Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” Genesis 1:27.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
Many people, in fact, most people, do not understand or have any knowledge of their dominion authority and what it means. And if you are lacking in that knowledge, your life will be a mess and the devil will be able to control you as he did Adam. If you do not know and understand how to exercise control you will be out of control and oppressed all your life. And the sad thing is you will blame Me, the only One that can lead you out of your darkness into the light and instruct you in the way you should go to have the abundant life you long for.
If you do not understand how the world works or why the things you are doing do not work you will decide My Word is not for you and live a mediocre and low level of life that is striving and merely surviving rather than abiding and thriving. And what you do not know and do not pursue to know will hurt you. My people perish for lack of knowledge and think they must wait until going to Heaven to get the good life they desire. But this is not the case. You can live the abundant life NOW and forever.
There is a key here in what I told My prophet Amos. I revealed to him that I do nothing in the earth without first revealing it to the prophets
Surely the Lord (Adonai) LORD (Yahavah) does nothing unless He reveals His secret counsel to His servants the prophets. Amos 3:7.
The word translated as “secret counsel” is the Hebrew word “sod (סוֹד),” which means counsel, secret, intimate conversation. It denotes an inner circle of advisors or confidants who were privy to the king’s plans and decisions. I reveal My plans and purposes to My prophets and faithful followers, in other words, to those I trust who have linked with Me in fellowship because their hearts are turned towards Me.
The secret of the LORD is for those who fear Him, and He will make them know His covenant. Psalm 25:14.
The reason I reveal these things to the prophets has to do with dominion authority. I gave mankind the authority over the earth as their domain, the rule over the works of My hands. Unless you agree with and speak out My plans, I am not authorized to perform them in the earth. What you permit, I must permit, and what you bind, I must bind. That is why I call Jesus the High Priest of your “homologia” (often translated as “confession” or “profession”), homologia is the Greek word (Greek is the language in which the New Testament was written) which means speaking the same word in complete agreement. If you speak in accordance with My Word you are in full agreement with Jesus for He only spoke My Words and did the works I showed Him. He released My Will into the earth and made sure it came to pass. You can do the same.
It all began on the eve of the sixth day of creation when I purposed to create man and woman for whom I had made all that I made. In the first chapter of the Bible you see Me planning and creating a home for the family I loved even before one of you was born.

Here I revealed My plan for you, for all mankind. I have given you dominion authority over the earth and the works of His hands on the earth.
When I consider Your heavens (הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם), the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars (Genesis 1:14 for signs (אֹתֹ) and appointed times (מ֣וֹעֲדִ֔ים)), which You have ordained; what is man that You take thought of him, and the son of man that You care for him? Yet You have made him a little lower than God, and You crown him with glory and majesty! You make him to rule over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet, all sheep and oxen, and also the beasts of the field, the birds of the heavens and the fish of the sea, whatever passes through the paths of the seas. O LORD (יהוה), our Lord (אֲדֹנֵ֗ינוּ), how majestic is Your Name in all the earth! Psalm 8:4-9.
May you be blessed of the LORD, maker of heaven and earth. The heavens are the heavens of the LORD, but the earth He has given to the sons of men. Psalm 115:15-16.
And how did I empower you to have this authority to replenish and rule the earth? Seed. The spiritual seed of the Word, which contains My power and does not return void but achieves the purpose for which I sent it when spoken in faith, and physical seed to produce the crops, animals, and the human race. To replenish the earth. In other words, with the seed you co-create with Me.
I have put My words in your mouth and have covered you with the shadow of My hand, to plant Heaven and establish it upon the earth, and to say to Zion (throne of David, dwelling of God, mountain of grace), ‘You are My people.’” Isaiah 51:16.
God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” Then God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you; and to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the sky and to every thing that moves on the earth which has life, I have given every green plant for food.” Genesis 1:28-30.
