Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me. John 15:4.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

I give you the opportunity to start from a clean slate in Christ, a new beginning as a new creation.

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come. 2 Corinthians 5:17.

He released you from your sins by His blood and made you holy, blameless and beyond reproach in My sight.

And although you were formerly alienated and hostile in mind, engaged in evil deeds, yet He has now reconciled you in His fleshly body through death, in order to present you before Him holy and blameless and beyond reproach. Colossians 1:21-22.

But what you do from here is up to you. But the good news is, I do not ask  you to do it on your own, any more than you gained righteousness on your own merits and works.

He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:21.

You have been made righteous in Him with My own righteousness, which puts you at the finish line of the law (the goal of the law was for  you to be made righteous by keeping all the commandments), so now you must do the deeds of righteousness.

For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them. Ephesians 2:8-10.

But how do you do the deeds of righteousness? By attaching to the vine. Jesus is the vine and you are the branches and I am the vinedresser.

I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing. John 15:5.

I give you a new opportunity for the new you: the opportunity to attach to the vine and bear MUCH fruit. The fruit of the vine. For you can do nothing without Jesus but you can do all things through Him who strengthens you.

I can do all things through Him who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13.

I am your help, I am your keeper, Psalm 121, and I have given you Jesus so you can attach and live through Him as a branch does on a vine. The branch bears the fruit of the vine but it can only do so if attached to the vine. It draws its life and sustenance from the vine.

If anyone does not abide in Me, he is thrown away as a branch and dries up; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire and they are burned. John 15:6.

If you remain in the vine, the fruit will come by His life, His strength, His joy, His peace flowing into you by the Spirit as you stay attached to the vine. And how do you stay attached to, that is, abide, in the vine of Jesus? You remain in My Word and let My Word remain in you.

If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples. Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. John 15:7-10.

There is one answer to living a perfect life of abiding peace and joy: Attach. Join as One Spirit with Him in the Vine.

And Jesus purposely only said My Words, did My works, thought My thoughts, and made My Will His own. And He lived, as one like you, the most powerful, perfect life that anyone has ever lived. The first Adam could have lived that way, but he did not.

If you have been waking up in the morning or at any time day or night feeling weak, weary, tormented, and fighting tears and depression, you have the answer.

Live your life as Jesus did, the life of a man totally given over to Me, emptied of self and FILLED with Me so that you will have joy, strength, peace, purity, and wisdom at all times, not just now and then. Live your life in, through, and with Me by being in Christ resting in Me utilizing all My goodness as your own.

Let My joy be your joy for My joy is constant and complete.

Let My thoughts be your thoughts. No longer think your own tormented thoughts, take Mine as your own.

Let My strength be your strength. Strong in Me and the power of My might you will be impenetrable.

Let My ways be your ways and you will get results and answered prayer every time.

Let My purity be your purity and you will be free of lust and perverted thoughts.

Let My peace be your peace so that you may have perfect peace at all times.

Let My goodness be your goodness and your life will overflow with goodness.

Let My love by your love and your love will never fail.

Let My Will be your Will and you will have a wonderful, fruitful life of good deeds prepared in advance.

Let My Words by your words and you will never say another idle, harmful, useless word again.

Let My life be your life and you will live the abundant life that is life indeed.

Let My desires be your desires and you will have joy in answered prayer with amazing results that benefit all.

Be of one heart, one mind, one purpose with Me and you will have a glorious life of joy—righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord; seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust. 2 Peter 1:2-4.

You can be free, totally free, to live a life of such beauty and splendor if you decide to give Me your life and live through Me. And that is what Jesus is all about.

By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. 1 John 4:9.

This is subtle, it is about you becoming a partaker of My divine nature and being filled with all My fullness so that you become just like Me in your nature and characteristics. No, I am not telling you to be God, you cannot be for you are created by Me and you cannot create in the way I do or run the universe as I do, I am saying to take all the goodness in Me and fill yourself with nothing else that your life will be sweet and your days like days of Heaven even on earth. I give you the Kingdom now. I give you Jesus now.

