I will tell of Your name to my brethren; in the midst of the assembly I will praise You. Psalm 22:22(23).

This is His commandment, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as gave us commandment. The one who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. We know by this that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us. 1 John 3:23-24.

Truly, truly, I say to you, if you ask the Father for anything in My name, He will give it to you. John 16:23.

“These attesting miracles will accompany those who have believed in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues; they will pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” Mark 16:17-18.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:

What is it about names? Why are they so very important?

I am very particular about names. I told both Mary and Joseph that they were to name My Son “Jesus,” which is “Yeshuah” in Hebrew, because He would save His people from their sins. His Name is Salvation, literally. And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which you must be saved. Acts 4:12.

I gave John his name before he was conceived by Elizabeth and his name in Hebrew, Yôḥānān, means “YHWH provides grace.” And he prepared the way for the One I sent through whom grace came to all men.

I changed Simon’s name to Peter, meaning rock, and he had the rock to build the church on—the revelation of Jesus as My Son, Messiah and Lord.

And the main thing Moses was interested to know about Me when I spoke to him from the burning bush was My Name. I already knew his. I call you each by name. Names are for individuals you know while generic terms are for those you do not know. And I have given you the Name of Jesus, so that you will all know Him, and His Name tells you who He is. Your Salvation in every situation.

You associate a person with their name. When you think of their name, when it comes up in a conversation, if you hear news about them, you immediately identify it with the person you know. That identity goes with the name. All through history you are identifying people not just by what they did, but by their names. And some names bring images of goodness and integrity, while other bring images of evil and dishonesty.

I am the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob—I always think of you as individuals, I never lump you into a crowd. Why? I know your name.

The good Shepherd calls His sheep by name to lead them out and lead them in. Individually.

People today are very busy taking off My Name. By that I mean they are unidentifying Me. They refer to Me as the force, the universe, the higher power, or some such depersonification of Me, this does not please Me any more than it would you if someone took away your individuality and identified you as some kind of nebulous thing. I have a Name, you know, and I have revealed it to you in ways that show My manifold grace.

Take a look at My Name. For it is wonderful. And I said the same about My Son’s Name, it is wonderful. Whoever calls on My Name will be saved. My Name is a strong tower, the righteous run to it and are protected as in a stronghold, it makes a way of escape. My Name encompasses you as your rear guard, your guide, and your ever-present help. My Name surrounds you like a strong tower. My Name saves you. And you bless in My Name, remember? “Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, ‘Speak to Aaron and to his sons, saying, “Thus you shall bless the sons of Israel. You shall say to them: The LORD bless you and keep you. The LORD make His face shine on you and give you His grace. The LORD smile upon you and give you His peace.” So they shall put My name on the sons of Israel, and I then will bless them.’” Numbers 6:22-27. And I told Moses that the Israelites were only to offer sacrifice in The Place where I put My Name.

My Name tells who I AM. I AM, I WAS, and I AM TO COME. I AM who I AM. All life is in and from Me. I AM there for you. Jeremiah 33:3.  I AM your Healer, Exodus 15:26, I AM your Provider, Genesis 22:14, I AM your fortress, 2 Samuel 22:2, I AM your shield, Genesis 15:1; Psalm 144:2, I AM your Refuge, Deuteronomy 33:27, I AM your Shepherd, Psalm 23:1;Ezekiel 34:16; John 10:11, I AM your Righteousness, Jeremiah 23:6, 2 Corinthians 5:21, I AM your Victory, Exodus 17:15, 1 Corinthians 15:57, I AM your peace!  Judges 6:24.  Whatever you need, I have it and I am there for you.  Psalm 50:10; Philippians 4:19.  I AM with you now.  Ezekiel 48:35, Matthew 28:20.

I deliver you and protect you because you know My Name. Psalm 91:14. And when you call upon Me, I answer you, I am with you in trouble, I rescue you and honor you and show you My Salvation. Psalm 91:14-15.

Take the time to read My Word and learn My Name in all its manifold grace. But best of all, learn to know Me and My Name in Jesus. He is the Bread of Life, He is the Resurrection and the Life, He is the Light of the world, He is the Vine, He is your peace, and He is eternal life.

I so loved the world I gave you My Son to save you to be with Me forever, so we could snuggle up together with nothing dividing us. I have not changed, I change not. It  may seem people have gone astray running after strange lusts—unclean spirits as frogs from the pit of hell leaping across the world and entering homes and families, but raise up your staff and the iron rod I give you to rule the nations, to break the bars of Satan for he is caging My people, chaining them to doctrines of deceit. Raise up and strike with the rod of your mouth, you conquer evil with good, you overcome darkness with light, you overcome death with life—resurrection life. Jesus, He is the resurrection and the life.

