“Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in yourselves. He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. John 6:53-54.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

Saints are in Covenant with Me in and through their Covenant with Jesus. And it is through and in that Covenant that you have eternal life. And My Son explained there is only one way you have eternal life and that is to eat His flesh and drink His blood. John 6:53.

“Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in yourselves. He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. For My flesh is true food, and My blood is true drink. He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him. As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who eats Me, he also will live because of Me. This is the bread which came down out of heaven; not as the fathers ate and died; he who eats this bread will live forever.” John 6:53-58.

This is very important. This covenant meal is the way I have perpetuated making the covenant Jesus made with His disciples the night before He died with all who have followed Him as disciples since then until now. And He even told you that you will partake of this covenant meal in Heaven at His table as well.

And you will note Jesus gave His body and blood to disciples. Disciples are those who believe in Him as Lord and continue (remain, abide) in His Words, which are My Words, so that they come to know the truth and the truth sets them free.

When He entered the upstairs room that Passover night, He told His disciples He had earnestly desired to celebrate this Supper with them.

When the hour had come, He reclined at the table, and the apostles with Him. And He said to them, “I have earnestly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer; for I say to you, I shall never again eat it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.” Luke 22:14-16.

Why? Because it is the key to entering the Covenant with Me, which you must do with, through, and in Jesus and being assured of entrance into the Kingdom. But more than that it is the assurance of eternal life by having His resurrected body in you and you in His resurrected body.

Therefore from now on we recognize no one according to the flesh; even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him in this way no longer. Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come. 2 Corinthians 5:15-17.

And His body and blood, which He gave for you, are resurrection power in you.

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. John 11:25-26.

And Jesus gave His body and blood to reconcile you back to Me and satisfy the debt you owed Me for sin and for your rejection of Me in your life. But neither I nor My Son wanted to lose you from the Kingdom so Jesus became one like you and died to pay your ransom to Me. He reconciled us as One Spirit. 1 Corinthians 6:17. And it is the spirit that gives life, resurrection life, the flesh is useless for it is headed for the grave and decay.

Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in yourselves. He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. John 6:53-54.

This is very clear. The Jewish people who heard it found it mysterious and odious to them that He should be telling them to eat his flesh and drink his blood and many of them left following Him that day. But it should not been strange to them since they understood Covenant from the time of Noah until then.

Then the Jews began to argue with one another, saying, “How can this man give us His flesh to eat?” John 6:52.

And yet they ate the flesh of the unblemished Passover lamb with unleavened bread and cups of wine as drink offerings. They knew the story of the covenant God made with the descendants of Abraham on coming out of the slavery of Egypt and of the blood sacrifices of the burnt offering, the sin offering, the peace offering and the shame offering. They knew that the life was in the blood. They understood that no covenant was made without the shedding of blood and of blood covenants. And they knew the priests ate the offerings as their portions except for the burnt offering.

But they were only looking at the flesh level and not the Spirit level. Spiritual things must be spiritually discerned.

Therefore many of His disciples, when they heard this, said, “This is a difficult statement; who can listen to it?” But Jesus, conscious that His disciples grumbled at this, said to them, “Does this cause you to stumble? What then if you see the Son of Man ascending to where He was before? It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the Words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life.” John 6:60-63.

Do you see there? What if you were to see Him ascend back to Me? This is speaking of His resurrected body, not His earthly flesh. This is of the immortal and glorious body of which you partake, a spiritual body of heavenly substance not of the world but of the Kingdom making you a citizen within even now. His Words are Words of Spirit and life. The bread and the wine, His body and blood. Jesus told them that Moses gave them bread from Heaven, Manna, that they ate and yet died. A heavenly food I call the bread of angels that has never again appeared upon the earth. It is not of earth but of Heaven. And the same of Jesus resurrected body as He is NOW. And as He IS so are you in this world.

Jesus then said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, it is not Moses who has given you the bread out of heaven, but it is My Father who gives you the true bread out of heaven. For the bread of God is that which comes down out of heaven, and gives life to the world.” Then they said to Him, “Lord, always give us this bread.”  Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; he who comes to Me will not hunger, and he who believes in Me will never thirst. John 6:32-35.

But they still could not get an understanding on this, so Jesus spoke further.

“Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes has eternal life. I am the bread of life. Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and they died. This is the bread which comes down out of heaven, so that one may eat of it and not die. I am the living bread that came down out of heaven; if anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread also which I will give for the life of the world is My flesh.” John 6:47-51.

People, who don’t understand covenant or the power of God, still find it strange and try to water it down and say it is figurative language meaning God’s Word and that reading it and receiving it is like eating it. And while that is true, for even Jesus told Satan that man does not live on bread alone by on every Word from the mouth of God, for the Word is spiritual food that you may grow thereby and physical food is flesh food. Jeremiah also tells you he devoured My Words when they were found, and I asked Ezekiel to even eat scrolls with My Word written on them, but the communion meal is different, this is Covenant in its fulfillment and fullest dimension. Where the two become one body and one bloodline.

It is actually a partaking in the very body and blood of Jesus, for the life is in the blood. And it mingles His blood with yours and thus putting you into His bloodline of eternal pure blood with none of the impurities of the corruptible seed of Adam mixed in. He has redeemed you by His blood and this is the covenant meal of the redeemed. Heavenly substance.

This is a spiritual reality, one even partaken of in Heaven.

“You are those who have stood by Me in My trials; and just as My Father has granted Me a kingdom, I grant you that you may eat and drink at My table in My kingdom.

Luke 22:29-30.

When the bread becomes His body and the wine His blood, there is a change in its substance internally but not outwardly. Just as you, when born again, do not look different outwardly but there is a huge change inwardly, you transfer from death to life, out the realm of darkness to light. and you are a new creation in Christ. But your spirit has been redeemed and glorified, but your outward body has not as yet. It is waiting for the resurrection of the righteous (those who have been sealed in Christ when they believed in the Word about Christ, i.e., the good news of Salvation) to complete the redemption by receiving a body of heavenly substance, imperishable and glorious, on the last day.

For God, who said, “Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the surpassing greatness of the power will be of God and not from ourselves. 2 Corinthians 4:6-7.

Then the LORD said to Moses, “Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a day’s portion every day. Exodus 16:4.

Jesus told the people the mystery of bread that is not an earthly substance but a heavenly one, the bread of God Himself coming down out of Heaven (not of the earth) and giving life to the world.

Jesus then said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, it is not Moses who has given you the bread out of heaven, but it is My Father who gives you the true bread out of heaven. For the bread of God is that which comes down out of heaven, and gives life to the world.” Then they said to Him, “Lord, always give us this bread.” Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; he who comes to Me will not hunger, and he who believes in Me will never thirst.” John 6:32-35.

The apostle Paul who received revelation of the Covenant meal, explains this as well:

But someone will say, “How are the dead raised? And with what kind of body do they come?” You fool! That which you sow does not come to life unless it dies; and that which you sow, you do not sow the body which is to be, but a bare grain, perhaps of wheat or of something else. But God gives it a body just as He wished, and to each of the seeds a body of its own. All flesh is not the same flesh, but there is one flesh of men, and another flesh of beasts, and another flesh of birds, and another of fish. There are also heavenly bodies and earthly bodies, but the glory of the heavenly is one, and the glory of the earthly is another. There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for star differs from star in glory. So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown a perishable body, it is raised an imperishable body; it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. So also it is written, “The first man, Adam, became a living soul.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural; then the spiritual. The first man is from the earth, earthy; the second man is from heaven. As is the earthy, so also are those who are earthy; and as is the heavenly, so also are those who are heavenly. Just as we have borne the image of the earthy, we will also bear the image of the heavenly. 1 Corinthians 15:35-49.

Knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, is never to die again; death no longer is master over Him. For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. Romans 6:9-10.

Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us. Romans 8:34.

Jesus is no longer in an earthly fleshly body; He has the glorified body that you are still awaiting with eager longing. But you can partake of it even now in the communion meal, for a man to eat and never die.

Do you see? He is able to save you to the uttermost, and He intercedes for you by His blood of the eternal redemption on the mercy seat (propitiatory of the ransom) in Heaven. So you can receive the blood of eternal redemption and the bread from Heaven of the glorified body of Christ.

And this is the mystery of Christ in you, your hope of glory. For I have commanded Him to raise you up on the last day.

All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will certainly not cast out. For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. This is the will of Him who sent Me, that of all that He has given Me I lose nothing, but raise it up on the last day. For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.” John 4:37-40.