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. John 3:16-17.

The choice is this: do you want to give Me your life so I can fully fill you with Mine?

Are you fed up with the torments and oppression of living your own thoughts, words, and works? Do you long for a higher life that is never down in self-pity and a dread of tomorrow? I am offering My life to you that you may be filled with My joy and peace.

Are you willing to say to Me, “I give You my life and that is my choice. From now on not My Will but Your Will be done. Do with Me as You will.”

And do you recognize that prayer? Just look to Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith the night He was betrayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, He knew there is only one way He could endure His race with joy, “And He withdrew from them about a stone’s throw, and He knelt down and began to pray, saying, “Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me; yet not My will, but Yours be done.” Luke 22:42.

To be like Me without being Me is the life Jesus lived on earth. He emptied Himself of His powers as God and became just like you in all things but sin. And He was wholly given to Me so that in seeing Him you see Me. He did not speak from His flesh but from His spirit that was One Spirit with Me by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. He did not do the works of His flesh but of those communicated in Him by the Spirit. He saw as I saw and purposed as I did for He stayed constantly connected to Me and My life flowed into and sustained Him.

I will tell you what your heart is longing for and why you at times are engulfed in sadness. It is because Adam’s sin and all sin committed since tied you to the temporal, made your spirit dead to Me and alive to sin, and imprisoned you in the flesh, in the confines of self, in a life that dies apart from Me, but I formed you in My image and according to My likeness tied to the eternal, for I have put eternity in your heart and made you a free spirit, the flesh, which was originally eternal before sin corrupted the seed in you from imperishable to perishable, was formed by Me as a glorious temple for your spirit on the earth, your place of dominion authority in a union of deep fellowship and covenant with Me as the source and supply of all. The longing in your heart is to be just like Me in the freedom of a life of righteousness where everything in you is in the perfect harmony of the eternal symphony of life at perfect peace in fruitful pursuits that fill your pure heart and all in and around you with beauty, light, and love. You want to live free from darkness and the sin that weighs you down to earth and so easily ensnares you. That is your longing and that is why you groan within.

But the good news is that in Jesus, attached to and putting your roots deep into Him, you can live the perfect life you long for as He lived His, by uniting yourself so totally with Me that you become the unique, strong, pure, joyful, free, fruitful, peaceful person I made you to be in My image and according to My likeness. Come share your Father’s joy! It is there for you.

What you want is to be just like Jesus—to think like Him, act like Him, talk like Him. He was a man totally given to Me. He totally emptied Himself of His position as God ruling the universe to being like you, showing you in the flesh how you can be if you act entirely with, in, and for Me. To be conformed to and just like Christ is to be the “you” that you want to be but cannot seem to get free of selfishness and the works of the flesh to be that.

Jesus allowed the devil no part in Him. He permitted nothing into Him but My amazing thoughts, purposes, words, joy, goodness, and wisdom. And you as His disciples can do that. For if you remain, abide, continue in His Word, then you are truly His disciple and then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free to live filled with Me. Whom the Son sets free is free indeed.

You really do not want to see others as irritating and as a nuisance but like Jesus saw them with compassion, like sheep without a shepherd, and take the time to teach them and heal them. You long to be free of offense and instead of being offended look with love like Jesus did on Me and say, “Father forgive them they know not what they do.” And like Him, you long to love even in the face of hatred and jealousy and to cheerfully do good for all from your place of grace. Like Him, you want to be free of thoughts of evil and darkness, of impurity and malice.

And that is where you want to live—in the place of grace that Christ won for you, in which, in Christ Jesus, you now can stand. It is the secret place of the Most High.

Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God. Romans 5:1-2.

I love you. Live your life through Jesus and be living just like Me.

For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. Romans 5:17.