And what kind of ownership interest did I give mankind of the earth. Let Jesus explain:
And He began to speak to them in parables: “A man planted a vineyard and put a wall around it, and dug a vat under the wine press and built a tower, and leased it out to tenant farmers and went on a journey (Here Jesus is quoting Isaiah 5:2.) At the harvest time he sent a slave to the tenant farmers, in order to receive some of the produce of the vineyard from the tenant farmers. They took him, and beat him and sent him away empty-handed. Again he sent them another slave, and they wounded him in the head, and treated him shamefully. And he sent another, and that one they killed; and so with many others, beating some and killing others. He had one more to send, a beloved son; he sent him last of all to them, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’ But those tenant farmers said to one another, ‘This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and the inheritance will be ours!’ They took him, and killed him and threw him out of the vineyard. What will the owner of the vineyard do? He will come and destroy the vine-growers, and will give the vineyard to others. Have you not even read this Scripture: ‘The stone which the builders rejected, this became the chief corner stone; this came about from the LORD,and it is marvelous in our eyes’ (Here Jesus is quoting Psalm 118:22)?” Mark 12:1-11.
It is a leasehold interest that will expire at the time the seven seals on the Title Deed are broken by Jesus, Revelation 5:1-5, so that I can take back the earth by My ownership of the fee simple. But while the lease term is still running, just like the owner of leased property upon the earth, I cannot enter in and fix things unless you permit Me, as your landlord, to do so. You must call Me in. That is why you must ask to receive even though I know what you need before you ask Me. If you do not allow Me to act for you and give it to you, if you will not receive it, I am not authorized to give it to you.
And that is what Covenant is about. If you make Covenant with Me you are authorizing Me to act in your life at all times. Just as spouses have authority to act in one another’s lives and the responsibility to look after the Covenant partner.
My Word comes down to you and when you return it by receiving it by faith in your heart and speaking it by faith into the earth so it is released to go to work, I can perform it in the earth. And that is why I revealed to the prophets every detail of the life of Jesus before I sent Him. All had been authorized and set on course. At that point there was no turning back. The prophets assured that My Will would be done on earth and no demon could thwart it, not even their leader, the devil himself.
But understand, I have given you authority over things on the earth. You can stand up and change things by commands spoken in faith using My Words and power as your source of supply. It has pleased Me to give you the Kingdom as your source even now. Take authority and stop putting up with the tactics of the devil. Stop letting him take your healing, your health, your wealth, your provision, your family relationships, your children, and your thoughts. I have blessed you with every spiritual blessing in Heaven. Every good thing given and every perfect gift comes down from above, from Me, the Father of lights, and it is already in your heavenly account but unless you will pull it out of the spiritual realm into the natural realm upon the earth it will not be released into the earth realm and into your body to heal and deliver. Death and life are in the power of your tongue. Stop speaking what you don’t want and declare what you do want that matches up with My promises. That is “homologia,” the prayer and decree of agreement with Me, and Jesus can perform that in your life.
And true prophecy happens when people moved by the Holy Spirit speak from Me. In other words they hear from Me and share it with the people who otherwise are not listening. And because down the ages people have stepped aside to hear from Me and declared My Word, you are favored, blessed, and empowered by having a whole book of My Words that cover every time and place. If you will just speak My Words, as Jesus, when He emptied Himself of His power as God and became one like you in all things, did you can bring about mighty works of healing, deliverance, new life, and provision, just as He did. When He was one like you He had the dominion authority to bring My Will into the earth and establish My Kingdom. I had put My Words in His mouth and My Spirit on and in you, and you have the same. And He tells you that you can and will do the works He did by your dominion authority joined with My Word and power just as He did.
You can all prophesy in its most basic application. That is, edification, exhortation, and encouragement from My Word which is living and active once planted in the soul of the hearer will go to work for the purpose for which it was sent.
One who prophesies speaks to men for edification and exhortation and encouragement. 1 Corinthians 14:3.
I love you. It is time for you to take the initiative and plant the Kingdom on earth.

Adam gave the devil his own dominion authority over the earth, but Jesus, as the second Adam, won it back by paying your judgment and reconciling us. The sentence has been satisfied, the judgment paid, you are at My side and the decision in your favor has been made. It is time you took initiative and ran your race that you may live within the abundance of your promised land. It is time to soar above and not trod along beneath, it is time you stopped your doubt and unbelief by knowing what is yours in Christ and taking hold of everlasting life. The victory has been won by My own beloved Son. It is time to reign with Him in life. It is time for you to prophesy and take back the earth. It is time you used your dominion authority to establish My Kingdom (which it has pleased Me to give you) into the earth.
