Listen to Me, O house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, who have been upheld by Me from birth, who have been carried from the womb: even to your old age, I am He, and even to gray hairs I will carry you! I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you. Isaiah 46:3-4.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
It is too much for you alone. You need someone to care for you. Someone to carry you, to support you, to fight your battles for you. Someone who will take care of you from your birth through your old age and then for all eternity.
You need a provider, a shepherd, a defender, a fortress, a lover, a friend, a father, a guide—someone strong, reliable, faithful, loving, loyal and true to look after you who will never leave you or forsake you. Someone who knows all your ways and all your thoughts and desires. Someone who would give His life for you to give you life.
Stop searching, stop longing, stop crying, stop fearing, stop feeling insecure, for you have found the One you are looking for. I am He. For your husband is your Maker, whose name is the LORD of hosts, and your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel, who is called the God of all the earth. Isaiah 54:5.
Take comfort, take comfort, My beloved, I am here for you and I am the God of all comfort. I am with you always—when you seek Me you will find Me right there with you. I never leave you or forsake you from your mother’s womb to old age and beyond.
My strong arm has reached down to embrace you, carry you, bless you, provide for you and see to all your needs according to My riches in glory in Christ Jesus. For My hand feeds you and supplies for all your needs and enough for every good work. Even in times of famine.
I speak peace to you. My plans for you are shalom and not evil, a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11. I told My prophet Isaiah to give comfort to My weary and fearful people, to speak kindly to them and call out to them that their warfare has ended, their iniquity removed. And I say the same to you. You have suffered and been through a time of humiliation and trouble, but I am calling to you! Open your heart and clear a way for Me for I am about to do something wonderful in your life. My glory will be revealed and shine on you in the darkness of your life.
Call out to the world, get yourself up on a high mountain, lift up your voice in the darkness and speak the light! You have good news to share with a fearful and depressed world. The grass withers, the flower fades, but My Word stands forever! Focus your life on My Word and you will be living with Me forever. Everything else withers and fades. Tell the people that I am with you, a mighty Savior, I exult over you with joy, I quiet you in My love, and I rejoice over you with joyful singing. Zephaniah 3:17. I surround you with songs of deliverance, shouts of victory in the tents of the righteous. Look to Me and let Me fight your battles for you, like I did for Moses and as I did for Jehoshaphat and the people of Judah when they lifted their eyes to Me though they were too small for their problem and knew not what to do.
Like a Shepherd I guard and tend My flock. In My arms I gather the lambs and carry them in My bosom. I gently lead you with care. My Son revealed Me to you and He is gentle and humble of heart. A bruised reed He will not crush and a smoldering wick He will not quench. In Him I lift you up to Myself. I have drawn you with human cords and bands of love, but though I stoop to feed you, many of you do not know that I am your healer. You do not know that you can look to Me for everything. From your smallest problem to your greatest need. Nothing is too small for Me and nothing is too big for Me. I made the smallest particles that you cannot even see with your naked eye but I also made the planets and the sun and the entire universe. I made the ant and I made the elephant. And I made you. I know you. I have every hair on your head counted. I know when you sit and when you stand, with all your ways I am familiar. And when you trust in Me, when you delight in Me, I give you your hearts desires. I can be to you as much as you will believe Me to be. You cannot please Me without faith. You must believe that I am- that I am your helper, your provider, your Father forever, your Almighty God, your Counselor, your protector and your deliverer. You must rest in that and trust that to have the benefit of it in your life. I can act in accordance with your hope in Me.
Will you rest in Me? Let Me fight your battles for you and with you. Let Me show you the battle plans as I did to David and Joshua and Paul—both physical and spiritual—and then run with Me to win! Those who wait on Me (with prayer, praise and peace) will soar with eagle wings, they will walk and not grow weary, run and not grow faint.
Have no anxiety about anything but in everything give it over to Me in prayer with thanksgiving and know I hear you and am there for you. Cast your cares on Me because I care for you. And then rest in the peace beyond understanding, knowing I am taking care of you. And I am the God of all the earth.

Do not fear My little flock, it has pleased Me, your forever Father, to give you the Kingdom. Well pleased. But you have to trust in My provision. Do not place your trust in earthly treasure. It will not last. I will take care of you each day. My Son sent the disciples out to preach and heal with no money bags or change of clothes but they found themselves well supplied along the way. So much so when He asked them, “When I sent you without money bag, knapsack, and sandals, did you lack anything?” And what did they answer? They said, “Nothing.” Luke 22:35. They traveled light but lacked nothing when they were going about My business. So do not worry about what you are to eat, drink or use for clothing, I know you need these things, so do not base your life decisions just on amassing perishable things so you feel secure in them. Instead seek My Kingdom and work at what you are given to do as your assignment each day and all will be added to you, just when you need it. But probably not before. If you amass too much ahead of time, I will probably tell you to give it away to someone who has need at that time.
In the first community of believers in My Son after His resurrection, everyone sold their possessions and gave the money to the apostles who then distributed it according to each person’s need and no one among them lacked! Acts 4:34. Those who had more and those who had less all ended up well supplied.
Make Me your hope. Never believe the lie of the devil that I have forsaken or forgotten you. You who are in Christ, I have sworn never to be angry with you again, Isaiah 54:9, for all My wrath fell on Him for your sins. Isaiah 53:5; Romans 5:9. Can a woman forget her nursing child, and not have compassion on the son of her womb? Even if she should forget, I will not forget you. I have inscribed your name on the palms of My hands and there is no snatching out of My hand. Isaiah 49:14-16, John 10:27-30. Even if your father and mother should forsake you, I never will, I will always take care of you if you let Me. Psalm 27:10. Turn to Me and be saved. In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and confidence shall be your strength. Isaiah 30:15,
Learn to live in Me, learn to live in My glory, which is the manifestation of My presence, My power and My goodness. Come up to the realm where Heaven and earth meet and righteousness and shalom kiss. And where is that realm? In My Word. My Words are life to those who find them and health to all their flesh. Speak it, read it, recite it, imagine the vision it gives and let it create you anew. Jesus. In Him you are a new creation. Isn’t it time you got used to that and lived it? Put off the old man and put on the new and let Me take care of you.
And then we both are well pleased.
I love you. Look to Me for all your needs for I am there and I care for you. You can do all things in Me but nothing without Me. I do not expect you to do anything without Me. Take comfort in that. You are not on your own, the God of Heaven and earth is with you, you have nothing to fear. There is no one higher than Me, so stop looking in the wrong places for your security. Everything else is shifting sand that will not stand. Let Me plant your feet on the Rock that will never shake. Psalm 92:14-16 (13-15).
