Do not fear, only believe. Mark 5:36.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
I want to make your life beautiful, the most beautiful life ever lived. A beautiful life has no fear. Fear is torment and a beautiful life has no torment. A beautiful life lives in the joy of My love.
There is no fear in love; perfect love casts out fear, because fear has to do with punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love. 1 John 4:18.
All through My Word as written in the Bible, you will find Me telling those who are fearful not to fear. Fear is not from Me. If you love and trust someone, you do not fear them. If you have faith in My promises to you, which are all “yes” in Jesus, there is no reason to fear.
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine! When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, nor will the flame burn you. For I am the LORD your God.” Isaiah 43:1-3.
Faith is the antidote for fear. But it is more than an antidote, it is the superhighway to your miracle. Faith overcomes the result fear is calling in. Faith brings the blessing, fear brings the curse. “Do NOT fear, ONLY believe,” Jesus told Jairus when the report came that his little daughter had died. Jairus did as Jesus said and saw his daughter raised from the dead.
Instead of seeing the dreaded result, he saw the glory of My Will being done.
When you have sinned, as happened with Adam, the devil seeks to bring fear upon you. A fear that what you have done will come to light and that there will be punishment for what you have done. And fear brings torment from living in the dread of upcoming judgment for shirking one’s duty. But when you know what I have done for you in Christ there is no room for fear only an overwhelming joy of being totally free of the condemnation from sin that was such a heavy burden.
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things? Who will bring a charge against God’s elect? God is the one who justifies; who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us. Romans 8:31-34.
Dead in your sins and trespasses you really deserved nothing but punishment but that was not My Will for you nor anyone. I want no one to perish but all to be saved. So though, having rejected My Words of truth for the lies of the devil, you did not deserve anything good, but though you did not deserve anything, in Christ Jesus I gave you EVERYTHING.
By giving you the gift of Jesus and accounting all your sins to Him, I freed you of all guilt, shame, and blame, I freed you have all your fears of not having a life of favor.
I sought the LORD, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears.. Psalm 34:4.
Focusing on a dreaded result, such as not having enough finances for your current or future needs, or just not finishing strong but being someone who depends on another for care in your older years, or a host of other fears that people permit into their lives, you can live in torment and that is not the beautiful life you were created to live, love, and enjoy in everything I made for you with Me. If you focus on Me and My promises with faith and trust, you will share My joy and your joy will be full.
Fear can never see a good result, faith only sees the good result.
There are all kinds of fears people suffer torment from. They can be fears from the past or fears of the present or fears of the future but they are all from on reason only: you have not come to know and believe in My love for you through experiencing My love in situations where everything seemed to be going in the dreaded direction but by turning to Me in joyful trust miracles took place instead and you came out victorious and at peace, that is, in shalom, which are My good plans for your life that if want to return to Me, you will never lose. My gifts and callings are irrevocable if you will receive them.
Fight fear with faith. Speak out My promises that countermand the fear. If you have fear about your finances, say out loud that I am your Shepherd and you shall not want. That you seek Me and I supply all your needs. That you tithe and I open the windows of Heaven to you and rebuke the devourer.
Remember what My Son told Jairus? Jairus was told that his daughter was dead. My Son told him not to fear, just to have faith and the girl would be healed. Jairus understood. He refused to say anything negative and did not refuse to go further with his trust that My Son would heal his daughter. He found that I can do the impossible if you will only believe in My Word, in My promise to you. Your situation may look hopeless but it can be no worse than Jairus faced. Death seems permanent. It was not.
I am good. Come to believe this by allowing Me to act in your life. How do you do that? By faith. Without faith it is impossible to please Me. You must believe that I am God and that I reward those who seek Me. Taste and see My goodness by keeping My Word in your mouth.
You will not be able to stand strong in adversity if you do not believe that you will see My goodness in the land of the living, which is right now. Just know that I do make all things work out good for those who love Me and are working according to My purpose. Know that your miracle is on the way. Like the seed beginning to sprout underground. Even though you do not see it yet, harvest is on its way! Rejoice and be excited!
A person of faith has joy and excitement even in the times of adversity and seeming defeat. For when you are weak, you are strong in My grace. You can do all things in Me. Believe this, get excited about your future, and step out in faith.
