Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?” John 11:25-26.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God says:

My servant Paul prayed that the eyes of your heart would be enlightened to know something very important. What was that? Resurrection power at work in you, that is, the surpassing greatness of My power at work in you who believe in accordance with the working of the strength of My might which I brought about in Christ, when I raised Him from the dead and seated Him at My right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. Ephesians 1:18-21.

Today we finish for now our series on how to receive and administer healing with Life Lesson No. 7 (the number of perfect rest and completion): “Resurrection Power.” It is this power from which all healing flows, and if you believe in your heart that I raised Jesus from the dead and confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord, then you have resurrection power in you. In fact it has already seated you in the heavenlies with Christ at My right hand. Ephesians 2:6.

Your spirit is My lamp, searching all the innermost parts of your being. And I alone give light to your lamp. When I gave Moses the plan for the golden lampstand it had seven oil lamps upon it. The six lamps on the branches coming from the center shaft (trunk) of the lampstand and the servant lamp on the top of the center shaft. Six represents man, for I made you on the sixth day, and seven represents completion and entering My shabbat (rest). Jesus is the servant of all and He is your shalom. He is your rest and in Him you are complete.

The lamps were lit with pure olive oil. When you take Jesus as Lord, when you come to Me in faith and become alive to Me and dead to sin, Jesus, your great High Priest, pours in the unction of the Holy Spirit and lights your lamp, just as the High Priest of the Tabernacle of Moses lit the lamps and kept them burning with their wicks turned to the center servant lamp. Morning and evening he offered the burnt offering of the unblemished lamp, the unleavened bread, and the hin of wine and he tended the lamps on the lampstand.

Jesus is the Light of the world and no follower of His will ever walk in darkness but will have the Light of Life. Jesus is the true vine and you are the branches.

And what do I put in you? What is the light traveling through and searching your innermost parts, restoring, mending, quickening? It is My Spirit and it was by My Spirit that I raised Christ from the dead. He is resurrection power. And He is in you. Ready to light and travel on the lamp of your spirit to all your innermost parts. And He will quicken your mortal body. This is healing at its best and highest level. And you do not have to crawl through a crowd and touch the tassel on My Son’s cloak to connect with the power. The power is in you. I anointed Jesus with the Holy Spirit and power. You can find resurrection power in you right where you are, as you lie on your bed. Begin to see that light, the Light of Life, traveling through your body and illumining out the pain and ailment—healing, mending, blessing, restoring, renewing, creating. The fruit of the Light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth. Ephesians 5:9. All things become visible when they are reproved by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light. Awake, sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you. Ephesians 5:13-14. Bring all that ails you within you into the healing glow of that resurrection light.

The resurrection is the sign of the Messiah. Of the anointing and the anointed One. I will revive you after two days; I will raise you up on the third day, that you may live before Me. So press on to know Me. My going forth is as certain as the dawn; and I will come to you like the rain, like the later and the early rain watering the earth. Hosea 6:2-3. And I foretold this to My prophet Ezekiel. The vision of the resurrection of the dry bones.

By My Spirit I brought Ezekiel and set him down in the middle of a valley; and it was full of bones. I told him to prophesy over the bones and say to them, “O dry bones, hear the word of the LORD, ‘Behold, I will cause My Spirit to enter you that you may come to life. I will put sinews on you, make flesh grow back on you, cover you with skin and put breath in you that you may come alive; and you will know that I am the LORD.’” So he prophesied as I commanded; and as he prophesied, there was a rattling and the bones came together, bone to its bone. And then sinews were on them, and flesh grew and skin covered them; but there was no breath in them. Then I said to him, “Prophesy to the Spirit, prophesy, son of man, and say to the Spirit, ‘Thus says the Adonai YHWH, “Come from the four winds, O Spirit, and breathe on these slain, that they come to life.” So he prophesied as I commanded and the breath came into them, and they came to life and stood on their feet, an exceedingly great army. Ezekiel 37:1-10.

And then I explained to Ezekiel, that the bones are My people who say, “Our bones are dried up and our hope has perished. We are completely cut off.” Therefore I told him to prophesy and say to them, “Thus says the Adonai YHWH, ‘Behold, I will open your graves and cause you to come up out of your graves, My people; and I will bring you into the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves and caused you to come up out of your graves, My people. I will put My Spirit within you and you will come to life, and I will place you on your own land. Then you will know that I, the LORD, have spoken and done it,” declares the LORD.’” Ezekiel 37:11-14.

