Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 2 Corinthians 3:17.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

I am love and love is everything. I am your everything. And when you have everything you are free—free of want, free of sickness, free of pain, free of worry, free of fear, in other words, free of everything that would oppress you. And Jesus, My Word through whom I express Myself to you, told you what I do and what I sent Him to do:

He has sent Me to proclaim release to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free those who are oppressed, to proclaim the favorable year of the Lord. Luke 4:18-19.

He came to set the captives free—to proclaim a year of jubilee.

Free of what? Sin, death, poverty, lack, shame, sickness, sorrow, and whatever bound them. He came to set you free from defeat.

When captives are set free from captivity and those oppressed are set free from oppression, what do you call that? VICTORY.

Love is everything and I am love. When you have everything, you always have victory and are more than a conqueror! Hold onto that truth for a moment and let it sink into your heart.

My Word is the perfect law of liberty.

But one who looks intently at the perfect law, the law of liberty, and abides by it, not having become a forgetful hearer but an effectual doer, this man will be blessed in what he does. James 1:25.

My Word is truth. Once you have received Jesus and been released from your sins and the sentence of eternal death by His blood, I sanctify you and cleanse you by My Word. If you continue in My Word, you are truly My disciples, and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.

The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth. Truth sets you free. The Holy Spirit then is the Spirit of freedom. But go further. If having everything in Me you need for life and godliness, and I have given you the Kingdom, you have victory over the world, the flesh, and the devil. You have a different source of supply.

The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law; but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:56-57.

Not by human power nor by human might, but by My Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Victory!

In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. Romans 8:26-27.

You overcome by the Holy Spirit in you and on you through Christ Jesus your Lord.

You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth. Acts 1:8.

And what are you witnessing to about Jesus? VICTORY. The victory that overcomes the world. The victory that overcomes death: Resurrection victory.

When you say My Words with faith, the Holy Spirit brings into being the manifestation of the promise in the Word. You return My Word with faith and it never returns void but achieves the purpose for which I sent it. And all My magnificent promises, as many and varied as they be, bring the victory over all the tactics, wiles, and snares of the devil and against any weapon formed against you by those he has taken into captivity to his will. With truth in your mouth you can overcome and take down any lie of the evil one and that is how you tread on him.

I sent Jesus to undo the works of the devil. 1 John 3:8. How did He do it? By the anointing that destroyed the yoke and lifted the burden. I anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and power, resurrection power, that the Spirit gives to your mortal bodies.

You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him. Acts 10:38.

My Spirit confirmed the Word with signs, wonders and miracles.

Jesus destroyed the one who had the power of death and freed you all from the fear of death. How do you destroy the power of the evil spirit? You get filled with the Holy Spirit. In a Spirit filled believer there is no room left for an unclean spirit.

But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place. 2 Corinthians 2:14.

You have an aura, a divine fragrance, a radiance, that is in and upon you when you are filled with the Holy Spirit that should be felt by everyone, but especially by the demonic spirits wherever your foot treads as you speak the truth in love. Do you know of what I am speaking? I anointed Jesus with the oil of joy and that same anointing is on and in you. Yes, Christ is in you, your hope of glory! But when Christ is in you, so is the Holy Spirit for He comes when the gift of Jesus is received by you into your heart. I then pour My love into your heart by the gift of the Holy Spirit. And love is stronger than death, it is victory. Love gives you joy. The fire of love, when fanned into flame is unquenchable by the evil one. And I seal you in Christ with the Holy Spirit as a pledge of your victory over mortality.

Put me like a seal over your heart, like a seal on your arm. For love is as strong as death, its ardor is inflexible as Sheol; its flashes are flashes of fire, the very flame of the LORD. Many waters cannot quench love, nor will rivers overflow it; if a man were to give all the riches of his house for love, it would be utterly despised. Song of Songs 8:6-7.

Be filled with the fire of My love. Do you remember the cold and depressed hearts of the two disciples on the road to Emmaus after Jesus had died for you sins on the Cross? They doubted the resurrection though the women who saw Jesus reported it to them. When you doubt and do not trust, you lose the fire and become cold or even worse, lukewarm from indifference. But how did Jesus fan the dying embers of their hearts into a powerful blaze so that they even noticed their cold hearts had burst into flame? Let Him show you:

And He said to them, “O foolish men and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken! Was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer these things and to enter into His glory?” Then beginning with Moses and with all the prophets, He explained to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures. Luke 24:25-27.

And what happened?

They said to one another, “Were not our hearts burning within us while He was speaking to us on the road, while He was explaining the Scriptures to us?” Luke 24:32.

And the result? They ran back to the disciples in Jerusalem gathered in the upper room to witness to Jesus in the same way He had witnessed to them. By My Word, the Word about Christ.

So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word concerning Christ. Romans 10:17.

Fan the gift of the Holy Spirit in you into flame. If you recall, when the Holy Spirit descended upon the believers in the upper room when Pentecost was fulfilled, a tongue of flame rested on each and went into each one’s heart. It is the same for you.

If you recall, no matter what the persecution or trials that came to the early church they could not but be filled with joy and the Holy Spirit. And what do I tell you they did?

So then, those who had received his word were baptized; and that day there were added about three thousand souls. They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Acts 2:41-42.

And you too can know joy unspeakable filled with glory as the Holy Spirit leads you along the path of good deeds I prepared for you in advance, guiding you to all truth. My joy in you makes your joy complete and makes you reign in the midst of your enemies.

By pouring My Spirit into your heart, I have made you partakers of My divine nature, freeing you from the lusts of the world that would encumber and bind you from finishing your divine assignment. And that is victory.

I love you. I did not give you a spirit of fear, but a Spirit of power, love, and a sound mind (self-control), and that is the Spirit of victory.
