“No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up on the last day.” John 6:44.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

In the ingathering of each one of you back into Me, I draw you to Jesus and He draws you back into Me. I gave the Israelites the divine calendar of appointed times that forthtell the joining of Heaven and earth as one when My Son returns to take back the ownership of the earth and the ultimate appointed after which the salvation story is complete and all is in the light of eternity.

In the moedim (appointed times) of the divine calendar there are seven moedim, Leviticus 23:4-44, which is the number of perfection and completeness. Of these seven only three do I designate as feasts and the feast which is celebrated the longest (eight days, eight being the number of new beginnings that begins with completeness and goes on from there to something new) is the last on the calendar and will be fulfilled when My heavenly city comes to join with earth and I dwell with you forever and all is made new. Yes, you know, it is the feast of tabernacles, when all gathered foliage of beautiful trees, palm branches and boughs of leafy trees and willows of the brook, and built tabernacles (booths, huts) around My temple and camped out with Me as we celebrated for eight days, so that your generations may know that I had the sons of Israel live in booths when I brought them out from the land of Egypt. And do you know what I call this feast? The Ingathering. When you gathered in the crops of the land, you celebrated My feast for seven days, with a sabbath rest on the first day and a sabbath rest on the eighth day.

“Three times a year you shall celebrate a feast to Me. You shall observe the Feast of Unleavened Bread (with the Passover); for seven days you are to eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the appointed time in the month Abib, for in it you came out of Egypt. And none shall appear before Me empty-handed. Also you shall observe the Feast of the Harvest (Pentecost) of the first fruits of your labors from what you sow in the field; also the Feast of the Ingathering (Tabernacles) at the end of the year when you gather in the fruit of your labors from the field. Three times a year all your males shall appear before the Lord (Adonai) LORD (Yahavah).” Exodus 23:14-17.

And that is what the divine calendar of appointed times, that are each fulfilled by Jesus in due season, is all about—the ingathering of you back into Myself as the endtime harvest of souls won by My love. My Son is returning for a glorious church redeemed by His blood and washed pure in the water of the Word.

In case you do not know the appointed times, they begin with Passover and the feast of unleavened bread, which have been fulfilled in Christ as the true Lamb who takes away the sins of the world who gets rid of the leaven of sin and the puffed up pride of the old man that you have left behind as a new creation in Christ (like the caterpillar and the butterfly, the old and the new have nothing in common so that they can abide together).

The next appointed time is First Fruits which is three days (on Sunday) after the Passover is sacrificed, and Jesus fulfills this in His resurrection. The next appointed time is Pentecost when the Law was given on Mt. Sinai which coincides with the early harvest such as the barley and spring fruits. This was fulfilled on Pentecost Sunday when the Holy Spirit was poured into the souls of the first born again from above believers and the church was born. On Mt. Sinai when the law was given a nation was born, Moses and My people Israel entered the Old Covenant as set apart from all other nations by My sanctifying Word. But on Pentecost both Jew and gentile, all who believe in the Name of My Son, united as one new man in the New and everlasting Covenant that is not limited to one nation but encompasses all who are gathered back into Me through Jesus in the entire world. I so loved the world I gave you My Son that you can all come to Me in one huge feast of the ingathering. And just as the Feast of Tabernacles was mandatory, so is the ingathering of its fulfillment. And no one is to came empty handed, you all must come clothed in Christ to enter.

And after Pentecost, there was a period of summertime, and the next three moedim took place in the fall. They are trumpets, which will be fulfilled in the catching up of the Church when the trumpet sounds from Heaven and you who believe are caught up with Christ and all believers in the clouds to receive your glorified bodies and come to the wedding feast of the Lamb. Right after that comes the appointed time of atonement (Yom Kippur) which will be fulfilled in the three and a half years of the tribulation period when sin is justly dealt with in those who have remained hardened in it and given over to doing the work of the evil one are tested, tried, and given the final opportunity to repent and be gloriously saved. And then comes the greatest and last appointed time, the feast Tabernacles, also called the feast of the Ingathering, where all becomes new with sin and the curse gone forever as righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit are all that is known. I wipe every tear from your eyes and there is no more sickness, sorrow, fear, depression, anxiety, pain, grief, poverty, malice, hate, guilt, shame, abuse, harm, evil, crying, mourning, or death. In other words, all sin and its consequences will never be seen again. Finally, My Will as it was for you from the beginning will be done.

You may be wondering what this has to do with the conversation of Jesus that we began yesterday with the crowd who had followed Jesus after they witnessed and partook in the miracle of the multiplication of the five loaves and two fish, but you will see that all of this is tied together in the unfolding of the story of My Salvation.

In the prior Life Lesson we left off where Jesus had made the statement, “I am the bread of life; he who comes to Me will not hunger, and he who believes in Me will never thirst.” John 6:35.

He showed Himself as the all-sufficient one to supply all your needs. He fulfills My Name of El Shaddai. And I confirm that:

And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19.

