For we are the temple of the living God; just as God said, “I will dwell in them and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” 1 Corinthians 6:16.
The words of a man’s mouth are deep waters; the fountain of wisdom is a bubbling brook. Proverbs 18:4.
A plan in the heart of a man is like deep water, but a man of understanding draws it out. Proverbs 20:5.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
With joy you shall draw water from the springs, the eternal wells, of salvation. Wisdom draws it out. You must go deeper to find the living water. Do you remember the prophet Ezekiel’s vision of the living water flowing from the inner sanctuary of the temple? It first came out as a trickle toward the east from south side of the altar. Ezekiel 47:1-2. And My messenger that led Ezekiel in the vision went out toward the east with a line in his hand, he measured a thousand cubits, and he led Ezekiel through the water, which was no longer a trickle, it now was water reaching the ankles. Again he measured a thousand and led Ezekiel through the water, water reaching the knees. Again he measured a thousand and led Ezekiel through the water, water reaching the hips. Again he measured a thousand; and it was a river that Ezekiel could not ford, for the water had risen, enough water to swim in, a river that could not be forded. It became a mighty river with fruit trees with healing in their leaves along the bank of it. Ezekiel 47:3-12.
Rivers of water out of My temple in the vision of Ezekiel. And Isaiah sang about drawing water at the springs of Salvation, which in Hebrew is the word, “Yeshuah,” which is the Name of Jesus in Hebrew. And do you remember what Jesus called out in the temple at the feast of tabernacles? Now on the last day, the great day of the feast of tabernacles, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’” But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. John 7:37-39. You are now the temple of My Spirit and the living water is flowing out of you to cover the earth with the knowledge of My glory as the waters cover the sea. All of the rivers flowing out of the believers will cover the earth with living water.
Are you feeling dry and barren? Are you thirsty? The answer is there for you, do as Jesus told you and come to Him and drink. He baptizes you in the Holy Spirit, He has poured Him out from My throne, Acts 2:33, to all who believe and obey My Word. Ask Him for a drink and He will give you living water that will put a deep well in you filled by the springs of Salvation, Christ in you, your hope of glory. He has been glorified and you can receive the Spirit for He has been given. Why stay dry another moment? Depression dries up your bones. But good news will make them anointed. And what does Jesus anoint you with? The same anointing I anointed Him with, the oil of joy. The early disciples could not but be filled with joy and the Holy Spirit. And that was in the midst of violent persecution.
Now I will share with you how to live a happy, satisfying life. See yourself in Jesus with all My magnificent promise as “yes” to you. In other words, see yourself as an overcomer. For Jesus has overcome the world and if you are in Him, guess what? So have you. Already.
And Jesus tells you that “He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.” Revelation 3:21. Heaven is full of overcomers. If you love Me, you will keep My commandments; and My commandments are not burdensome. For when you are born again in Jesus you overcome the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Yes, I give you My faith when you are born again from above. In Jesus, I gave you My peace, I gave you My righteousness, I gave you My Spirit, I gave you My love, I gave you My joy, I gave you My riches in glory, and I gave you the Kingdom.
And who is the one who overcomes the world? He who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. 1 John 5:5. It is then that you know you have everything to make you more than a conqueror.
Even if, though you are a believer, you are in a mess right now, I can clean it up if you will allow Me into your heart to take you deeper into My wisdom, strength, and glory. But the first step you must take that will start the turn around in your life is to begin to declare your victory before you see it. In the mess declare your victory, like Ruth, who was facing poverty and lack but she announced to Naomi that she would go to glean in a field and I would show her favor there. And I did as she declared. She set herself up for victory. My servant Paul was a master at this, he took every thought captive for Christ, and refused to speak anything other than deliverance, victory, and triumph. He saw himself in Christ as more than a conqueror due to the One who loved him and gave His life for him. And think of precious Mary, the chosen mother of My Son, in the face of being stoned or run out of town she praised Me saying that the Almighty had done great things for her and that all generations would call her blessed. And there she was looking like she had violated the Covenant of marriage. But she trusted My Word and all generations do just as she declared, and I cleared things for her with Joseph by supernatural visitation and he blessed her and honored her as did her cousin Elizabeth.
You are the prophet of your own house, of your own income, of your healing, of your own body, and what you say is what is coming to pass. This is extremely important to your well-being, to your shalom. It is time you started speaking My promises. Remember Abraham? I had promised him that he would become the father of many nations, and yet the circumstances did not look like this would ever happen, but, not being weak in the faith, Abraham did not consider his own body, already become as good as dead, (being about a hundred years old,) and the deadness of Sarah’s womb, and at My promise he did not stagger in unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to Me, being fully persuaded that what I promised I am able also to do: wherefore also it was reckoned to him as righteousness. Romans 4:18-22.
You noticed, Abraham did not walk by sight but by faith to declare and believe My promises to him. I promised him the land of Canaan for his descendants and I promised him a son by Sarah, both of which by sight looked absolutely impossible and rather foolish for him to declare, but he considered not his own body and that of Sarah but instead focused his attention on Me, El Shaddai. The Almighty. And he trusted, knowing that I give life to the dead and call into being that which does not exist. Romans 4:17. And you must imitate Me as My dear children and do the same. Call in My promises to manifest in your life even when they look impossible to realize. All things are possible to those who believe My Word.
And I would like to point out too, that in Jesus you are in the new and everlasting Covenant with Me, He made it with Me on your behalf, but once you are in Him, you too are in the Covenant. And Covenant means I am obligated and responsible to take care of you in every situation and to defend you against any enemy that comes against you or any weapon formed against you. You have Covenant rights. Which are significant. Just read Psalm 103 the first five lines and you will find out more about My Covenant with you in Jesus.
I will make sure you are an overcomer. But help My Son out, as the High Priest of your confession, by declaring the promises that are already yours in Him. And stop considering yourself and consider Him.
I love you. Remember the way to be happy is to keep My Word, but there is more, see yourself in Jesus with all My magnificent promise as “yes” to you. In other words, see yourself as an overcomer. For Jesus has overcome the world and if you are in Him, guess what? So have you. Already. Declare it.
Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of a heavenly calling, consider Jesus, the Apostle and High Priest of our confession. Hebrews 3:1.
