The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost. Revelation 22:17.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:

I give you an invitation at the close of the book of Revelation, actually the finish of the last chapter of the written Bible, that is for everyone but very few actually take the offer. It is this, “The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost.” Revelation 22:17. My Spirit and the Church, the Body of Christ and His bride, are crying out to you to come and take the water of life without cost. And let Me just add, the Bible ends with the Spirit and the living water and the Bible begins with the Spirit of God moving over the surface of the waters. Genesis 1:2.

Have you ever really drunk deeply of the water of life? I paid for you to have this with the life of My Son, so to you it is without cost. Jesus told the woman by the well, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.” John 4:10. And He gives the invitation to all, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’” John 7:37-38. And then I add, “But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.” John 7:39. So you see that you drink and get filled of this living water from the Holy Spirit. And this is the gift that came to you through Jesus. I had Him go through death to take the punishment and sentence for your sins, and I raised Him to newness of life with your sins gone, thereby reconciling God and man. And now when you join with Him you become one Spirit with Me. I give you the gift of the Holy Spirit and pour Myself, who am Love, into your heart and you become filled with My fullness, that is, as much as you will drink, as much as you will draw from the springs of Salvation into the well in your inner man. Jesus told you this, “whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life.” John 4:14. And My beloved John saw this in the visions he records in the book of Revelation, “for the Lamb in the center of the throne will be their Shepherd and will guide them to springs of the water of life; and God will wipe every tear from their eyes.” Revelation 7:17. The living water takes away sadness, mourning, and shame.

And where does this living water originate? You do not have to look far to find out, just go back to the beginning of the last chapter of the book of Revelation in which you later find the invitation. “Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and the Lamb, in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.” Revelation 22:1-2. Ah, you see, I and My Son are the source, the Holy Spirit proceeds from us, you will see Him called both the Spirit of the Father, Matthew 10:20, and the Spirit of Jesus, Acts 16:7, and generally the Spirit of the LORD, Judges 3:10, and the Spirit of God. Genesis 1:2. He Himself is also called the Lord Spirit for He is one God with My Son and Myself. 2 Corinthians 3:18. When He fills you, you are filled with all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. But not everyone will take the fullness and receive it. But of His fullness you have all received, grace upon grace. So the living water is there for all who come to Jesus to draw water and drink.

On Pentecost Sunday you see this. Peter told the astonished crowd, “This Jesus God raised up again, to which we are all witnesses. Therefore having been exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He has poured forth this which you both see and hear.” Acts 2:32-33.

David also saw this living water that is in My house and sang, “How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God! And the children of men take refuge in the shadow of Your wings. They drink their fill of the abundance of Your house; and You give them to drink of the river of Your delights. For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light we see light.” Psalm 36:7-8. You also see this in the visions of My prophet Ezekiel as he beheld the living water flowing from the south side of the altar in My temple. Ezekiel 47:1. My prophet Isaiah saw this and cried out, “Ho! Every one who thirsts, come to the waters; and you who have no money come, buy and eat.” Isaiah 55:1. You do not need to look far to find the source of the water. But now let us see how you draw it and drink it to fill your spirit and spill over to fill your soul and give new life and health to your mortal body.

First you see that this living water becomes available to you by faith in My Son and all He did for you. When you unite to Me in Spirit, that is, when your spirit is born again to new life so it joins with Me, then you are enabled to drink the living water. So the first step is taking Jesus as your Lord by believing in your heart I raised Him from the dead and confessing (agreeing) with Me that Jesus is Lord. “Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Acts 2:38.

Next, you must ask Him for a drink just as He told the Samaritan woman. Jesus baptizes you in the Holy Spirit, just as He did for the first believers on Pentecost Sunday. He baptizes you with the Holy Spirit and fire. The Holy Spirit baptizes you into Jesus and Jesus baptizes you with the Holy Spirit. “But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that being justified by His grace we would be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.” Titus 3:4-7. Do you see? The Holy Spirit regenerates and renews you, washing you with His living water, and then I pour the Holy Spirit on you through Jesus. “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father give the Holy Spirit from Heaven to those who ask Him?” Luke 11:13.

And how do you draw this living water into you so you can drink? I told the answer to My prophet Isaiah and to My apostle Paul. Let us start with Isaiah: “Then you will say on that day, “I will give thanks to You, O LORD; for although You were angry with me, Your anger is turned away, and You comfort me. Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; For the LORD God is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation.” Therefore with joy you will draw water from the springs of salvation. And in that day you will say, “Give thanks to the LORD, call on His name. Make known His deeds among the peoples; make them remember that His name is exalted.” Praise the Lord in song, for He has done excellent things; let this be known throughout the earth. Cry aloud and shout for joy, O inhabitant of Zion, for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel. Isaiah 12:1-6.

Do you see how you draw water from the springs of Yeshuah (Salvation, which is the Name of Jesus) (“If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink!”), only one way, WITH JOY as you praise Him in songs of thanksgiving! As you cry aloud and shout for joy at the greatness of all I am and am doing for you and in you for I am your strength and song, and I have made Jesus your Salvation. And all My magnificent promises, as many as they be, are YES and AMEN to you in Him. Come and drink till you overflow with health, prosperity, new life, and resurrection power!

And My servant Paul told you the same on how to get filled with the Holy Spirit, “And do not get drunk with wine, for that is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit by speaking to yourself and one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to the Lord; always giving thanks for all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God, even the Father; and be subject to (serve in humility with good will) one another in the fear of Christ.” Ephesians 5:18-21.
Sing in the Spirit. Praise in the Spirit. Shout for joy at your victory before you see it with your physical eyes for you have to see it first with the eyes of faith and then it will come. As your joyful praise so shall your strength be. Drink everyday by keeping the joyful songs of Zion in your heart. For I am your praise. I am your strength and your song. I am the God of your Salvation.

I love you. Come to the water of life and draw it, drink it, wash in it, and swim in it. Ezekiel 47:5. The Holy Spirit in you and on you. And “everything will live where the river goes.” Ezekiel 47:9.
