For God, who said, “Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the surpassing greatness of the power will be of God and not from ourselves. 2 Corinthians 4:6-7.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

Opportunities you take have a lot to do with how you see yourself. The Israelites I redeemed out of Egypt saw themselves as grasshoppers and as slaves even though they were freed by Me from slavery. They kept talking about returning to it. I had made them more than conquerors in Me but they did not see themselves that way, so their words were stout against Me and the opportunities I gave them availed them nothing. They all lost the rewards of victory and living in the land I had sworn to them by Covenant oath. It was there but they never seized the opportunity.

How do you see yourself? As a grasshopper (no strength) or more than a conqueror?

But in all these things we are more than conquerors (overwhelmingly conquer) through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:37-39.

Equipped or unequipped for all you face in life?

All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17.

Now the God of peace, who brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep through the blood of the eternal covenant, even Jesus our Lord, equip you in every good thing to do His will, working in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. Hebrews 13:20-21.

Cursed or blessed?

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”— in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Galatians 3:13-14.

Healed or sick?

The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, and by His scourging we are healed. Isaiah 53:5.

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget none of His benefits; He pardons all your iniquities, He heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3.

When I first spoke with Gideon I called him “a hero with the strength of an entire army.” He did not see himself that way. He was seeing himself as totally inadequate to do anything at all in the face of the enemy. But after working with him and his witnessing of the signs and wonders I performed with him and for him, he changed his self-image. His new battle cry? “The sword of the LORD and Gideon!”

I had to change the names of Abraham, Sarah, Jacob, Peter, Barnabus, and Paul so they called themselves and saw themselves in another image than they had been. It was then they went on to live their calling by faith.

Now the real question for you is this, do you see yourself in My image?

God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Genesis 1:17.

Do you see yourself as separated from Me or close? And may I go even farther? Do you see yourself as indwelt by My Spirit?

Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? 1 Corinthians 3:16.

Do you see yourself as a vessel of My glory?

For God, who said, “Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the surpassing greatness of the power will be of God and not from ourselves. 2 Corinthians 4:6-7.

Do you see yourself as a carrier of My glory, that is, My power, My presence, and My goodness, that flows from you to others?

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:18.

It is only when you understand that within you dwells all the glory of the Godhead bodily that you will take the opportunities I give you to release My glory into the earth. It is only then that My love can fill you and heal you and then flow through you to others.

Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’” But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. John 7:37-39.

And what do all those rivers of glory flowing out of believers do in the world?

“For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.” Habakkuk 2:14.

In you as in an earthen vessel is My Spirit. You carry in you My goodness to touch you and other’s lives. My glory is in you and on you to shine upon the dark world and into the darkest corners of people’s lives to bring them the Light of life.

“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. For behold, darkness will cover the earth and deep darkness the peoples; but the LORD will rise upon you and His glory will appear upon you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.” Isaiah 60:1-3.

Jesus, in His humanity as one like you, was a carrier of My glory on earth.

God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways, in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the world. And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. Hebrews 1:1-3.

And I gave His disciples a glimpse of this on the holy mountain when I transfigured Christ before their eyes so that the glory shone through His earthen vessel to reveal what was within. And He told you that you would do the works He did and greater ones. Whatever you ask in His Name He will do, for Christ is in you, your hope of glory. You also are filled with the same glory that filled Him, for all the fullness dwelt in Him bodily.

The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one; I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me. John 17:22-23.

My apostle Paul prayed that you would know who is in you: “That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen. Ephesians 3:16-21.

You are in My image. You look like your biological parents and even act like them. You are products of their DNA, though yours is unique but it can be traced as related. When you are born again, I am your Father and you are like Me. You have My spiritual DNA in you. And you begin to think, talk, walk and act as I do by renewing your mind in My Word and being transformed. Just as you grew up with your mind being formed by your parents words and the words of you teachers and friends, now you grow on My Words and become like Me.

You are My representatives, and more than that, the Body of My Son, on this earth. In you is My glory, the radiance of My glory is shining in you. Do not hide it under a bushel basket. Put it on the golden lampstand and light up the world! Everyone should feel the radiance of My glory in you when you enter a room or come near them like a force field drawing them into My love.

But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place. For we are a fragrance of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing. 2 Corinthians 2:14-15.

A force field is an area of energy, such as magnetic energy, that surrounds an object or place. For example, the gravitational force draws every particle on earth toward its surface, and the area that the gravitational force acts on is represented as a force field. Force fields are all around you. If you purchase a magnet, you can have your own force field generator that will lift up a steel needle, overcoming another force field, earth’s gravity.

“Draw me after you and let us run together! The King has brought me into his chambers.” Song of Songs 1:4.

Everywhere you go think about what you are bringing into the room and act accordingly. Within you, ready to flow out, is My glory, My very presence filled with My goodness. When you enter a people living in darkness should see a great light. You are surrounded by a force field coming from within, Christ in you, your hope of glory.

“And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to Myself.” John 12:32.

Peter was a person like any of you but he got so full of My glory that I tell you that when he went down the street anyone sick who his shadow fell upon was healed. Do you remember My promise to you in Covenant with Me?

I have put My words in your mouth and have covered you with the shadow of My hand, to plant the heavens, to establish the earth, and to say to Zion, ‘You are My people.’” Isaiah 51:16.

My hand heals, the pierced hand of My Son, and the shadow of My hand is over you to heal and work wonders for “His radiance is like the sunlight; He has rays flashing from His hand, and there is the hiding of His power.” Habakkuk 3:4.

All around you, clothing you and in you, is My glory and others should see the radiance in you and feel the power of My love coming from you. For you are bringing My presence in you and in My presence is fullness of joy.

And love and joy are magnets, bright lights, that draw others to you.

“Lift up your eyes round about and see; they all gather together, they come to you.” Isaiah 60:4.

I love you. I have clothed you in glory and majesty within and without. Let it flow.

What is man that You take thought of him, and the son of man that You care for him? Yet You have made him a little lower than God, and You crown him with glory and majesty! Psalm 8:4-5.

The King’s daughter is all glorious within; her clothing is interwoven with gold. Psalm 45:13.