There will be the resurrection when I change your mortal, perishable bodies to immortal, imperishable, glorified bodies, and that is the ultimate healing and recreation, but for the present life resurrection power heals you but it also renews your youth. That is also resurrection. I send forth My Spirit and they are created and I renew the face of the earth. Renew. Create. Youth renewed; new parts created. By My Spirit.

Moses, though he was 120 years old, had eye undimmed and vigor unabated. Caleb at 85 years old was feeling better and stronger than he did at 40 years old and he went in and conquered the giants in the territory that became his—the allotment for the tribe of Judah, of which he was a member. And Joshua the same. Abraham was still going strong when he departed this life at 175 years. All of these were people of faith who spent time with Me and believed My Word. Resurrection power was at work in their mortal bodies. Why? Have you never read what I told the prophet Haggai? “As for the promise which I made you when you came out of Egypt, My Spirit is abiding in your midst; do not fear!” Haggai 2:6. And even then I told them that the latter glory of My house would be greater than the former. Haggai 2:9. And you now are My house, your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and resurrection power in you will make your latter glory greater than the former.

Do you remember when his adversaries stoned Paul and dragged him out of the city, supposing him to be dead? But while the disciples stood around him, he got up and entered the city. The next day he went away with Barnabas to Derbe. After they had preached the gospel to that city and had made many disciples. Acts 14:19-21. How did that happen? Resurrection power in him got him back up and the lit lamp of his spirit went about his innermost parts mending the damage and taking out the pain. Remember what Paul wrote? “For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. But if I am to live on in the flesh, this will mean fruitful labor for me; and I do not know which to choose. But I am hard-pressed from both directions, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, for that is very much better; yet to remain on in the flesh is more necessary for your sake. Convinced of this, I know that I will remain and continue with you all for your progress and joy in the faith, so that your proud confidence in me may abound in Christ Jesus through my coming to you again.” Philippians 1:21-26. He chose to live so resurrection power got him up. It was not like that with Stephen when his adversaries stoned him. Do you remember what he prayed at that moment? “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit!” Acts 7:59. Death and life are in the power (hand) of your tongue.

And at the resurrection when you receive your glorified and immortal bodies, of which I have given you the Spirit as a pledge, you who are there and alive will be caught up with Christ in the clouds and your bodies will be changed in the twinkling of an eye. But those who died in Christ previously, the strands of their DNA will come from the four winds, from the ends of the earth and sea, and reunite with their spirits and souls in a twinkling of an eye and be changed to glorified bodies as well.

Now, may I ask you, if I can build a glorified body, awesome in beauty and radiantly majestic, is it not an easy matter for Me to give you a new kidney, a new liver, a new pancreas, or whatever part you need in your mortal body here and now? Nothing is too wonderful for Me; nothing is impossible to Me and all things are possible to you who believe that. When Lazarus had died before Jesus came to Martha and Mary, Jesus gave the grieving Martha her answer and then he asked her a question, Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?” John 11:25-26. She immediately answered in the affirmative, as many of you would. But when she faced the tomb where Lazarus had lain for four days, she let go of that and spoke the circumstances. But Jesus asked her another time, “Did I not say to you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God? She chose to believe. The stone was rolled back and Jesus commanded him to come forth based on My Word to the prophet Ezekiel, “Behold, I will open your graves and cause you to come up out of your graves, My people; and I will bring you into the land of Israel. And Jesus had done just that, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. I knew that You always hear Me; but because of the people standing around I said it, so that they may believe that You sent Me.” When He had said these things, He cried out with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come forth.” The man who had died came forth, bound hand and foot with wrappings, and his face was wrapped around with a cloth. Jesus said to them, “Unbind him, and let him go.” John 11:41-44.

Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life. Do you believe that? Well, He now lives in you, your hope of glory, by His Spirit. And that is resurrection power. Release it as you lay on your bed and let your spirit, My lamp, be filled with fresh oil (filled with My Holy Spirit) as you sing upon your bed, search through you innermost being to make all new and fresh. After being beaten with rods and chained to the prison floor do you understand why at the midnight hour Paul and Silas were stretched out singing hymns of praise in the Spirit while the prisoners listened? Resurrection power was at work, and it burst off the chains, opened the gates, and healed their pain.

Sing for joy all you who hope in Me. Deep in you is resurrection power. Fan it into flame.

I love you. I am the LORD your healer. By the wounds of Jesus you have been healed. It is My Will to heal you. So ask and you shall receive.

Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21.
