But My righteous one shall live by faith; and if he shrinks back, My soul has no pleasure in him. Hebrews 10:38.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלבים) says:
I give you the awesome opportunity to live by faith.
“Behold, as for the proud one, his soul is not right within him; but the righteous will live by faith.” Habakkuk 2:4.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “But the righteous shall live by faith.” Romans 1:16-18.
I just gave you two witnesses of My Word from the Old Covenant and the New Covenant about how the righteous walk, and that is by faith. Abraham was made righteous by his faith in My Word and so are you. That never changes. Why? It is impossible to please Me without faith because that is the only way you can connect with Me, i.e., by faith that I exist and that I reward those who seek Me. That I am good and good to you. You can expect good and wonderful things from Me.
“So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives; and he who seeks, finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened. Now, suppose one of you fathers is asked by his son for a fish; he will not give him a snake instead of a fish, will he? Or if he is asked for an egg, he will not give him a scorpion, will he? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?” Luke 10:9-13.
Yes, your life can be amazing if you walk by faith and not by sight. Walking in faith simply means you see things by My Word and not by circumstances as they are at the moment.
You look at the temporal in the light of the eternal.
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:18.
You see things as governed by My Word if you put it to work.
You look at all things in the light of My Word. That means YOU SEE THE SOLUTION AND DO NOT GET STUCK IN THE PROBLEM.
The Israelites, once I successfully got them to follow Me across the wilderness to the land I had promised them by Covenant oath with My friend Abraham, your father in the faith, did not see what they were facing in the light of My Word. They got stuck in the problem they saw with their physical senses and with a report contrary to My Word, so they begged, wept, and tested Me all night. And they counseled each other on how bad the situation was, how My promises were not working and not true for them, and that there was no way out if they went in but to be consumed and killed. And they kept this kind of behavior up the whole time they wandered in the desert, refusing to live by faith, and so lost the opportunity to live by faith and take the land, as their children did under Joshua.
Many people get stuck in the problem they face, whether it be physical, financial, emotional, or mental, and whine and beg at Me to do something. But what they do not understand that I have the solution, and all they have to do is ask Me for it, write it down so they do not forget what I told them, and run with it and the problem will be solved. And it can be as simple as how to turn off a broken burner on your electrical stove, how to open a jar, how to turn off a shower you are not familiar with, or it can as complicated as making an amazing invention that benefits mankind, constructing My tabernacle, designing and building your homes and cities, constructing reservoirs, storing grain to have plenty for seven years of famine, running a nation, and even delivering two million people out of slavery with no weapons when they are being chased by the most powerful army in the world at that time. Nothing is too hard for Me and nothing is impossible for Me and all things are possible for those who believe that.
And that is living by faith and the prayer of faith.
I will stand on my guard post and station myself on the rampart; and I will keep watch to see what He will speak to me, and how I may reply when I am reproved. Then the LORD answered me and said, “Record the vision and inscribe it on tablets, that the one who reads it may run. For the vision is yet for the appointed time; it hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; for it will certainly come, it will not delay. Behold, as for the proud one, his soul is not right within him; but the righteous will live by faith. Habakkuk 2:1-4.
Faith is to hear the answer from Me and do it. Whether I take you to a passage of Scripture that speaks to you concerning your need of the moment or I speak directly by My Spirit in your spirit with the directions and answer.
Once you ask and get the answer, do not draw back and get stuck in the problem. I always see beyond to the solution but most people will get stuck in the problem and spend the night there, or even days, months, and years of their lives.

Wasted years like the Israelites in the desert when I had given them the answer: to go in and take possession of the land because I would send My angel ahead of them to clear the way and that I would fight for them, as I had when I brought them out of Egypt, all they had to do was go forward in the way I opened to them.