However, Jesus did not stop the statement there. He went on, for He knew the hearts of those to whom He was speaking and there was much more that they and you needed to hear. So He continued, “But I said to you that you have seen Me, and yet do not believe. All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will certainly not cast out. For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. This is the will of Him who sent Me, that of all that He has given Me I lose nothing, but raise it up on the last day. For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.” John 6:36-40.

There is so much I want for you to understand here, but you must understand it in your heart for it is too big for your mind to grasp without being enlightened by My Spirit.

To come to Jesus you must be drawn by Me. And before I continue on with this truth, let us listen to what Jesus says next and then go back to His prior Words again.

The Jews present who had sought Him so hard because of the abundance of the bread and the fish were now grumbling about Him, because He said, “I am the bread that came down out of heaven.” John 6:41. They had stuck on that and were not listening to anything further.

They were complaining, which is deadly to your health and finances, in fact, it is deadly to your entire life and being. Death and life are in the power of your tongue. And they were now questioning Jesus whom the night before they tried to make their King by force. They were saying, “Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How does He now say, ‘I have come down out of heaven’?” John 6:42.

Jesus had an answer, which as My Word He of course would. My Word is the answer to everything. So Jesus answered and said to them, “Do not grumble among yourselves.” John 6:43. Just pause for a moment, take this to heart. Grumbling, complaining, gossiping, back-biting, judging in conversation with others is evil. It is contrary to love and I think, talk, and walk in love. Everything else is foreign to Me and cannot enter in Me.

Jesus rebuked those who were wrong, such as the Pharisees, but He never sat around complaining or speaking malicious things about them. He was sent to save you and not to judge you. And as I sent Him so He sends you.

Many, even his former friends and colleagues, tried to kill Paul and stop his preaching but he never returned hatred or spoke ill of them. He continued His mission that I gave him and he did it in love. I sent him “to open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the dominion of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.” Acts 26:18. And he was faithful to that divine mandate. Acts 26:19.

But here is the answer I want you to ponder deeply upon, Jesus then told the crowd, “No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up on the last day.” John 6:44.

Many people think that you are on your own to find Jesus, but you are not. It is My doing that you are in Christ Jesus, whom I have made to be wisdom unto you, and righteousness and sanctification and redemption. 1 Corinthians 1:30. When I see a heart turned to Me, I draw you to Jesus so you can be redeemed and released from your sins by His blood and made a new creation in Him and thus be made holy and blameless, beyond reproach before Me, so that there is no division any longer between us caused by sin and you can be gathered in to be One with Me forever—to reign with Me forever. Revelation 22:5.

Now let us go back a bit in this conversation when Jesus said, “All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will certainly not cast out.

I draw you to Jesus, those who seek Me, love Me, cling to Me, I show them My Salvation (Yeshuah), Psalm 91:14-16. When you believe in the good news of your salvation I seal you in Christ by the Holy Spirit of promise, Ephesians 1:13, and I give you to Him and He must raise you up on the Last Day to be in Me with Him forever. This is My Will for you and My Will prospered in the hand of Jesus. I have put you in His hand and in His hand you are in Mine for that is where His hand is.

I have made Jesus who knew no sin to be sin on your behalf so that in Him you become righteous with My own righteousness. It is My divine cycle of reconciliation unto revelation, impartation, and emancipation to take dominion with Me rooted and grounded in love. Once you have believed in the good news of your salvation and been sealed in Christ by My Holy Spirit you are saved forever. With the Holy Spirit living in your spirit you cannot go to hell. My Spirit has no place there. You who are born again from above by receiving Jesus as your Lord are temples of the Holy Spirit and you are holy, sanctified, and set part. You cannot be lost. I have given command to Jesus to go after you should you stray and raise you up on the last day.

And Jesus went on to explain more about how I draw you to Jesus, “It is written in the prophets, ‘And they shall all be taught of God.’ Everyone who has heard and learned from the Father, comes to Me. Not that anyone has seen the Father, except the One who is from God; He has seen the Father. Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes has eternal life.” John 63:45-46.

I teach you and I do it by My gracious Word that has the power to save your soul. And here again you see Jesus telling you that everyone who has heard and learned from Me comes to Jesus. And that is the way it works. I draw those whose hearts are right before Me to Jesus and He draws you back into Himself and ultimately to Me. Jesus saves you to the uttermost.

I love you. That is enough for this Life Lesson, tomorrow we will go deeper into the Bread come down from Heaven to give life to the world. Ponder what I have just taught you. Know that you who are reading this have been drawn by Me to Jesus. You could have been left as you were and died in your own sins, in the hardness of your hearts and the lust of your eyes but I did not let that happen with you. Why? In you I saw a heart of love like unto Mine and that was enough for Me to work with forever. Love Love and you will be always wrapped in Love. The shortest way to Me is a heart with no rancor, malice, ill will, a soft heart of love that has lifted its eyes to Me.

To You I lift up my eyes, O You who are enthroned in the heavens! Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the Lord our God, until He is gracious to us. Psalm 123:1-2.
