of righteousness and the other is the gift of the abundance of grace. Paul often wrote wishing you “grace and peace.” The abundance of grace and peace comes through the gift of righteousness. I have reconciled you to Myself, not counting your sins against you but imputing them all to Jesus and punishing Him in your stead so that you are made righteous in Him with My own righteousness. And when you are right with Me, you have peace with Me. And our oneness will give you peace. “In righteousness you will be established, you will be far from oppression, for you will not fear; and from terror, for it will not come near you. Isaiah 54:14. No weapon formed against you will prosper for your righteousness comes from Me and there is none higher and none more righteous. There is no unrighteousness in Me. Psalm 92:15. So if you have My righteousness, there is no unrighteousness in you either. Walk in a manner in keeping with what you have received. I have called you to My own Kingdom and glory. You have a high calling so keep your mind above where you are seated in the Spirit already with Christ Jesus your Lord. It is the seat of overcomers.
I love you. You will find that when you take a stand and do violence to the evil spirit at hand, you win. It will cause your heart to rejoice and overflow at My goodness. But remember, the violent are taking it by force. Fight the good fight of faith. It is a good fight because you win. No question. My Word will always win. I have the last word and I have the first word. Make sure you make everything in between in your life match up with My Words.
