Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory. Psalm 24:10.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
Heaven and earth are full of My glory! To know Me you must understand GLORY. My glory lights Heaven. My glory is the light of life. When My glory appears, your joy is full. The purpose, the plan, the power, and the reward are all about one thing: GLORY.
Jesus spoke these things; and lifting up His eyes to heaven, He said, “Father, the hour has come; glorify Your Son, that the Son may glorify You . . . I glorified You on the earth, having accomplished the work which You have given Me to do. Now, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.” John 17:1, 4-5.
Adam lost the glory by the rejection of My Word and the darkness of sin entered in unto death, but My purpose was not to be thwarted or aborted by the realm of darkness because darkness cannot overcome LIGHT.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness cannot overcome it. John 1:1-5.
The revelation of My Word gives light to every person.
There was the true Light which, coming into the world, enlightens every man. He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His own, and those who were His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God. John 1:9-13.
And who was this light? My Word. I am My Word and I birth My Word from within My heart.
And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14.
My Word is living and active, tangible and real.
What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked at and touched with our hands, concerning the Word of Life and the life was manifested, and we have seen and testify and proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and was manifested to us, what we have seen and heard we proclaim to you also, so that you too may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ. These things we write, so that our joy may be made complete. This is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is Light, and in Him there is no darkness at all. 1 John 1:1-5.
And He came to give you eternal life, the life filled with GLORY. Listen to His Words to Me at the Last Supper the night before He gave His life in the flesh to bear all your sins and the side effects thereof on the Cross:
“Father, the hour has come; glorify Your Son, that the Son may glorify You, even as You gave Him authority over all flesh, that to all whom You have given Him, He may give eternal life. This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” John 17:1-3.
And how did He give you the abundant life that is life forever? He gave you everything He has when He gave you His glory. Continue to listen to the Words of My Son on your behalf:
The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one; I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me. John 17:22-23.
Who has it? Who did He give it to? Just to those present with Him when He said that prayer to Me, the Father, at the Last Supper? No, He made it clear it includes you, all who believe in My Word. Whoever believes in Him has eternal life and will never perish. I have sealed you in Him with the Holy Spirit as your pledge of eternal redemption of spirit, soul, and body. Ephesians 1:13-14. That is My gift of glory to you. For I have not only redeemed, saved, and blessed you with every blessing in Heaven, I have also glorified you.
“I do not ask on behalf of these alone, but for those also who believe in Me through their word; that they may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me.” John 17:20-21.
The mystery hidden from the foundation of the world in signs and symbols, shadows and types, spoken by the prophets and revealed in My Son, fulfilling My promise made to you before the world began of eternal life: You in Christ and Christ in you, your hope of GLORY.
The mystery which has been hidden from the past ages and generations, but has now been manifested to His saints, to whom God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. We proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ. Colossians 1:26-28.
The knowledge of My glory will cover the earth as the water covers the sea!
For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea. Habakkuk 2:14.
What is glory? When Moses asked to see My glory, I told him simply that I would show him My goodness. People give Me glory when good, pleasing, perfect, wonderful, miraculous, beautiful, precious things take place, when the Kingdom touches the earth and fills a place with the atmosphere of Heaven, and in Heaven the light of My love pervades every place and there is no evil or any of its byproducts, such as sickness, disability, lack, jealousy, anger, bitterness, fear, anxiety, sadness, grief, pain, and death.
So what is glory? It is the exercise of My immense power in love (for I am love) producing good and eradicating evil. When My glory appears evil must flee. Darkness cannot abide in the light of My GLORY. Where darkness prevails among people by choice, My glory cannot abide and you will find violence, depression, sickness, poverty, oppression and every form of evil. But if someone full of My Word, in Christ and Christ in them, walks in and speaks the light of My Word into that place, into hearts and minds, the captives are set free and the darkness must flee and the Kingdom comes and My Will is done on earth as it is in Heaven. And that is what Jesus came to do, He came to undo the works of the devil and free all who had been bound in the slavery of sin and death to lead you out to the realm of GLORY.
He was glory in action, in Him you see Me, My goodness, power and presence: You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him. Acts 10:38.
The realm of glory is in you even now, your promised land of My rest so that though you are still in the world you are not of the world. You are born again from above by My Word and citizens of My Kingdom, and all the Heavenly Host is there for you at My command. The armies of Heaven to protect and defend you and bring you safely through every evil weapon formed against you.
Lift up your heads, O gates, and be lifted up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in! Who is the King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O gates, and lift them up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in! Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory. Psalm 24:7-9.
My glory lights Heaven, there is no need of sun or moon.
And the city has no need of the sun or of the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God has illumined it, and its lamp is the Lamb. Revelation 21:23.
And when Adam’s leasehold is over and My Son returns to take back the earth, My glory in Him will light up the entire sky.
For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes even to the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be. Matthew 24:27.
Just as it did the night of His birth in Bethlehem (the “House of Bread”).
In the same region there were some shepherds staying out in the fields and keeping watch over their flock by night. And an angel of the Lord suddenly stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them; and they were terribly frightened. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of great joy which will be for all the people; for today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.This will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” And suddenly there appeared with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, 14 “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace and good will to men.” Luke 2:8-14.
He is the new and living bread from Heaven of which the Manna was a sign. And the night the Manna was to come down on the dewfall for the first time in the Bible, My glory appeared in the sky over where the Manna would fall.
It came about as Aaron spoke to the whole congregation of the sons of Israel, that they looked toward the wilderness, and behold, the glory of the LORD appeared in the cloud. Exodus 16:10.
I know the plans I have for you, plans for your shalom and not evil, for a future and a hope. It is all part of the glory—My goodness towards you.
The love, the goodness, in Me is so powerful ti lights everything up with the light of life. My Word gives light. He is the Light of the world. No follower of His will ever walk in darkness, in never, for he will have the light of life. There is no darkness in Heaven, all is light, and I have seated you there with Christ, put aside the deeds of darkness and sing in My marvelous light.
I love you. Remember where love pervades, light invades and darkness must flee where all are one in Me. Jesus gave you His glory and I answered that prayer. You have it. Do not put it under a bushel basket of flesh.
Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. Matthew 5:16.