Learn to hear My voice and to discern My direction. You will begin to realize the power at work in you to bless, protect, provide and direct. You will come to know My Spirit living within you. There is no joy like the joy of our fellowship together. My joy will be in you and your joy will be complete. You can lean on Me and come out in victory. And the more you learn to lean, and draw up all you need from Me, you will again begin to dream of the great things you will do with Me, the works Jesus did and greater, for He leaned entirely on Me and that made Him stand strong.
There is no fear in one who lives confident in My love, filled with My Word, and indwelt by My Spirit.
So next time fear begins to come when you hear a bad report or suffer a loss, look to Me and ask what to do. Get filled with My Word and declare the promises that are contrary to your fear. Begin to sing and shout for joy at what I am going to do with and in your life. Yes, put on the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, put on the sweetness of My love and sing! You cannot fear while you are doing that.
Believe to see My goodness now and drive out all fear from your heart. Do not let your heart be fearful, do not let it be afraid, have faith in Me—in My Word—and look up at Me and expect good things. You will find that those who seek Me want no good thing. I will pour out a blessing you cannot contain—rivers of living water right from My throne.
Do not live in fear little flock, it has pleased the Father to give you the Kingdom. Luke
You cannot grow spiritually without growing your faith. Mental assent is different than faith. It will not grow you. It will not stretch you. Faith will. My Word is fresh and alive, it will take you from faith to faith. Romans 1:16-17. You have to grow in faith, or you will end in fear. And fear will not overcome, it will cause you total defeat.
The devil is the spirit of fear. He and the demons who followed him are afraid of Me and they hate Me. Why do they fear? They know their destiny is the bottomless pit, the abyss, the burning pit. They are destined for torment. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love. 1 John 4:18. And fear causes torment.
My servant James wrote: “You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder.” James 2:19. They are afraid of Me. They know I am going to punish them and that I have the authority and power to do it. And they know the appointed time is near. Do you recall what the demons cried out to My Son as He approached them to cast them out: “What business do we have with each other, Son of God? Have You come here to torment us before the time?” Mark 8:29. And again, “They were imploring Him not to command them to go away into the abyss.” Luke 8:31.
And when you are in fear, you try to grab ahold of everyone and pull them in with you. The devil is trying to pull you into hell with him. Don’t give him any handles on you.
Now, if you allow in the spirit of fear when you have symptoms in your body or hear a bad report from the doctor or about your finances, you are not just afraid, you have allowed the devil a foothold in you, you have opened the door to him, and then you get fear that you are being punished by Me. Your faith for healing and prosperity goes and he has you trapped. He is oppressing you and he can make you destroy your own body with an illness you may not even really have, but you will think you do, and you will get all the symptoms and they will take you over. Instead of going from faith to faith and claiming your healing and your provision, you are going from fear to fear so that what you fear will come upon you.
He can make you fear where no fear was. Psalm 53:5. But My Son died to set you free and destroy the works of the devil. 1 John 3:8. Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, that through death He might render powerless him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and might free those who through fear of death were subject to slavery all their lives. Hebrew 2:14-15. I have not given you a spirit of fear but a Spirit of power, love and self-control. For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which you have authority to cry out, “Abba! Father!” The Spirit Himself testifies with your spirit that you are My children, and if children, heirs also, My heirs, and fellow heirs with Christ. Romans 8:15-17. And I have given Him all that is Mine.
I want you to understand that many of the things you think are “you” are not. They are demons whom you have given in to and allowed to run rampant in your bodies and minds. I tell you and warn you about them. My Son cast them out. Do you recall the woman My Son healed who was so bent over that she could not straighten up? I tell you that she had a spirit of infirmity (you would call it osteoporosis in her spine and not discern the spirit behind it) and My Son declared her loosed from her infirmity. Satan had bound her for eighteen years. And then My Son told the outraged Pharisees in the synagogue where He was teaching on the Sabbath, “So ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound—think of it—for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath?” Luke 13:10-16.
