By faith we understand that the universe was framed by the Word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible. Hebrews 11:3.

Jesus is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. Colossians 1:15-17

Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:

The pleasantness, the quality, the spaciousness, the beauty, the comfort, and the design of the place you live is determined by the plans, the construction materials, and the general contractor or building supervisor you use. I framed the world, and all there is in it, in fact, the entire universe by My Word. The blueprint, the construction materials, the foundation, the framing, and the entire edifice of this beautiful and majestic place are of My Word. The engineering of all things is My Word. And each day by your words you are building and designing your world and creating the space in which you live. What materials are you using for your edifice? What foundation? What framing? And with what are you filling the rooms of your house, your inner building, in which you dwell? Is it heaven on earth or is it a place of torment and clutter? Is it a house of peace or a place of turmoil? A wise person builds a house, but a foolish one tears it down with his own hands.

By wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established; and by knowledge the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches. Proverbs 24:3-4. For I give wisdom; from My mouth comes knowledge and understanding. I store up sound wisdom for the upright; and I am a shield to those who walk in integrity. Proverbs 2:6-7. Unless I build the house, they labor in vain who build it. Psalm 127:1. Wisdom is the principal thing, and I have given you the Spirit of Wisdom as your counselor. Within your inner man of the heart, your spirit, you have access to the Master Builder and General Contractor, the One who hovered over the waters and whose power brought My Word into being.

Do you remember when I gave Moses the plans for My dwelling place, the tabernacle in the wilderness, it was a place of beauty and riches? Moses did not have the skill himself to make the lampstand, the cherubim, the mercy seat, but I called and equipped Bezalel and Oholiab. Listen to what Moses said to the sons of Israel, “See, the LORD has called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah. And He has filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding and in knowledge and in all craftsmanship; to make designs for working in gold and in silver and in bronze, and in the cutting of stones for settings and in the carving of wood, so as to perform in every inventive work. He also has put in his heart to teach, both he and Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan. He has filled them with skill to perform every work of an engraver and of a designer and of an embroiderer, in blue and in purple and in scarlet material, and in fine linen, and of a weaver, as performers of every work and makers of designs.” Exodus 35:30-35.

And now each one of you is My dwelling place and you too, like Bezalel and Oholiab, are filled with My Spirit, in wisdom, in understanding and in knowledge and in all craftsmanship. You can be guided, taught, and led by My Spirit to build a beautiful life both inside and out. I will complete the good work I have begun in you, but you must not tear down what I begin in you, you must build on the foundation of My Word and continue by My Word. As you received Jesus by believing in your heart and speaking with your mouth, so walk in Him.

Whether you know it or not, whether you want to or not, whether you like it or not, you are constantly building, constantly planting, constantly creating. So be careful how you live. You are either locking yourself in a narrow prison in a barren waste or you are spreading out a magnificent structure in a wide and open space that is becoming like the Garden of Eden. I gave you all the seed and created all the materials you need in the first six days and entered the rest on the seventh, not because I was tired, but because all was completed that you would ever need. You have only to cultivate it, guard it, and use it. And the greatest building material you have is love. It is My ver substance and faith is a substance also. But you need wisdom to discern where, when and how to build upon and with love and faith (but faith works by love). Only works wrought in the solid gold of love have any enduring worth. Without love, your works mean nothing. 1 Corinthians 13.

You must stop building a chamber of torment for yourself to live in. Focusing on past regrets, opportunities wasted, sins done, offenses received, and anger experienced are not good building materials. Do not create a house of anxiety, but one of peace deep in your inner man. Do not build your dwelling place on the shifting sand of conformity to the world and its lusts.

You primarily build your inner place of abode by your thoughts and your words. So you would be wise to use My Words for they made you and all of your universe. In Jesus you see My Word living and working. Jesus is the image of Me, the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. Colossians 1:15-17. There is no other foundation on which you can build and have your building remain intact, only My Word, and He is your cornerstone too. With Him as the cornerstone the rest of the building will be in good alignment.

Select your building materials very carefully. Choose only precious and beautiful things that will give you joy and delight. My servant Paul advised you the same by My Spirit: “Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.” Philippians 4:8. Do not incorporate anything that would be blown away by a storm. Jealousy, envy, and wrath will rot your bones, and a depressed spirit will dry them up. This makes terrible framework in your edifice. Be careful how you live, be mindful that you are always building the place where you will have to live, where you will have to spend your life. And I mean this spiritually and physically. Guard your heart for from it come the issues of life.

Build with materials that endure: faith, hope, and love, and the greatest of these is love. Be mindful that all you let your mind dwell on, all you do, and all you say is building another brick, another beam, another seam in your dwelling where you spend all your time for in this life you are always inside you.

If you let Me, I can help you build, for unless I build your house with you, your labor will be in vain. Why? It will not endure. Everything that is not of My Kingdom will be shaken. So invest your time in things that cannot be shaken.

I love you. By Jesus as My Word all things were created and hold together, don’t you find it interesting that the profession He had in this world was that of a carpenter? He was a builder. And so are each of you.