He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him. As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who eats Me, he also will live because of Me. This is the bread which came down out of heaven; not as the fathers ate and died; he who eats this bread will live forever.” John 6:56-58.

Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and they died. This is the bread which comes down out of heaven, so that one may eat of it and not die. I am the living bread that came down out of heaven; if anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread also which I will give for the life of the world is My flesh.” John 6:49-51.

But Jesus, conscious that His disciples grumbled at this, said to them, “Does this cause you to stumble? What then if you see the Son of Man ascending to where He was before? It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life. John 6:61-63.

But when Christ appeared as a high priest of the good things to come, He entered through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation; and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, He entered the holy place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. Hebrews 9:10-12.

His blood is in Heaven, but not His flesh, He is in the glorified body of the redeemed, total redemption, spirit, soul, and body. The first fruits of those who believe.

But now Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who are asleep. For since by a man came death, by a man also came the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, after that those who are Christ’s at His coming, then comes the end, when He hands over the kingdom to the God and Father, when He has abolished all rule and all authority and power. For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet. The last enemy that will be abolished is death. 1 Corinthians 15:20-26.

Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. 1 John 3:2.

In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation—having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory. Ephesians 1:13.

Therefore, brethren, since we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He inaugurated for us through the veil, that is, His flesh, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Hebrews 10:19-22.

Remember Melchizedek?

And Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine; now he was a priest of God Most High. He blessed him and said, “Blessed be Abram of God Most High, possessor of heaven and earth; And blessed be God Most High, who has delivered your enemies into your hand.” He gave him a tenth of all. Genesis 14:18-20.

I taught the Gospel to Abraham ahead of time. Why? According to the flesh, Jesus was to be born of his line.

The LORD said, “Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do, since Abraham will surely become a great and mighty nation, and in him all the nations of the earth will be blessed? For I have chosen him, so that he may command his children and his household after him to keep the way of the LORD by doing righteousness and justice, so that the LORD may bring upon Abraham what He has spoken about him.” Genesis 18:17-19.

Jesus confirmed this about Abraham. Abraham knew Jesus. And Jesus knew Abraham:

They answered and said to Him, “Abraham is our father.” Jesus said to them, “If you are Abraham’s children, do the deeds of Abraham. But as it is, you are seeking to kill Me, a man who has told you the truth, which I heard from God; this Abraham did not do. John 8:39-40.

Abraham saw the Lamb God Himself would supply for the burnt offering.

“Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day, and he saw it and was glad.” So the Jews said to Him, “You are not yet fifty years old, and have You seen Abraham?” Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was born, I am.” John 8:56-58.

And he knew Jesus as the King of Righteousness, the Prince of Peace, as the great High Priest before the Levitical priesthood was instituted. He received the communion meal ahead of time, for all time is the same to God, and that is an essential and central part of the Gospel.

This heavenly communion is essential to Covenant for unless you partake of it there is no eternal life in you.

When God revealed Jesus to Paul He also revealed the holy communion so he could also teach the importance of it to all he evangelized.

For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus in the night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “This is My body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” In the same way He took the cup also after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes. Therefore whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner, shall be guilty of the body and the blood of the Lord. 1 Corinthians 11:23-27.

The early church community loved and honored this Covenant meal. On Pentecost Sunday those who had received My Word were baptized; and that day there were added about three thousand souls. They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Acts 2:41-42.

Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved. Acts 10:46-47.

And now let us look at the words of Jesus Himself when He offered you His Body and Blood to enter Covenant with you.

And when He had taken bread and given thanks, He broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” And in the same way He took the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup which is poured out for you is the new covenant in My blood.” Luke 22:19-20.

And then He added, “But I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father’s kingdom.” Matthew 26:29.

You will eat and drink at His table in the Kingdom. Each one of you already has a place waiting for you there. He prepared it already. And it is only for those who have eaten My resurrected body and have drunk of the water of the Rock.

“Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.” John 14:1-3.

And when you come, He will seat you there and wait on you. He came to serve and give His life as a ransom for you and He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me. He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. Revelation 3:20-21.

But to get there you must have eternal life in you by partaking of the divinity during your trials and do not be unaware of how you seek and find M.. Make sure you are in Covenant with My Son so you arrive for the great feast properly dressed in Christ.

I love you. It is time for us to join together in Jesus in the everlasting covenant of resurrection life and love.
