My peace I leave you, My peace I give you, not as the world gives do I give, do not let your heart be troubled, do not let it be afraid. John 14:27.

Out of the depths I have cried to You, LORD. LORD, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive to the sound of my pleadings. If You, LORD, were to keep account of guilty deeds, Lord, who could stand? But there is forgiveness with You, so that You may be revered. Psalm 130:1-4.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:

It is never too late to start again. The just man falls seven times a day but I always lift him up. I have hold of you. I will not let you fall forever. I am the lifter of your head. Do not let your heart be troubled, do not let it be afraid. My Son makes you an overcomer like Him. Just don’t get too impatient or upset with yourself. Keep moving forward, never go backwards because of your faults or failings. Each morning My mercies are new. And they are every evening too. Continually cast your bread upon the waters for it could be at any time I come. You know not the day or the hour, but know that it is soon. Blessed is the servant I find busy about My affairs when I return. Where I am, there will My servant be. And I am always in the place called grace. I am love, I am gracious and I am merciful. I never step out of character. And you, who have been recreated in Christ into My image should never step out of it either. You are in Christ, stay there.

Do not hate yourself. Let Me work with you to make you the person you want to be. First, get organized and clear out clutter. Do not ever get involved in godless chatter or idle words. Be forthright and to the point. Limit the time you talk to others. Where words are many, sin is not wanting. The fool must always be displaying what he thinks to the exclusion of others, don’t be like that. Heaven and earth kiss in every hour because of Jesus joining the two in His humanity and divinity, so keep every hour intact for Me. Never allow the precious hours of your day to be polluted with evil and toxic thoughts.

When you are troubled remember to turn your heart to listen to Me. Don’t go into hopeless sobbing. Listen to Me instead. And do you know what I am saying? I tell you, “The LORD speaks of peace to His people.” I am saying “Shalom,” just as I said to the fearful and troubled disciples when Jesus came back raised from the dead and walked through the locked doors to the upper room.

My peace I give you, My peace I leave you, not as the world gives do I give, do not let your heart be troubled, do not let it be afraid. I am with you, but not to judge you but to love you, to help you be the person you want to be. And that means that I must conform you to the image of My Son. A glorious image. In Him, Heaven and earth are reconciled and kiss. He joins man and God as One in His Person. He took on Himself the sins to remove the barrier that divided the two. I was in Christ reconciling the world to Myself.

You are reconciled and one with Me. This is tremendous. It is the greatest work I have performed. And it was all for YOU, so that YOU could be One with Me now and forever.

When there is a division, a break in the relationship between two who have been as one that break is a chasm that becomes seemingly impossible for either one to repair or come across to join again with the other. The law calls it “irreconcilable differences” and allows divorce for that. And you see another type of that in the parable of the rich man in hell and Lazarus, the beggar, in Abraham’s bosom, there was a chasm between the two that could not be crossed. When Moses interceded for the sinful Israelites, I called it standing in the breach. Why could he do that? He is the one that was faithful to Me and yet was one of the people. He was faithful to both sides so he could span the gap and mediate. A mediator draws the two back together as he reaches out to both. And Moses told the people there was coming after him one like him who would be the true Mediator.

Job, when he felt he could not talk to me about his feelings in his time of trial because I was not a man that could sympathize with his weaknesses, expressed his desire for a mediator who understood Me and understood him. One that was like Me but also was like him that could bridge the gap. So he prayed, “Now my days are swifter than a runner; they flee away, they see no good. They slip by like reed boats, like an eagle that swoops on its prey. Though I say, ‘I will forget my complaint, I will put my face in order and be cheerful,’ I am afraid of all my pains, I know that You will not acquit me. I am guilty, why then should I struggle in vain? If I washed myself with snow, and cleansed my hands with lye, then You would plunge me into the pit, and my own clothes would loathe me. For He is not a man, as I am, that I may answer Him—that we may go to judgment together! There is no mediator between us, who can place his hand upon us both. Let Him remove His rod from me and let not the dread of Him terrify me. Then I would speak and not fear Him; but I am not like that in myself.” Job 9:25-35.

Do you see in Jesus I answered Job’s heartfelt longing? I came down as one of you and saved you. Jesus is one like you though He never sinned, but He was tempted and tried in every way you are and more than most. He understands and sympathizes with your weaknesses. He is God and Man so He perfectly knows Me and He perfectly knows you. He is the High Priest of your confession as I watch over My Word to perform it. And as Job so accurately stated, you are not able to cleanse yourself of your sins but now I have, in Jesus I have taken all your sins away from you and removed My rod of justice from you and let it fall on Him. Jesus is the divine and human mediator who can place His hand upon you and upon Me and bring us together so you can come with confidence to My throne and speak to Me without fear. Yes, I have more than answered the prayer of Job in Jesus.

Jesus took all your grievances and all My grievances against one another on Himself and opened the way for the two to join as one, just as if nothing had gone wrong. In Him, I nailed it to the Cross and cancelled it all out. And you should too.

It is all shalom between us now. Do not throw up and imagine a division between us where there is none. The reality is that Christ died for your sins and they are gone. Nothing divides us. There is now no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. You can snuggle with Me, I am here for you, to take you under My wings as a mother hen does her chicks and to carry you in My bosom as a good shepherd does with the weak and tired lambs who just cannot keep up on their own.

And during your day if you fail to sanctify an hour and have fallen into wrong thoughts, speech or behavior, remember My Words, “My peace I leave you, My peace I give you, not as the world gives do I give, do not let your heart be troubled, do not let it be afraid.” John 14:27. And sing with the Psalmist, “Out of the depths I have cried to You, LORD. LORD, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive to the sound of my pleadings. If You, LORD, were to keep account of guilty deeds, Lord, who could stand? But there is forgiveness with You, so that You may be revered. I wait for the LORD, my soul waits, and I hope in His word. My soul waits in hope for the Lord, more than the watchmen for the morning; yes, more than the watchmen for the morning. Israel, wait for the LORD; for with the Lord there is mercy, and with Him is abundant redemption. And He will redeem Israel from all his guilty deeds.” Psalm 130:1-8.

I love you beyond love. It is from everlasting to everlasting I have loved you. And I will love you until the end because there is no end. Love never fails.
