You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Psalm 23:5.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלוהים) says:
When I saw how man had rejected My Word, which is truth and light, for lies and darkness, I was grieved because sin caused the death of his spirit to Me and his new birth to sin. Man became evil, filled with wickedness, so that his every thought was evil. He was no longer in fellowship with Me and had shut Me out of the world I had made for him. But worst of all, He shut Me out of his life so that he limited Me in what I could do for him just when he needed me the most.
But I had a plan. The designs of My heart are eternal, they are there for every generation.
But the plan of the LORD stands forever, the designs of His heart through all generations. Psalm 33:11.
So what was the plan? I did not have to destroy you, as the flood had begun, I just had to awaken your heart back to Me by releasing you from your sins and pouring Myself into you. And that brought forth My Son’s offering of Himself to come and save you by taking flesh as born from above so He had an eternal life in the flesh to pay for the one you had lost, and thus opening you up to fill up your cup until it overflowed. And how would I regenerate you from your fallen nature to a new creation in Christ? Not by your power or might, you were helpless in your sins, but by My Spirit.
All I needed to do was so fill you with Me that the old man was washed out and the new man birthed in water and Spirit. I just had to pour the living water in till it flushed out all that was sin. You had to get filled with the Holy Spirit. And there is nothing burdensome or painful about that. Jesus did all the painful work and you have come into His gain. He won the victory over sin and death and then He turned around and gave it to you. And that was what I sent Him to do and He did it with joy for the love He has for you and for Me.
I would open you up and fill up your cup with Me. And then you too would become love. Born again from above I could fill up your cup and put a fountain within you that would never run dry.
I just had to enlarge your heart and fill you up with Me. And thus the Three in One and the One in Three was all you needed to be made entirely new, in My image and according to My likeness which was My plan from when I first conceived man in My heart.
This is not a remake, but a total recreate from the inside out. It all begins in your heart (spirit, the inner man) but it does not stay there. You become a new YOU, the you I planned you to be that got lost. But My Son came to seek out and save the lost. And all you who have opened the door to Him when you heard His voice and let Him come in to dine with you and you with Him, I can fill up your cup with My divine life. You who receive the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness will reign in life through Christ Jesus. He, the anointed One, has taken you from death to life, eternal life.

Open wide your heart and I will fill it with Me. Do you not know you are a temple of the Holy Spirit and My Spirit dwells in you? It is time you realized this and got full.
When you are full of Me there is no room for the devil. So if you are bothered by various temptations and pulled easily into sin it is time you let Me in to fill up your cup till it overflows. It is time to enlarge your heart.
I shall run the way of Your commandments, for You will enlarge my heart. Psalm 119:32.
How do I cleanse and enlarge your heart? With the Spirit, the Water (of My Word), and the Blood.
Who is the one who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? This is the One who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ; not with the water only, but with the water and with the blood. It is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth. For there are three that testify: the Spirit and the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement. 1 John 5:5-8.
Jesus comes in the Blood and the Water, the Spirit then can abide in you forever.
I sent My Word to heal you and deliver you from all your destructions, to pull you out of the pit you were in. The blood of Jesus releases you from your sins by paying Me back in full for the life you owed Me and the trespasses committed against Me and He took your sentence to the dust of death for you so that your sins and offenses I remember no more. But it is the water of My Word that regenerates you and cleanses your heart and mind so that you are without spot, stain or wrinkle. It is the birth canal of My incorruptible Word by which your spirit is born again to eternal life, switched from death to life, alive to Me and dead to sin so that My Spirit can join as one with your living spirit.
You see this in the heavenly pattern of the Tabernacle which I gave Moses the plans to build with great detail. You enter the outer court facing the bronze altar of judgment on which you offer the sacrifice of the lamb and the blood shed and poured out for your sins to reconcile yourself with Me and to remove your sins. The next stage after the bronze altar is the bronze laver in which the priests must wash to enter into the inner court. The washing in the laver represents new birth in baptism by My incorruptible Word and the cleansing of your soul and body thereby. Entering the inner court represents being joined as one with Christ as His body the church and being filled with the Holy Spirit. It is only then that with the blood and the incense of prayer you can enter the Holy of Holies to receive mercy and grace just as you need it and be filled with all My fullness in the place of perfect love and peace, resting in My presence at all times in your inner sanctuary of the Spirit.
Jesus Himself, and He is My Word made flesh by whom I speak to you by My Spirit, explained how you are purged and cleansed of all that residue in your cup from the mind of the flesh which is set on death. I pour in living water of My Spirit-breathed Words. It is like a branch on the vine filling up with the life, the sap, of the vine. Those who are planted in My house are filled with sap and very fresh and green, fruitful even in old age. Psalm 92:13-14.
“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you. John 15:1-4.
The Word used that is translated “clean” and also you will see it translated as “pruned” and “purged,” is the Greek word “katharos (καθαρός),” which means clean, pure, without admixture, purged clean and separated, without undesirable elements, i.e. free from the contaminating (soiling) influences of sin. The word “cathartic” comes from it.
