For the Son of God, Christ Jesus, who was preached among you by us—by me and Silvanus and Timothy—was not yes and no, but is yes in Him. For as many as are the promises of God, in Him they are yes; therefore also through Him is our Amen to the glory of God through us. Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and anointed us is God, who also sealed us and gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a pledge. 1 Corinthians 1:19-22
These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand and they shall be as frontals on your forehead. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates. Deuteronomy 6:6-9.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
Why do you think I tell you to meditate on My Word day and night? Why do you think I tell you to talk of My Words when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down and when you rise up? Why do you think I tell you to write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates and keep them always before your eyes? Because My Words have power and when you grow them in your heart you become a powerhouse. I told Joshua that if he wanted to prosper and make his way successful, he was to meditate on and speak My Words day and night and not to swerve to the right or the left from it. When you fill yourself with My Word you are calling Heaven down to earth. You have opened your gate, the door to your heart, to the Kingdom of Heaven. And when My Kingdom drops down into your heart that is when your life becomes amazing and extraordinary, that is when all My promises become “yes” to you.
Do you see what I am telling you? I repeat this formula often in the Bible but most of you are not doing this. You are too busy thinking your own thoughts and your thoughts are lower than My thoughts in that you just think of surviving while I think of tremendous projects and extraordinary deeds that are beyond what you think your qualifications and budget could support and bring to pass.
Understand you are a three part being—you have a spirit (which can be dormant if you have not been born again by receiving Christ Jesus as Lord), a soul (mind, will and emotions), and a body that houses your spirit and soul and gives you the ability and authority to dwell upon the earth. But everything extraordinary starts in your spirit works into your soul and then goes to your actions and manifests in your body and your life. So the question is, “How do release the power in my spirit to get the process going?” I have given you the answer. When you meditate (ponder, mutter, constantly repeat), speak, hear (and keep hearing), talk about, write down and keep your eyes on My Word, on My promises, then the Words you are doing this with drops down into your heart and that is where the power is. Once My promise is established in your heart, no one can persuade you out of it or take it away from you. Established in righteousness (believing that you are forgiven and are made the righteousness of God in Christ), you are far from oppression.
Know that there is a spiritual force down in your spirit that will bring things into motion to bring what you have established, that is, dropped down like a seed planted and cultivated, to pass. Solomon in the wisdom I dropped in his heart wrote, “As a man believes in his heart, so is he.”
When you store My Word and treasure it in your heart you will not sin, Psalm 119:11, and it will keep your way pure. Psalm 119:9. I tell you to write My Word on the tablet of your heart. Out of your heart flow the issues of life. And the only way you will grow and establish My Word in your heart and release the power that is in your human spirit joined with My Divine Spirit as one is by hearing, speaking, reading, writing down, and pondering My Word constantly. And by that I mean replacing your idle, fearful, bitter, dark, malicious, depressed, guilty, unholy, impure and survivalist thoughts with what is true, lovely, beautiful, worthy of praise, filled with hope and confidence. Thoughts of victory instead of defeat. It is knowing that I am the God who works wonders. Psalm 77:14. And I will work them for you. I do not change.
I communicate with you in your spirit, the inner man of your heart and to you they will come as thoughts. But you can learn to discern My voice by the formula I gave Joshua and I give to you: “This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success.” Joshua 1:8. If you meditate on My Word day and night you will be like a tree planted with its roots in living water, whatever you do will prosper. Why? There is prosperity power in My Word, it is the BLESSING.
Christ redeemed you from the curse. You are no longer a survivalist you are in the BLESSING. But you will never walk in it if you keep seeing yourself as the world sees. The world is filled with fear, but the righteous are bold. Look at the what you see in the light of the unseen, not just what is before your five senses, as My apostle Paul wrote: “while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.” 2 Corinthians 4:18.
Jesus told you that you would do the works He did and greater. And how did He do the works He did? He told you, He did what I showed Him and nothing else and that I did the works in Him. The same is true for you. And that means you are constantly looking at and meditating on My Word so you can hear and see the works I am showing you to do. And by meditating I simply mean that you are aware of Me with you and in you and you are on the lookout for the things that are not seen but are there with you. Have you factored in Me? Or are you looking at yourself and other people as your source?
The world system only works by leaving Me out. I say that because the world system is one of poverty, sickness and death with each day spent in survival with the main focus being trying to amass things so you can survive better than others and be secure to retire. But if you let Me in all this can change. Nothing is impossible with Me and I supply all your needs and give you an abundance of good things. No Word of Mine is void of power. That is why I tell you to meditate on it. It is ALIVE and working, sharper than a two-edged sword. If you are a mess inside and taking multiple medications it is time you got delivered from that. My Word can go to work to “unmess” you better than a laser surgery or radiation treatment. My Word brings light. My Word brings healing. My Word brings shalom. I sent My Word to heal you and deliver you from destructions. Sync with My Word. You sync up with Me in your heart. And you do it by the way of My Word dwelling in you and you in My Word. And that comes from meditating, that is replacing your thoughts with Mine, until that is your way of thinking and your thoughts and words sound like Mine—Words of eternal life.
Feed yourself and My people with My Word. You will be amazed at the results you will see.
Exercise your spirit, your soul, and your body. You are a three part being and all three parts need to be feed properly and exercised to run at the maximum. Do not neglect any of the three in your daily routine. Feed your spirit and soul with My Words, exercise your spirit by praying and singing and laughing in the spirit (tongues), exercise your soul by praying and praising in you natural language that you speak in each day and laughing, feed your body with healthy living foods and exercise by walking, dancing, working out, whatever you can and like to do. Physical exercise is good but spiritual exercise is of greatest value for health and wholeness in every part of you. So why not pray and sing in tongues and in your natural language, weaving in and out as I lead you, as you take a walk, walk the dog, run in a marathon, lift weights, or dance around your home? Combine physical and spiritual exercise together. David danced in the spirit you know. And he was a man after My own heart.
I love you. Meditate day and night on My Word and then it will drop down into your heart and that is where the power lies. Fan it into flame and set the world on fire with the fire of My love and burn out the curse. And you might start dancing around as you do it. I change your mourning into dancing. Think about that.
And a final note, whatever your need or your heart’s desire right now, whichever of My promises you are relying upon, know that in Jesus, My answer to you is “yes,” and is never anything but “yes.” Say Amen to that.
