I glorified You on the earth, having accomplished the work which You have given Me to do. Now, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was. John 17:4-5.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

What makes your life worth living? You may have asked this, especially if you are older in years. There are three things that make life worth living, and now I will share them with you:

Purpose, plan, and reward. They are from Me and they are eternal.

What is your purpose? To glorify Me, that is, to shine with My goodness with your life filled with good things and beauty.

What is the plan for your life? To glorify Me. To do good works that bless Me, you, and all around you with lasting goodness.

What is the reward? I glorify you with Me forever.

Jesus summed this up as the reasons that made His life worth living, so much so, that He left His throne in Heaven and emptied Himself of His powers as God to live it.

Jesus spoke these things; and lifting up His eyes to heaven, He said, “Father, the hour has come; glorify Your Son, that the Son may glorify You, even as You gave Him authority over all flesh, that to all whom You have given Him, He may give eternal life. This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. (1) I glorified You on the earth, (2) having accomplished the work which You have given Me to do. (3) Now, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was. John 17:1-5.

How do you glorify Me in your purpose and plan so you receive your full reward? I have told you from the beginning:

God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. God blessed them; and God said to them, “Bear much fruit and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” Genesis 1:27-28.

From the beginning I planned you and chose you, before you were formed  in your mother’s womb I conceived you in glory and had a life of glorious fruitfulness prepared for you in My heart, precious plans that outnumber the sand for they are forever plans.

You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you. This I command you, that you love one another. John 15:16-17.

And Jesus repeated it in the analogy of the vine (Him), the vinedresser (Me), and the branches (you), all working together as One, doing what? Being fruitful.

“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser . . . I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing . . . If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples.” John 15:1,5,7-8.

And how do you make your life fruitful, giving Me glory? The fruit of the Spirit in your life from the vine to the branch producing the fruit of the vine with no effort for the branch except to abide deep in the vine by believing and doing My Word:

The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Galatians 5:22-23.

This fruit blesses all who partake of it from your life and works, for love gives joy by good works. And this lines up with what I tell you quite clearly is My Will for you is in Christ Jesus that glorifies Me and you:

Rejoice always; pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18.

And when you are joyfully fruitful you shine upon the world.

Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. Matthew 5:16.

Life for you should be an experience of glory, which is the exercise of My immense power in love producing goodness and eradicating all evil. And I have put that power into you who are in Christ as well, so you too can walk in the joy of My glory and go about doing the works Jesus did, that is, doing good and healing all those oppressed by the devil. When My glory comes, evil must flee, it can find no place to hide in the light of My glory. When the Kingdom of glory manifests, that is, touches the earth in you, sickness, lack, pain, and all evil must go.

Jesus prayed this before Me for you: The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one; I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me. Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world. John 17:22-24.

Your life and your reward are all according to glory; the glory you give and the glory you receive.

And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Now to our God and Father be the glory forever and ever. Amen. Philippians 4:19-20.

Your life should be overflowing with the manifestation of My goodness now and forever.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love He preordained us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved. Ephesians 3:3-6.

In Hebrew, the language of the Old Testament, the word for “glory” is kavod (כָּבוֹד) and it means splendor, wealth, copious, and it is derived from the root verb כָּבֵד (kaved), meaning “to be heavy” or “to be honored.” Weighed on the scales glory is never found wanting but gives full and overflowing measure of goodness, splendor and honor. It is heavy with My presence and power manifested in goodness. And this includes healing, provision, prosperity, beauty, magnificence, overflowing wealth, majesty, and awesome splendor. It is about opening the floodgates of Heaven to pour down a blessing you cannot contain but must share in every good work. I am the Father of glory and you are the children of glory.

I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened [the purpose], so that you will know what is the hope of His calling [the plan], what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints [the reward], and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe [the power to carry out the purpose and the plan so as to be fruitful and receive the reward]. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. Ephesians 1:17-23.

You are empowered for glory by My grace, which comes to you in Jesus, who is My glory.

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds. Titus 2:11-14.

The fruit of glory is good deeds that I prepared for you in Christ Jesus since the foundation of the world that you might walk in them, joyously giving thanks to Me with the saints in light. For I have rescued you from the power of darkness and brought you into the marvelous light of My glory. Colossians 1:13; 1 Peter 2:9-10.

“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. For behold, darkness will cover the earth and deep darkness the peoples; but the LORD will rise upon you and His glory will appear upon you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. Lift up your eyes round about and see; they all gather together, they come to you. Your sons will come from afar, and your daughters will be carried in the arms. Then you will see and be radiant, and your heart will thrill and rejoice; because the abundance of the sea will be turned to you, the wealth of the nations will come to you. Isaiah 60:1-5.

Children’s lives should glorify their parent from whom they came forth and were raised by, showing the goodness and excellence of the family from whence they sprung and grew in. A child who is unfruitful, wicked, lazy, living in lack, or committing crime does not glorify the parent, in fact just the opposite. The life of the child is a reflection on the parent.

We have not ceased to pray for you and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you will [Purpose] walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God [Plan]; strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience; joyously giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in Light [Reward]. Colossians 1:9-12.

If I am your Father, your life should glorify Me. Selah. Jesus had words to say about that to the unfruitful Pharisees and priests who were seeking to murder My Son:

You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies. John 8:44.

But I am seeing better things in you who love My Son:

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:18.

For God, who said, “Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. 2 Corinthians 4:6.

I love you. I am your Father when you receive Jesus as Lord. I have bought you at a great price. Glorify Me in your body. You are in the world but not of the world. You are of Me, that is, from glory unto glory.
