The LORD is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation. The sound of joyful shouting and salvation is in the tents of the righteous; the right hand of the LORD does valiantly. The right hand of the LORD is exalted; the right hand of the LORD does valiantly. Psalm 118:14-16.
And now my head will be lifted up above my enemies around me, and I will offer in His tent sacrifices with shouts of joy; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the LORD. Psalm 27:6.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
My righteous one shall live by faith and it is by faith you will have the impossible come to be. Nothing is impossible for Me, nothing is too wonderful for Me, nothing is to hard for Me, and if you believe that, all things are possible for you. Did I not tell you that you will see My glory if you only believe? John 11:40. Do not be afraid, only keep believing, and you will obtain My promises. Mark 5:36.
The two biggest hindrances to your living by faith are not enemies from without but enemies from within—fear and doubt. How do you handle these? How do you overcome them? For I did not give you a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. So how do you rout them out? With a shout. And I mean a joyful shout of thanksgiving victory. It took down the walls of Jericho and it will take down the walls of fear and doubt.
We are continuing our lessons on how to live by faith, which is the way I live, I speak the things I envision as done and they become. But first I have the plan and purpose and then I speak. And today is Life Lesson No. 5: “How to Overcome Fear and Doubt.”
Shout for joy, O barren one, you who have borne no child; break forth into joyful shouting and cry aloud, you who have not travailed; for the sons of the desolate one will be more numerous than the sons of the married woman. Isaiah 54:1. The joyful shouts for the good I have worked in you must come while you are still barren, and then it will come to pass. Remember Hannah? As long as all she did was weep, beg, and grieve over being barren, she stayed barren. But when she believed and was not sad anymore she conceived and gave birth to a champion! A very great prophet.
All My Words to you are testimony, which is a legal term, and to testify in court you must first swear to tell the truth. My Word is truth. I cannot lie, it is impossible for Me to do so. You can know that I mean what I say and that I say what I mean and you can know for certain that, by faith, My Word will work for you.
Just when you are about to go down in fear and doubt, refuse to do so! No matter how serious, impossible, or painful it is, you do have an answer to grab hold of, an anchor behind the veil– did I not say to you that if you believe, you will see My glory manifest? John 11:40. That is, My goodness, My power and My presence changing the dreaded result to the desired result. Fear not, only believe. But how? By the voice of thanksgiving—which is the voice of faith. If you are still speaking fear and doubt, even in your heart, you do not understand how faith works and it will seem you are just going deeper down into the horrible pit of darkness, the miry swamp.
But I tell you quite plainly how I pull you out of your pits, “He brought me up out of the pit of destruction, out of the miry clay, and He set my feet upon a rock making my footsteps firm. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God!” Psalm 40:2-3. I set you on the rock of My Word and put a new song of praise in your mouth and that is how I can pull you out of any pit. You cannot allow yourself to sink down in self-pity and fear, doubting the good promise in My Word, you must get hold of your mouth and look up at Me and smile! And even giggle and laugh at the amazing blessing you have. And then let out the shout of joy at the fact you are healed, forgiven, delivered, provided for, or whatever else you are in need of at that moment and SAY YOU ARE THOSE THINGS BY THANKING ME FOR THEM AS HAVING THEM ALREADY. This is not practiced by many but those who do it reap the fruit of it. You sow in tears but you will only reap with JOY. You joyfully draw water at the springs of Salvation. There is no other way you get the water to spring out of the well but by singing to it. “Spring up, O well! Sing to it!” Numbers 21:17.
This is not a matter of gritting your teeth and bearing it, this is a matter of opening your mouth and declaring it! What? The shout of joy in thanksgiving for the victory whether it be healing, provision, wisdom, forgiveness, prosperity, protection, or deliverance.
And I will tell you a way that it will accelerate the outcome that you desire: lift your hands and wave them with joy as you thank Me and shout! Do you recall that I taught the priest to do the wave and heave offerings? Exodus 29:27. I spoke to Moses, saying, “Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, ‘When you enter the land which I am going to give to you and reap its harvest, then you shall bring in the sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest. He shall wave the sheaf before the LORD for you to be accepted; on the day after the sabbath the priest shall wave it. Now on the day when you wave the sheaf, you shall offer a male lamb one year old without defect for a burnt offering to the LORD.” Leviticus 23:9-12.
And I taught the Israelites to bring Me the morning and evening offering every day which consisted of an unblemished lamb, a hin of wine, and unleavened bread. And as long as they kept offering this they had peace and prosperity, heath and good success in Israel. Do you see the shadow of redemption and communion here? And does My Word tell you about your evening offering? “May my prayer be counted as incense before You; the lifting up of my hands as the evening offering.” Psalm 141:2. And what is the very next line after that verse? “Set a guard, O LORD, over my mouth; keep watch over the door of my lips.” Psalm 141:3. Lift your hands and wave them, it is as the evening offering as you sing the praise of My Name. And you will be amazed at the swiftness with which your healing comes. You will wonder why you never did this before. And the more you sing, shout, laugh, and wave you hands, and it usually switches over into tongues, which releases My Spirit of living water in giving life to your mortal flesh.
How do you break off the oppression of the enemy that has put you in fear and doubt upon you by one trial after another? Like My prophet Habakkuk had learned. The voice of Thanksgiving. “Though the fig tree should not blossom and there be no fruit on the vines, though the yield of the olive should fail and the fields produce no food, though the flock should be cut off from the fold and there be no cattle in the stalls, yet I will exult in the LORD, I will rejoice in the God of my salvation. The Lord LORD is my strength, and He has made my feet like hinds’ feet, and makes me walk on my high places. For the choir director, on my stringed instruments.” Habakkuk 3:17-19. And you can be sure he went from lack to abundance by thanksgiving victory. Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you. Mark 11:24. And how do I know you believe you received them? Yes, the voice of thanksgiving. And the more you believe, the more excited you get. And the more excited you get, the more results you desire you get.
My power flows wherever it finds a path and it will flow around what is resistant and won’t receive it. When you thank and sing praise, your heart opens to My power to do what you are thanking Me for unhindered into your life. Fear and doubt resist My power. They are not connectors and conductors of My promises and , in fact they will block My power.
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, when his son asks for a loaf, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, he will not give him a snake, will he? 11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will I, your Father who is in heaven, give what is good to those who ask Me! Matthew 7:7-11. And you can shout about that. What I have promised I will perform. You have a source that is more than enough for everything and He is your Father. El Shaddai.
So then, be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with THANKSGIVING let your requests be made known to Me. And My shalom peace, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus– My Son and My gift to you. And in Him, all My promises are “yes” to you and all I have is yours through, in, and with Him. Just attach to Him as a branch to the vine and let My divine nature and power flow into you without limit by the joyful shout of victory before you see it, but know this, you will see it come to pass if you do not draw back. My righteous one shall live by faith, but if he draws back I have no pleasure in him. Why? Then I cannot complete the good work I have begun in you, it has nowhere to flow.
I love you. Let Me light up your life by turning on the switch with joyful thanksgiving for the promised benefit before you have it in the natural. The spiritual blessings have to be conducted into the physical real by a connector, and that is praise by faith. You overcome fear and doubt with the joyful shout of thanksgiving victory.
