Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” John 14:6.

Today the LORD (יהוה) God (אלוהים) says:

On the night before He shed His blood on the Cross for you, Jesus told His disciples that He was going to prepare a place for them so that where He was with Me, there they would also be. And then He said to them, “And you know the way where I am going.” John 14:4. And His disciple Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, how do we know the way?” John 14:5. And Jesus gave Him the answer, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” John 14:6.

Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. There is no other way to Me. But what is that way? I will answer as He did for He only said My Words and did My Works. You know the way where He is going. I have made it quite clear:

Therefore, brethren, since we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He inaugurated for us through the veil, that is, His flesh, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Hebrews 10:19-22.

It is the highway of the redeemed. The Way is redemption by His blood. The way is the same way the High Priest entered the Holy of Holies to be in My intimate presence, right in the center of My throne, where the Lamb is.

For the Lamb in the center of the throne will be their shepherd, and will guide them to springs of the water of life; and God will wipe every tear from their eyes. Revelation 7:17.

And the Lamb in the center of the throne (generated from My very bosom, John 1:18) is a  Lamb standing as if slain. Revelation 5:6. And what are all the saints there praising? His blood.

“Worthy are You to take the scroll and to break its seals; for You were slain, and purchased for God with Your blood people from every tribe and tongue and people and nation. You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God; and they will reign upon the earth.” Revelation 5:9-10.

“Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing.” Revelation 5:12.

The High Priest of the Old Covenant only could enter the Holy of Holies with the blood of the unblemished sacrifice to sprinkle on the mercy seat. And that is the same way your forerunner Jesus entered behind the veil to the center of the throne, back into My bosom from which He had gone forth into the world to do the work of redemption, He came to put His eternal blood on the mercy seat so you too could enter as the redeemed, as His brethren, as My children that are just as He is in the world. Holy, blameless, and beyond reproach by the Blood of the Lamb.

But when Christ appeared as a high priest of the good things to come, He entered through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation; and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, He entered the holy place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. Hebrews 9:11-12.

You are redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb. And that is the only way you can enter the marriage feast of the Lamb properly dressed—by having washed your robes, which were as red as crimson from your sins, the very robes of unrighteousness, and made them white in blood of the lamb, now robes of righteousness.

When you are baptized into Christ, you are clothed in Christ. And that is properly dressed for the festal gatherings of the Kingdom, the heavenly Zion.

And why did Jesus say to Thomas that he already knew the way? Because they were at the Passover memorial meal that night where they ate the roasted flesh of the unblemished sacrificial lamb, ate the unleavened bread and bitter herbs, and drank the cup of the promised Messiah. And Jesus cut Covenant, the new Covenant in His blood, that night in the first communion meal that fulfilled the Passover lamb with the true Lamb who takes away the sins of the world that I Myself supplied. Now the Passover memorial that was to be celebrated forever was fulfilled and made forever in Jesus in the New and everlasting Covenant that fulfills all the former. It contains all the promises of the former and is built on new and better promises—the blood of Jesus and the promise of the Spirit, and the guarantee of eternal life and fullness of redemption. The fullness will occur when death is destroyed and you receive your imperishable glorified heavenly body that will match your eternal spirit and soul.

For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus in the night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “This is My body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” In the same way He took the cup also after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes. 1 Corinthians 11:23-26.

And several times Jesus had told the disciples ahead of time what would happen soon in order for Him to give His life as a ransom for all, and the life is in the blood. All the Hebrew people knew that because that was why they could not eat meat with blood in it, the life was in the blood.

Then He took the twelve aside and said to them, “Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and all things which are written through the prophets about the Son of Man will be accomplished. For He will be betrayed over to the Gentiles, and will be mocked and mistreated and spit upon, and after they have scourged Him, they will kill Him; and the third day He will rise again.” Luke 18:31-33.

And Isaiah, who had foretold the passion and death of Jesus in perfect detail, Isaiah 53, and seen the glory of Jesus, Isaiah 6; John 12:41 (“These things Isaiah said because he saw His glory, and he spoke of Him.”), wrote about the Way and it will explain more to you of the Way that Jesus was speaking of.

Isaiah prefaces this prophecy with the signs of the Messiah that Jesus referred John the Baptist to when he inquired again if Jesus was truly the promised One to come: “Then the eyes of the blind will be opened and the ears of the deaf will be unstopped. Then the lame will leap like a deer, and the tongue of the mute will shout for joy.” Isaiah 35:5-6.

And right before those lines, Isaiah wrote under the inspiration of My Spirit, “They will see the glory of the LORD, the majesty of our God. Encourage the exhausted, and strengthen the feeble. Say to those with anxious heart, “Take courage, fear not. Behold, your God will come with vengeance; the recompense of God will come, but He will save you.” Isaiah 35:2-4.

And what will happen when God’s Messiah comes to save you? The Way will open up back to the heavenly Zion!

“A highway will be there, a roadway, and it will be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean will not travel on it, but it will be for him who walks that Way, and fools will not wander on it. No lion will be there, nor will any vicious beast go up on it; these will not be found there. But the REDEEMED will walk there, and the RANSOMED of the Lord will return and come with joyful singing ad shouting to Zion, with everlasting joy upon their heads. They will overtake gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.” Isaiah 35:8-10.

Do you see? Only the redeemed can walk there on that Way, the Highway of Holiness. Only those ransomed can walk there. The devil cannot go there. It is too high a Way.

Jesus came not to be served but to serve, to give His life as a ransom for all. And the life is in the blood. And you who have received Jesus as Lord are redeemed by the blood of the Lamb and you are qualified to walk that Way, the path of the redeemed.

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace which He lavished on us. Ephesians 1:7-8.

And did you notice on that Way they are rejoicing and thus overtaking gladness and joy? And how are they rejoicing? Not quietly. The are singing and SHOUTING for joy. Let the redeemed say so.

Oh give thanks to the LORD, for He is good, for His lovingkindness is everlasting, so let the redeemed of the LORD say, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the adversary and gathered from the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the south. Psalm 107:1-3.

The same as the praise in Heaven. People from every tribe, language, and nation singing and shouting for joy as they reign on earth. Put your mind above on Jesus and get on that Highway of Holiness. It is for you who have been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb.

“I have wiped out your transgressions like a thick cloud And your sins like a heavy mist. Return to Me, for I have redeemed you.” Isaiah 44:22.

I love  you. That is why I gave you My Son and that is why He gave you His blood. I have made a Way for you.