Jesus is the answer to a world gone into confusion and every evil work, for He is My Word.

It is time again, like Elijah on Mt. Carmel and John the Baptist on the banks of the Jordan River that you showed the world the burnt offering, the true one, for I Myself provided the Lamb for the burnt offering, once for all.

It is time to go back to the Tabernacle that led My people to the Promised Land and then stayed with them there.

It is time to rebuild the fallen hut of David and raise the tabernacle of praise. Go back and look at the tabernacle, the sukkah of David, and see of what I am speaking.

David could give himself no rest until he hunted down the Ark of the Covenant and brought it to Zion. He left the rest of the tabernacle of Moses at Gibeon, but the Ark of the Covenant had been separated from its resting place in the Holy of Holies since when Eli’s sons took it into the battle with the Philistines and it had never been returned. And no one sought it in the time of Saul. 1 Chronicles 13:3. David found it but at first had it transported incorrectly with how I had directed that it should be handled as most sacred and left it at the home of Obed-edom. But when he saw the blessings I bestowed on that place, he went back and studied how the Ark was to be carried and the protocol for moving it. And he followed it exactly, calling back the Levites to again minister as of old. You see, it always has to go back to the Tabernacle that was modeled on the heavenly reality.

And so they brought the Ark of the Covenant, and it was carried on the shoulders of the Levites with its poles, to the tent that David had pitched for it on Zion, amid great festivities and sacrificial offerings. And when they placed it in the tabernacle of David it was not veiled or hidden from view, and David, who was not a Levite, ministered with the Levites and offered the burnt offering and the peace offerings and he blessed the people in My Name as I had told Aaron and his sons to do. 1 Chronicles 16:2. And he shared the meat and bread of the peace offerings with all the people, men and women, that only the priests were to eat. 1 Chronicles 16:3. And then he appointed singers, musicians playing harps, lyres, trumpets, and loud-sounding cymbals to continuously sing songs of praise and thanksgiving before Me. Prophetic songs of praise and thanksgiving.

Do you notice it is the fallen tabernacle of David I want to raise to call in all the Gentiles and Jews to My Son, to bring in the end time harvest before My Son returns? “After these things I will return, and I will rebuild the tabernacle of David which has fallen, and I will rebuild its ruins, and I will restore it, so that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord, and all the Gentiles who are called by My name,’ says the Lord, who makes these things known from long ago.” Acts 15:16-17.

David only brought the Ark of the Covenant, which was My presence, to Zion, he left the bronze altar and the rest of the Tabernacle of Moses in Gibeon and there they continued to offer the burnt offering, but at his tabernacle they offered the burnt offering and the peace offering once and then all that went on before My presence was the spiritual sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving. David separated the Old and the New Covenant. And he acted as a priest over it though he was not of the tribe of Levi but of Judah.

And in the New Covenant your High Priest is of the tribe of Judah and He is the root and offspring of David! And when He spoke of the tabernacle, He spoke of His own body. And His blood, the blood of the true burnt offering, releases you from your sins once for all and makes you a royal priesthood so that you also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to Me through Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 2:4-5, Revelation 1:5-6.

The Tabernacle of David was a very different experience than that of Moses, it was still in a tent but there was one furnishing and that was the Ark of the Covenant and the focus was only on that, My presence and the place from which I spoke. And the only way to enter the Tabernacle of David was as a worshipper—with the voice of thanksgiving and loud-sounding cymbals. If you want an idea of what went on there, here it is, you know it as Psalm 150:

“Hallelujah! Praise God in His sanctuary; praise Him in His mighty firmament. Praise Him for His mighty deeds! Praise Him according to His excellent greatness! Praise Him with trumpet sound. Praise Him with harp and lyre. Praise Him with timbrel and dancing. Praise Him with stringed instruments and pipe. Praise Him with loud cymbals; praise Him with resounding cymbals. Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Hallelujah!” Psalm 150.

I love you. I have given you My Name. Join with Me in the great work of rebuilding the fallen tabernacle of David and raising the tabernacle of praise. It will call everyone into My everlasting arms and the strong tower of My Name. With joy you will draw water from the springs of Salvation. Yeshuah. And you can raise it right in your own living room. Start now.