The first time this word is used in the New Testament it is in the Sermon on the Mount, “blessed are the clean (pure) in heart, for they shall see God.” Matthew 5:8. It is also used in Matthew 23:26:
“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you clean the outside of the cup and of the dish, but inside they are full of robbery and self-indulgence. You blind Pharisee, first clean the inside of the cup and of the dish, so that the outside of it may become clean also. Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which on the outside appear beautiful, but inside they are full of dead men’s bones and all uncleanness. So you, too, outwardly appear righteous to men, but inwardly you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness. Matthew 23:25-28.
If you pour enough pure water into a cup containing contaminated water and sludge it will dislodge all the impure and replace it with pure. And the more you pour in that the faster it runs in the sooner it is cleaned out. Let My Spirit anoint you with the anointing of your head, Jesus, the head of the Body, which is the oil of joy in the Holy Spirit
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her, so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless. Ephesians 5:25-27.
Fill your cup. How? Get full of My Word! Hear My Word, read My Word, speak My Word, and sing My Word in inspired songs, hymns and Spirit sent songs. And the Holy Spirit will fill your cup, that is your spirit and soul, to overflow. You cannot help but be filled with joy and the Holy Spirit if you just keep pouring My Word into your heart.
Meditate on My Word night and day. Let it fill your heart, fill your thoughts, and anoint your mind. Let My Word make you clean. It is not penance, it is not fasting, it is not beating yourself, cutting and slashing yourself, or abusing your body by depriving it of comfort that will clean evil out of you. There is only one cathartic for that deep cleanse and it is My Word, My Spirit breathed anointed Word. And My Spirit testifies to Jesus. Jesus is the Word and My Word is all about Him. The spirit of prophecy is the testimony of Jesus. You will see Him in every book of the Bible, and not only every book but the letters in every Hebrew Word. Renew and rejuvenate in My Word and you will be transformed from death to life.
If you knew My gift, you would ask My Son for a drink and He would give you living water.
There came a woman of Samaria to draw water. Jesus said to her, “Give Me a drink.” For His disciples had gone away into the city to buy food. Therefore the Samaritan woman said to Him, “How is it that You, being a Jew, ask me for a drink since I am a Samaritan woman?” (For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.) Jesus answered and said to her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.” She said to Him, “Lord, You have nothing to draw with and the well is deep; where then do You get that living water? You are not greater than our father Jacob, are You, who gave us the well, and drank of it himself and his sons and his cattle?” Jesus answered and said to her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will thirst again; but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life.” John 4:7-14.
And Jesus, the Lamb in the center of My Throne, who I raised from the dead as the great good Shepherd of the sheep, is your shepherd, and He will guide you to springs of the water of life; and I will wipe every tear from your eyes. Revelation 7:17. If you are thirsty, come and drink. Fill up your cup till it overflows.
Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’” But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. John 7:37-39.
The overflow of your cup is not a trickle if you will enlarge your heart, it is RIVERS of living water pouring out of you in the gifts of the Spirit. Pour it out on the nations. Flood the nations with the glory that is filling you and running over like rivers. Be the tsunami that changes the nations. Change the tide of evil to an overflow of My love. Fill up everyone’s cup from your overflow. Give everyone a drink of living water from My throne, the wellspring of Salvation, Yeshuah! With joy you shall draw water from the springs of Salvation and pour it out on a thirsty world. Let everyone ask you for a drink, for they will want what is filling you up with joy, it is better than wine, strong drink, or drugs for it is a continual healthy peace-filled loving HIGH in Me, the Most High, and fill up their cup with Me!
That is what Jesus wanted to do for the Samaritan woman at the well. He wanted to fill up her cup with the wellspring that would never run dry that was in Him and is now in you who believe in Him. She would never thirst again. Her cup would be continually full. How do you get there? Worship in Spirit and truth so I can fill up your cup. I dwell on your praises.
That is the way of Salvation, I fill up your cup till everything else is flushed out, you are clean already (katharos) because of the Word I have spoken to you. That is what will fill you with Me. My Word. Born again from above by My Word of truth, it has the power to save your souls. Truth is incorruptible and is forever, lies are not. If you live a lie you will die, if you live the truth you will have life eternal.
And He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” And He said, “Write, for these words are faithful and true.” Then He said to me, “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to the one who thirsts from the spring of the water of life without cost. He who overcomes will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son. But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” Revelation 21:5-8.
Do you see why it is so important to fill up your cup and flush out all the evil? It makes a huge difference where you will spend your eternity. The more you take in My Word the cleaner you will be. I have put My Words in your mouth and My Spirit in and on you. That is My Covenant with you. Isaiah 59:21. Open wide your mouth and I will fill it.
“I, the LORD, am your God, who brought you up from the land of Egypt; open your mouth wide and I will fill it.” Psalm 81:10.
I opened my mouth wide and panted, for I longed for Your commandments. Psalm 119:131.
I love you. Let Me fill up your cup.
I invite you to say a short prayer with me now: “LORD, fill up my cup!” What am I filling your cup with? Myself. My grace, which is My divine life in you. I pour My love, joy, and peace into your heart by the gift of the Holy Spirit who dwells in you with all the fullness of the Godhead bodily! The best thing to do: get filled with the Holy Spirit every moment of the day! “LORD, fill up my cup until it overflows onto all the nations!” If you knew My gift, you would ask Jesus for a drink. John 4:10.
The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost. Revelation 22:17.