So there is a spirit of infirmity, just as there is a spirit of fear. There is a spirit of gluttony. There is a spirit of sloth, there is a spirit of hate, there is a spirit of unforgiveness, there is a spirit of depression, there is a spirit of anger, there is a spirit of strife, there is a spirit of jealousy, and there is a spirit of suicide, also known as the spirit of death. If you give in to any of those, you will be a slave to that spirit and it will destroy your life and the lives of those close to you. These are not your personality traits, these are demon spirits that you have given in to and you become like them for you have allowed them free reign in your life. You have authorized them in and they have taken you over.
And you become like them. If you allow in the spirit of fear, you will end up being like that spirit, which is the devil, you will be afraid of Me, fearing punishment, and you will finally hate Me. You will have no love for Me, even though I am filled with love for you and want to deliver you from fear. I want to heal you, forgive you, bless you and show you favor. But you cannot serve two masters. You will love one and hate the other, or you will hate one and love the other. You will believe one, and doubt the other.
In contrast if you let Me into your life, for I knock at your heart, then here is the Spirit I bring: The Spirit of power, the Spirit of strength, the Spirit of self-control, the Spirit of fruitfulness, the Spirit of Love, the Spirit of mercy, the spirit of joy and the spirit of life, abundant life.
When you come to Me in prayer, you have to refuse to allow fear and doubt to enter your heart. As a believer you have a responsibility to expect your prayer to be granted. I have told you that: If you abide in My Word and My Word remains in you, you may ask what you will, and I will do it for you. When you are My child in Christ, ask and you shall receive. Do you believe that? All My promises are “yes” to you in Christ. Make every prayer to Me a prayer of faith for what you already have in Jesus.
If your Word level is low, then strife and unforgiveness can enter into you. And then the devil can enter with every evil work. If you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your heart, do not be arrogant and so lie against the truth. This wisdom is not that which comes down from above, but is earthly, natural, demonic. For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil thing. But the wisdom from Me is a spirit that is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering, without hypocrisy. And the seed whose fruit is righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. James 2:14-18.
I tell you to believe you receive when you pray to Me, but in that same teaching I tell you to forgive whomever you have a grievance against when you stand to pray, just as I have forgiven you in Christ.
My Son emptied Himself and became a man like you in all things but sin to that He was able to take all your punishment, even to the point of death on the cross and going down to hell. But I did not suffer My faithful One to undergo corruption. I raised Him up from the dead. He is the firstborn from the dead. He is no longer My only begotten Son but the FIRSTBORN OF MANY BROTHERS. And you who believe are one of them. And My Son defeated Satan on his own territory and stripped him and lift him helpless. My Son took back the keys of death and Hell. And once He had purged you of all your sins, He took His seat at My right hand where I am putting all His enemies under His feet, and the last enemy is physical death.
You have a right to believe I will answer your prayers, so come with confidence to My throne of grace. You may be asking how you have this right. First, you who believe in My Son are in the New Covenant sealed by the Blood of My Son. And under this Covenant I remember your sins and offenses NO MORE. He took them all. And I have promised you many benefits under the Covenant, including redemption from the curse of the law, the blessing of Abraham, and the promise of the Holy Spirit. Second, you are righteous with My own righteousness in Christ. I made Him who knew no sin to be sin for you so that in Him you might become righteous with My righteousness. And My blessings are on the head and homes of the righteous. I hear the prayers of the righteous. And third, I have given you the Name of Jesus, the only name by which you can be saved, and that Name is the Name above all other names, and every knee must bow to it and every tongue proclaim that Jesus Christ is LORD. It gives you authority over demons, the earth, and the first heaven (atmosphere). You can loose and bind. As My Son did. You can bind up Satan’s activity in your life, family, home and neighborhood.
When you are established in righteousness, that is, know I have made you righteous with My own righteousness in Christ, you are FAR from oppression and every tongue raised against you, you will prove false. How? By the truth of who you are in Christ.
I love you. Do not let Satan or any demon blind your eyes. If you let them in your thoughts and heart, every demon will bring seven demons worse than himself. And he will destroy you using your own mouth. Do not give him any place. Be aware of his tactics and keep your armor on. And the only way you can fight him is with truth, My Word, but you must have faith in it to fight the good fight of faith. But if you make it your goal to grow in faith by growing in My Word then you will win as you go from faith to faith. And you know, it gets to be fun, good fruitful fun, and you will see the results very quickly.
My servant Paul understood by revelation, what I think you now too will understand: “But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:37-39.