But Moses said to the people, “Do not fear! Take your stand and see the salvation of the LORD which He will accomplish for you today; for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see them again forever. The LORD will fight for you while you keep silent.” Then the LORD said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to Me? Tell the sons of Israel to go forward. As for you, lift up your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it, and the sons of Israel shall go through the midst of the sea on dry land. Exodus 14:13-16.
Do you see? They had to take their stand with Me on My Word and stop yelling out at Me in complaints, begging, and fear and let Me fight for them and then I told Moses exactly the solution to the problem of the approaching Egyptians army with its chariots and charioteers. Direct the Israelites to go forward and then open the way I had prepared through the sea since the creation of the world. And I told him exactly how to do it with Me, “lift up your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it, and the sons of Israel shall go through the midst of the sea on dry land.” And once they stopped screaming and begging Me to do something and followed My directions they had the perfect result and the problem was no longer any problem at all.
That is living by faith. Not a matter of how hard or long you are praying for deliverance, it is not a matter of “persuading” Me to do My promises, that is rather insulting, you know, and has more doubt in it than faith, instead it is knowing that I am the LORD your deliverer and getting the answer from Me of what to do to cooperate with Me on your part to be delivered. I have it all worked out already. It is part of the life of good deeds I prepared for you in Christ Jesus beforehand that you should walk in it and enjoy it.
Jesus looked at three loaves and two fish and a crowd of well over 5,000 hungry people who had followed Him into the wilderness to hear His Word, He looked up to Me and blessed the bread and the fish and in Me He saw abundant provision. His disciple Andrew looked at the same three loaves and two fish and he saw lack and failure. What is the difference, it was the same bread and fish. Faith in the answer before you see it. It says Jesus knew well what He would do, and that was to hand it over to Me in faith and do whatever I directed.
Elijah, on Mt. Carmel in the showdown that routed Baal out, knelt down and prayed for rain. He looked seven times and not even one cloud in the sky. But he did not give up, he knelt down the eighth time, and sure enough a cloud the size of a man’s fist appeared on the horizon. Most people would have discounted it as too insignificant. But not My servant Elijah. He knew Me. He told Ahab to get going since a huge rain was about to hit. And it did. And all the people rejoiced. But Elijah fled from Jezebel, but that is another story.
But when Elijah looked at the miniscule cloud, he saw My answer, and sure enough the sky filled with dark clouds and the years of famine were broken all because all of Israel there on Mt. Carmel had received Me as LORD due to one man obeying Me by faith.
Is anyone among you suffering? Then he must pray. Is anyone cheerful? He is to sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Then he must call for the elders of the church and they are to pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him. Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much. Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and with prayer he prayed that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the earth for three years and six months. Then he prayed again, and the sky poured rain and the earth produced its fruit. James 5:13-18.
The prayer of faith is coming to Me with full confidence and asking, seeking, and knocking for the solution (answer) to the problem or question you are facing or pondering at that time, and then acting upon that answer, whether it be sharing, commanding, declaring, speaking, taking, or just doing it yourself.
When you need an answer immediately, you do not need to call your friends and multiple others, some even call psychic hotlines or consult fortune tellers, but this puts you in touch with the devil’s answers and you do not want to act on a lie that will destroy your life, you just need to go into the secret place of your heart, the place of answered prayer deep in your born again spirit and connect with My throne of grace by the Holy Spirit, the divine genius, and He will answer you with the truth from Me, teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all I have said. He will give you the Word that is for the moment. Seize so great an opportunity and live by faith.
Faith is a wonderful thing, it turns your life around, it fills your days with beauty and takes away your frown. It turns you into a prophet, telling the good news, that I am here among you, making all things new.
Walking by faith is simply knowing Me well enough that you come to Me and get every answer you need just when you need it, from the smallest need to the greatest deed. And everything starts with a seed, be sure it is the seed of My Word if you want a great life.
Walk by faith and not by sight and you will never get stuck in the problem but go on to the answer that will make the problem pass like a watch in the night, a mere shadow.
