God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Genesis 1:27.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
The first words of the creator set the purpose for the creation. When I created you, the day I conceived every person in My heart, I spoke My intention, that is My purpose and plan in making you. But it did not begin there. I had already made a home, both temporal and eternal, for you before I spoke your purpose. It is good to go back to the beginning to know the path of life.
The very first word I share with you in the creation of the earth and all the solar systems that fill the universe is “In the beginning.” It is all one word in the Hebrew, which it the language I spoke it in, and it is the title of the first book of the Bible as I have titled it as of old. Its title is the first word in the book, “In the beginning” and in Hebrew that is a combined work of “in” and “beginning” which also means first fruits. The first word there is בְּרֵאשִׁ֖ית (Bereshit pronounced beh-reh-SHEET). I am telling you this because every letter in Hebrew has a pictograph and a meaning and the first letter in Bereshit is the bet (or beth) (בְּ), it is the second letter of the Hebrew aleph bet and its pictograph is a house and the word “bet (or beth),” which is the name of the letter also is the word for house. Bethlehem where Jesus was born means “house of bread (lehem)” and He is the bread of life.
But do you see, the first letter tells you what I was about. I was creating all I made to be your house, your special place of dominion where you would have the authority to rule over the works of My hands and be fruitful with all the good things I would fill the earth and the universe with for you to discover, explore, and steward. And I created it with wisdom, understanding, and knowledge of what you would enjoy and prosper in as My family.
By wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established; and by knowledge the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches. Proverbs 24:3-4.
Everything I made, I made with you in mind. And I saw you already in the image of My Son. I see all time and eternity. I know the end from the beginning. Nothing is a surprise to Me so I already have it provided for. I knew you before one of your days existed, I conceived you in My heart before I spoke you into being for your time and place and have plans for you that outnumber the sand because they do not stop when your window of time closes but are for eternity, which has no end.
Adam and Eve destroyed My vision for them and for the world I had made but I already prepared for that with the cornerstone of the foundation on which the world was built, My Son as your Savior and sin bearer to satisfy divine justice and make you again holy and blameless as I created to be at the start. He redeemed you from the curse that Adam unleashed into the earth by making his god a creature who was made to serve him and was beneath him in authority upon the earth. He corrupted my earth so that My plans after the window of time closes and all whom I foresaw would love and chose Me are to put all right again, creating a new earth and new heavens and give back to those who have now chosen Me of their own free will all the kingdoms of the earth and the Kingdom of Heaven as well.
“Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.’” Matthew 25:34
Do not live in fear, little flock, it has pleased the Father to give you the Kingdom. Luke 12:32.
But the court will sit for judgment, and his dominion will be taken away, annihilated and destroyed forever. Then the sovereignty, the dominion and the greatness of all the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be given to the people of the saints of the Highest One; His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all the dominions will serve and obey Him.’ Daniel 7:26-27.
“Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.” John 14:1-3.
“Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him.” For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. 1 Corinthians 2:9-10.
Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.” Revelation 21:1-4.
You who love and follow Me will always have a home with Me. You will dwell in My house now and forever. I know you who are Mine. You who have received Jesus as Lord and Savior are with Me always and all I have is yours. You have nothing to fear. I provided for that since the beginning.
But let Me go on. On each of six days I did bring into being a world of abundance and goodness supreme—a home for the family I had in My heart with plans for our adventures that will never depart. To be family you have to be of My kind. I made the plants to rise out of the dry land and the fish to teem in the sea, the birds in the air and the dry land animals of the ground, that is the medium I used to bring them into being and that is the source they must stay in and finish in. But it was different when I made you. You are not of the kind of the beasts, fish, and birds, you are of Me. They are not suitable partners with you. Your partnership is with Me. You have dominion over the creatures of the sea, air, and dry land as My children.
I brought you out of Myself, out of My divine nature, I conceived you in My heart (Spirit) and brought you forth out of Me. And I did this together with My Son and My Holy Spirit. We are One in purpose, nature and power but each one has a different aspect of ministry to you.
Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Genesis 1:26-27.
I made you just like Me. And who am I?
We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. 1 John 4:16.
Who I am is My purpose and power. Love. And love lives in the light for nothing love does needs to be hidden, all is open and filled with goodness, beauty, and abundant life. There is nothing in Me to cause a fall, a failure, or corruption. I think in love, talk in love, and walk in love, everything is foreign to Me and cannot enter. I exercise My tremendous power that makes and sustains all in love which produce goodness and irradicates evil. And that is My glory. My powerful presence manifesting goodness, emanating from pure love that never stops or fails for I am eternal, from everlasting to everlasting I am God, and I am love.
The LORD appeared to me from afar, saying, “I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have drawn you with lovingkindness.” Jeremiah 31:3.
So what is the purpose for which I made you? It is threefold. First and foremost to be love just like Me, and next, flowing from that, to be in fellowship with Me, always in perfect oneness with Me, for you are made to be with Me always in perfect unity. And what is third? First words set the stage for what follows:
God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” Genesis 1:28.
I am fruitful. I am always working and producing good. That is the same for you but that production occurs in your dependence upon Me as your source of authority and power and is done in union with Me. That is where we differ. I am a never ending source of everything that has to do with life, breath, being, and the sustaining of it all by My Word of power. The power is in Me and I am My Word, so the power is released by My Words, which are filled with My faith, but I have given even those to you. I have put My Words in your mouth and filled you with My Spirit to raise you up to operate like Me, as Jesus did. He emptied Himself of His powers as God when He came to be your Redeemer and scape goat, burnt offering, sin offering, grain offering, peace offering, guilt offering and lamb of sacrifice, fulfilling all the shadows of the Old Covenant in the New.
And that is how I make you fruitful. I give you seed that produces. My Word is seed to the sower and bread to the eater.
Then God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you.” Genesis 1:29.
I gave you control of the seed. That made you like Me in you could plant a seed from the fruit and grow more trees producing fruit. You did not have to wait for Me to create a new tree for you every time by the seed I gave you, you could plant it and get the result you wanted. Same with grains, such as wheat and barley, and all the garden plants. When you plant My Word in your heart and cultivate it, My Word produces a harvest in your life of the promise it contains and you can feed others with that as well, such as healing and provision.
You are fruitful by the fruit of your lips and the work of your hands and both should be of faith and walked out with Me in the Spirit and not according to the flesh, which is hostile to Me, that is, to love. Flesh seeks only self-gratification and leads to envy, strife, addictions and unrest. These things are not of Me but of the rebellious spirit of the evil one, which seeks to destroy you, the earth, and others. The seed, the lies and deeds, of the evil one comes only to steal, kill and destroy, lies are perishable and cannot stand up next to the truth, which is eternal and incorruptible. My Words are truth and when planted in your heart produce a harvest of eternal life.
Remember that what you input produces what you output. And I have much more to say on this but we will save that for our next Life Lesson.
I love you. Know your purpose and your life has meaning. It makes your time fruitful and not wasted. Pursue you purpose intentionally each day. Guard your heart, for from it flow the issues of life.
Pursue love, yet desire earnestly spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy. 1 Corinthians 14:1
And purpose gives you the plan. So we will be talking more about all these things that are for you in Christ.
