The young lions do lack and suffer hunger; but they who seek the LORD shall not be in want of any good thing. Psalm 34:10.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
You may not realize it, but everyone, every day, is seeking something and what you seek, you will find, good or evil.
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Matthew 7:7-8.
You seek what you are attracted to, by what you seek, people will know what you love, whether it be something that is destroying your life, such as gluttony, alcoholism, drug addiction, pornography, fear, worry, or depression, or whether it be something that is giving you the abundant life and full authority over your mind and body. Addictions of the flesh will kill you, but desires of the Spirit will save you and give you life, eternal life. Since Adam, death resides in the flesh, but life and peace in the spirit. The truth is in the Spirit and My Words are Spirit and life.
Their end is destruction, their god is their belly, and their glory is in their shame. Their minds are set on earthly things. But our citizenship is in heaven, and we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables Him to subject all things to Himself, will transform our lowly bodies to be like His glorious body. Philippians 3:19-21.
That is why I tell you to seek the things above, where I have seated you with Christ at My right hand, and not beneath in the dirt where the devil crawls. Many treat Me like I am so far away and that I do not hear or see them. But at every moment all you do, think, and say is totally open to My sight, whether you are hiding in the dark or walking in the light.
For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him to whom we must render an account. Hebrews 4:12-13.
Be aware of My constant closeness, it is a loving closeness whereby I seek to draw you back into Myself through the cleansing blood of Jesus, and know that when you turn to inquire of Me, when you seek Me with your heart, when you call upon Me in truth, you will find Me right there with you ready to save. Ready to share My life with you by pouring My love into your heart by the gift of My Holy Spirit. When you seek Me you find the love you have been seeking. Like the Samaritan woman at the well. Jesus filled the well spring in her soul so that it never ran dry again.
Thus says the LORD who made the earth, the LORD who formed it to establish it, the LORD is His name, “Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” Jeremiah 33:2-3.
I tell you to seek My face, to seek My Word, to seek My righteousness, and to seek My Kingdom, but above all I tell you to seek Me. Why? Those who seek Me want for no good think.
Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren. Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow. James 1:16-17.
In My presence is fullness of joy, the delights at My right hand forever, and an abundance of all good things. And since the beginning, when I made the earth and all it contains for you, I made sure each day that all I had made was good. And when it was done, and ready for you as your home, I found it very good. Perfectly complete, lacking in nothing, and able to reproduce and replenish so there would never be a lack.
And I made it all to respond to you as its master. I gave you rule over the works of My hands because all I made was for you. I made everything, Heaven, earth, the sea, the mountains, hills, valleys, the rain, the wind, the intricacies of the planet and My creatures all for you. I made all things for you to richly enjoy. And I gave you seed which empowers you to grow, reproduce, and provide what you need by what you determine to sow and to grow. Seedtime and harvest will never cease.
“While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night Shall not cease.” Genesis 8:22.
When you seek Me you are simply returning to your source to find the rest, replenishment, love, peace, and joy that your heart seeks. From the beginning when I conceived you in My heart, before I birthed you into the earth by My Word, I have been there for you. I have put eternity in your heart, I put My joy in your heart, and I put My peace in your heart in the day I created you, but due to the deception of the evil one, who has no eternity to look forward to but only the pit of burning sulfur, and he has no joy and no peace, for every thought he has is the opposite of Mine, many have been deceived to seek him as the answer they are looking for. I am love. He is hate. I am joy. He is grief. I am peace. He is torment. I have faith, he has fear. So if you are experiencing any of those things that I am not but he is, you know what you are seeking is destroying you.
The devil was not created that way, he recreated himself that way by his thoughts, declarations, and actions and that is what he tries to do for each of you. He tries to recreate you in unrighteousness into his image and according to his likeness by his trafficking of violence and rebellion, deceiving you that to achieve power and to obtain what you already have in Me you must disobey My Word. He deceives you into destroying yourself by rejecting the lifeline of My Word and the beauty of holiness. He does this by deceiving you that you do not already have the best in Me—all sufficiency and an abundance for every good work.
So let Me tell you the story of the devil and his fall from his exalted position of worship and favor. Thus says the Lord (Adonai) LORD (Yahavah),“You had the seal of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone was your covering: the ruby, the topaz and the diamond; the beryl, the onyx and the jasper; the lapis lazuli, the turquoise and the emerald; and the gold, the workmanship of your tambourines and flutes, was in you. On the day that you were created they were prepared. You were the anointed cherub who guards and I placed you there (Eden). You were on the holy mountain of God; you walked in the midst of the stones of fire. You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created until unrighteousness was found in you. By the abundance of your trade you were internally filled with violence, and you sinned. Therefore I have cast you as profane from the mountain of God. And I have destroyed you, O guardian cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty; you corrupted your wisdom by reason of your splendor. I cast you to the ground.” Ezekiel 28:12-17.
Yes, he was the guardian angel sent to serve Adam and Eve, but he refused to serve and instead stole their identity and dominion by convincing them to join with him in rejection of My Word, which is rejection of the One who made you in His image to reign in love with Him forever. And in rejecting the incorruptible and eternal seed of My Word, which is truth, planted in their hearts that gives you the harvest of eternal life, they pulled out the seed of eternal life and replaced it with the corruptible and perishable seed of lies and death entered the world.
For God created man to be immortal, and to the image of His own likeness He made him. Nevertheless through envy of the devil death came into the world: and they that follow him, they that hold of his side, do find it. Wisdom 2:23-25.
Be careful how you walk. Those who seek the darkness do find it. And if your light is darkness, how deep will the darkness be.
You were formerly darkness, but now you are Light in the Lord; walk as children of Light (for the fruit of the Light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth), proving what is pleasing to the Lord. Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them; for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret. But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light. Ephesians 5:8-13.
Seek the light, you were made to be children of the light. I am light, there is no darkness in Me at all. It is a joy to live in the light with Me and I am inviting you today to seek Me and come live with Me in the Light.
So we have the prophetic word made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts. 2 Peter 1:19.
My Word is a light to your path and a lamp to your feet, in My Word is life, the light of life, and it will guide you in your quest for the Kingdom. Seek first My Kingdom and My way of righteousness and everything good will be added to you besides.
When you seek the one thing necessary, it brings you all good things. Forget not even one of My benefits for they are all “yes” to you who seek Christ Jesus as your Lord.
Seek the LORD while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the LORD, and He will have compassion on him, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” declares the LORD, “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth and making it bear and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; it will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:6-11.
I love you. I am here for you always. We have eternity. Seek Me by seeking My Word. For My Words are life to those who find them and health to all their flesh. I sent My Word to heal you and deliver you from all your destructions. My Word will make you prosper and succeed. My Word will cleanse you and make you free. My Word is all you need, for My Word became flesh and dwelt among you and He is with you and in you now making all things new. Do not ignore so great a Salvation. I am the God of all comfort and you find Me in My Word.
