Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world; if My kingdom were of this world, My officers had struggled that I might not be betrayed to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from hence.” John 18:36.
Now having been questioned by the Pharisees as to when the kingdom of God was coming, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed; nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or, ‘There it is!’ For behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” Luke 17:20-21.
For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. Philippians 3:20.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:
Days of Heaven on earth. Your citizenship is in Heaven. But how can you have it in this world, which due to sin, has become a perilous place? 2 Timothy 3:1.
Jesus told Pontius Pilate when he asked Him if He were a King that “My kingdom is not of this world; if My kingdom were of this world, My officers would have struggled that I might not be betrayed to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from hence (from the worldly realm).” John 18:36. Take a moment to look at this. He did not say you cannot participate in Kingdom benefits here, He said His Kingdom, that is, the Kingdom of My beloved Son, Colossians 1:13, is not OF this world. You are still physically IN the world, but when you believe I rescue you from the realm of darkness and transfer you to the Kingdom of My beloved Son so that you are not OF the world. Colossians 1:13-14.
And remember at the Passover supper before He gave His life for you the next day, He pronounced His followers as IN the world but not OF the world. John 17:16. So if you are not of the world, where are you of? When you are born again in Christ you are begotten from above, from the Heavenly Kingdom and you are now citizens of Heaven. Philippians 3:20. For “you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels in festal gathering, to the church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.” Hebrews 12:22-24.
You are physically still in the world, though in the Spirit you are seated with Christ in Heaven. Ephesians 2:6. What am I saying? That you have access by the One Spirit to My throne of grace in Heaven. “Now having been questioned by the Pharisees as to when the kingdom of God was coming, Jesus answered them and said, ‘The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed; nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or, ‘There it is!’ For behold, the kingdom of God is within you.’” Luke 17:20-21. The inner man of the heart can access into My realm once you have been born again by water and the Spirit, “Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.” John 3:5-7. And He said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again from above, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3.
And Jesus tells you that when His Kingdom is in the world the sign is that His officers are struggling (agónizomai: to contend for a prize, struggle) for Him not to be betrayed. The good fight of faith. The word translated “officers” there is the Greek word “hypērétēs,” which if from hypó, “under” and ēressō, “to row”– properly, a rower (a crewman on a boat), an “under-rower” who mans the oars on a lower deck; (figuratively) a subordinate executing official orders, i.e. operating under direct (specific) orders. You are all part of the crew, in partnership with Jesus, who is the head above the Body, you who believe, that is getting My Kingdom navigated throughout the world, but as it was with those in the ark of Noah, you are in the world but not of the world when you are IN Christ while still in the world. You are in the ark of the Covenant, which is identified as the “secret place” of the Most High.
And you are struggling not with flesh and blood but the spiritual forces of wickedness, that is, the devil and his demons, and what are you struggling for? Not to betray Me by disobeying My Word as Adam did. He betrayed Me by disobeying My Word and taking the devil’s word as his own word.
If you love Me, you will keep My Word, and I will reveal Myself to you. And if you continue, abide, remain in My Word you will have good days, days of Heaven upon the earth.
My Kingdom is not of this realm but it can invade this world through My “crewmen” so to speak. Since when you are born again the Kingdom in accessible within you, you can bring the blessings from that Kingdom, which you have access to in the Spirit, relying upon your full rights to citizen benefits (do not forget any of My Kingdom benefits, Psalm 103:1-5), into the earth. The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. Your hands that you can lay on the sick and the work of your hands will prosper. How? The same way I told Joshua—by meditating on, speaking, and doing My Word. That is the only way to pull the benefits of Heaven into the earth to give you days of Heaven on earth. I explained this to Moses to teach the people when I first used the phrase of “like days of Heaven upon the earth,” “You shall therefore put these את words of mine upon your heart and upon your soul; and you shall bind את as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as bands between your eyes. You shall teach them אֶת to your children, talking of them when you sit in your house and when you walk along the road and when you lie down and when you rise up. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates, so that your days and the days of your sons may be multiplied on the land which the LORD swore to your fathers to give them days like heaven upon the earth.” Deuteronomy 11:18-21.
And how can you live in protection in these perilous times? How can you have days of Heaven on earth? Since My Kingdom is not of this world, you have to live in the world as if you were living in Heaven. And how do you do that when there is so much tribulation around you? “You who dwell in the secret place of the Most High, who abide in the shadow of the Almighty” no harm comes near your tent, you have no fear, and you trample on the devil and his demons. How do you get there? “Say to the LORD, my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust!” For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:10. I set before you blessing and cursing, life and death, choose life. How? By clinging to Me by keeping My Word. Do not let My Word depart from your mouth. It will bring Heaven to earth.
How do you abide in the shadow of the Almighty? Have you never read “I have put My Words in your mouth; I have covered you with the shadow of My hand, that I may plant the heavens, lay the foundations of the earth, and say to Zion, ‘You are My people.’ ” Isaiah 51:16. My Words in your mouth and you are covered with the shadow of My hand—the shadow of the Almighty—and what does My Word in your mouth do? It enables Me to plant the heavens on earth. My Kingdom, the heavenly Zion and her assemblies under the canopy of glory. You plant My Word when you say it. You know that My Son told you the seed the sower sows is the Word and the soil it lands in is your heart. Therefore, putting aside all filthiness and all that remains of wickedness, in humility receive the Word implanted, which is able to save your souls. James 1:21.
And once My Word plants and grows in you it will be your own Word giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater and manifesting the harvest contained in the seed of whatever promise you have spoken in faith, whether it be healing, provision, deliverance, protection, or salvation, the Kingdom is manifesting on earth. And wherever the soles of your freed tread will become Kingdom territory on earth.
You could liken it to when you go to a large city and there is a section called “Chinatown,” or “Little Tokyo” or “German town” or the “French Quarter,” where it is like a little territory of China, or Japan, or Germany, or France, etc. because the people living there have roots in those countries and bring the ways of that country to their new country and create an enclave of their culture and language in a place of another culture and language. Well, that is what you are doing who are rooted and grounded in Christ, you are bringing the culture and language of the Kingdom of My beloved Son into a place of another culture and language—the world. You are in the world but not of the world culture, you are now citizens of the great Kingdom of Heaven and you have a whole new culture of life, not death, and you are to plant it on the earth.
I love you. Fight the good fight of faith and cling to Me in love. Speak My Word and nothing else, for that is the language of the Kingdom.
