The LORD lives, and blessed be my rock; and exalted be the God of my salvation! Psalm 18:46.
Today the LORD (יהוה) God says:
I have given you the victory in Christ Jesus. RECEIVE that as your own. You draw your strength and your victory from Me. You are strong IN Me and the POWER of My might. And I am the Almighty. The stronger you are in Me, the more you can achieve in this life.
David lived his life through My strength. He sang, “The LORD lives and blessed be my rock, and exalted be the God of my salvation!” And he went on to declare that I trained his hands for battle, gave him the strength to leap over a wall and take down a whole army, that I gave light to his lamp and illumined the darkness around him, gave him the ability to withstand the enemy and take down any foe. And he knew I was present as his helper, his shepherd, his refuge, and his fortress. He called me the LORD of the breakthrough. And contrary to what people think, breakthrough does not come when all is done and successfully finished but at the moment you KNOW within your inner man that you have the victory. That is the point that everything turns around. That is when you have submitted to My Word and resisted the attack of the devil. At that point he has to flee from you. He sees your strength. He sees you have taken My strength and I am fighting for you, with you and in you. The battle is Mine, the victory is yours, but you have to be willing like David to go out in the front lines, even if you only have a sling shot. But you have MUCH MORE, you have Me and in you is My Spirit. Not by man’s power, man’s might, but by My Spirit comes the ultimate victory.
I want to take a very active part in your life. In fact, I gave you My Son so you could live your life through Him. I put you in Him and clothed you in Him. I am very present as your helper. I gave you the Paraclete to be in you and with you always. I never leave you or forsake you.
A strong spirit is your health and deliverance. A strong spirit will fight sickness and attack. My Word in you will build a barrier, a wall of protection, around you so that when the storm hits you stand unshakeable and immovable.
You have the capacity to walk in a place of spiritual strength. And each day you can strengthen your inner man through union with Me. But if you cut off from Me you will become weak, like a branch cut off the vine that withers away and dies. The more you grow in Me, the more you can handle in your life. Problems that used to be mountains become nothing but a leveled plain. Why? You know how to speak things down and turn things around with My Word in your mouth.
How do you develop a strong spirit? Well, look in the physical world and see how people build up muscles. They eat right and exercise. Proper eating and exercise has good results in the physical body but if you spirit is weak and defeated, depressed and anxious, that physical health will not last. You will be weak and sick. But a strong spirit withstands sickness, defeat, depression and anxiety. A strong spirit laughs at adversity for your heart is fixed, established, in Me. You need not fear terror or evil for I am your refuge and your fortress, My faithfulness is a shield and a buckler.
Above all I desire that you prosper and be in good health even as your soul prospers. And your soul prospers when you walk in the truth. My Word is truth.
Jesus invites you, “Follow Me.” I teach you how to profit and the way you should go. And I do it by My Word, in your heart and in your mouth, and that is Jesus, My Word in action.
I have given you the victory in Jesus, I have given you My full armor for battle, I have given you My faith and the faith of Jesus to live by, He is the author and finisher of your faith. I have given you everything you need for life and godliness in Him. I have blessed you with every spiritual blessing in Heaven. In Jesus, I have forgiven all your sins, healed all your ills and pains, redeemed you from the pit, surrounded you with love and compassion, filled your life with good things so your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. There is nothing you lack.
Come to Me and follow Me, let Me take an active role in your life. Consult Me in everything and expect an answer. I told you that when you call on Me, I answer you and tell you great and mighty things you could not know. I mean what I say. Have you called on Me and listened today? I am speaking but are you listening?
I love you. When you seek Me with all your heart, you will find Me right there with you. And with Me there with you there is no need to fear or be confused. Just know that the spirit realm is as close as your heart. The Kingdom of God is in you. Come, let us reason together and I will make your sins as if they had never been. I am willing to be found by you if you will only seek Me. And I will walk you through your life until you walk over to My side of the light line forever. And then you shall see Me face to face.
