But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26.

Ah, Lord LORD! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you. Jeremiah 32:17.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

Nothing is too wondrous, too extraordinary, to hard for Me. In other words, everything is easy to Me. Remember when the Pharisees were questioning the power of Jesus to forgive sins he asked them a question, “Which is easier to forgive his sins or heal the man?” Do you notice, He did no say which is harder, He asked which is easier. He took all sins and all sickness on Himself and freed you so that now it is easy for Me to forgive when you repent and to heal you as well.

What appears impossible to men, is fully possible with Me. All things are possible with Me and all things are possible for those who believe that. I do the wondrous and you provide the faith that gives Me the channel by which to manifest it in your life and world. And where do we unite, that is, connect, and open wide this channel of transport of the impossible from the Kingdom to the earth? In worship. In the realm of worship.

And that is today’s life lesson as we continue our series on living the beautiful life of worship: “Where the Impossible Becomes Possible.”

I planned and designed all things, I created and made all things, I sustain all things, I know all things, and I see all things. I know how I set everything up and how it works. I set up the natural and supernatural laws that govern all time, space, and matter in both the spirit and the physical realms. I know the spirit realm and the physical realm and I am the LORD of both. All life, all time, and all eternity is in Me.

And yet My eyes are on every one of you. I know when you sit and when you stand, and before a word is on your tongue I know the whole of it. I know your thoughts and am familiar with all your ways. I know your heart. I know those who have hearts towards Me and I know those who do not. I know the plans I have for each of you and they are good plans for a fruitful life of increase filled with showers of blessings. And I know who is walking with Me and who is not.

Nothing is beyond My comprehension and everything is within My grasp. Nothing can escape My notice. Not a sparrow falls without My consent and I have every hair on your head counted.

However, I have given the earth to you and given you dominion over the work of My hands in the earth. Now, I am only able to have My will done in the earth if you will authorize Me to come in and take care of things, if you will connect your dominion authority to My divine power, then I can work signs, wonders, and miracles of ever greater degree and magnitude through, in and with you.

And you do this by faith, but a very particular way of exercising that faith, which is worship. That is the highest form of prayer and the place of answers and opens the floodgates of Heaven to pour out the treasures of Heaven upon the earth. And I love to open My hands in blessing—in healing, in provision, in reshaping, restoring, renewing, and remaking, and that is why I am seeking true worshippers. I am seeking people of faith who will connect with Me and receive blessing and be a blessing, I am seeking those who worship in Spirit and in truth. They know Me, they know My voice, and I know them and they follow Me. A stranger’s voice they will not follow. And through their prayers of intercession I can change nations.

When I went with Moses to redeem and free My people from the affliction of cruel slavery and the mandatory murder of their firstborn sons in Egypt, the devil put up adversity by working through the dominion authority of men and women who would follow him and open their hearts to him. And at first he was able, since he is spirit and created by Me as an angelic being operating in the laws of the spirit realm, which do not have the same limitations as the physical realm, to work similar works to Mine through the sorcerers and magicians using their demonic arts, but there came a point where I did the creative miracle of bringing forth gnats from the dust and they could no longer perform what I was performing. It was then the magicians said to Pharaoh, “This is the finger of God.” But Pharaoh’s heart was hardened, and he did not listen to them. Exodus 8:19. And when I parted the Red Sea and fought for My people, those obeying the devil had to back off and flee. I am El Shaddai and no one and nothing can interfere when My people bring Me into the scene.

And how did they connect so totally with Me? They worshipped. When Moses and Aaron first came and told the Israelites I had heard their cries and would lead them forth out of Egypt, they believed and they bowed low and worshiped. Exodus 4:31. And then when I gave Moses the instructions for the sacrifice of the Passover Lamb as the way to their complete redemption and Moses and Aaron explained them to the people, “the people bowed low and worshiped. And then the sons of Israel went and did so; just as I had commanded Moses and Aaron, so they did.” Exodus 12:27-28.

The Passover Lamb. The blood of the Lamb slain and covering their homes and partaking of its flesh. And it became a celebration and memorial every year on the date for the future generations to remember what I had done for them. Worship. The Passover meal is one of worship and praise. Jesus and His disciples sang hymns at the Passover meal and celebrated the New Covenant of redemption by His Blood.

And now you celebrate the same in the communion meal, and you do not have to wait a year to do it, you can celebrate communion every day in remembrance that your Passover Lamb, the true one of which the former was a type and shadow, covering sins until the true blood came that took all sins away, has been sacrificed and you are redeemed, forgiven, made righteous, and protected under the blood of the Lamb from the destroyer. Do not ignore the Body and Blood when you receive Holy Communion, make it a connection of worship—thanksgiving and praise at the throne of grace. For that is the only reason you can enter there. That is the new and living way.

Do you remember what I tell you about the first community of followers of Jesus after I raised Him from the dead and My promise of the Holy Spirit was poured out upon the earth by My glorious Son at My right hand? They were a people of worship, united worship. “They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone kept feeling a sense of awe; and many wonders and signs were taking place through the apostles.” Acts 2:42-43. And further, “Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved.” Acts 2:46-47. A people of worship and a people of miracles. Acts 4:23-35. When Peter passed by the sick in the streets were healed by his shadow not to mention the miracles that took place when he prayed, such as the man lame from birth at the Beautiful Gate of the temple, Acts 3, and the raising from the dead of Tabitha (Dorcas) in Joppa. Acts 9:36-43. Why? Worship. Do you recall his words to the early community of believers when they delegated the task of serving the meals to deacons? “We will devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word.” Acts 6:4. And in his prayer, I showed Peter visions and the Spirit gave him instructions of where to go and what works to do.

And at midnight in a dark prison cell chained to the floor, Paul and Silas worshipped. And the result? The impossible became possible. The chains fell off all the prisoners and the gates swung open. And even the jailer and his household got saved.

In a fiery furnace sentenced to death, Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego sang praises and a fourth person, one from Heaven, walked with them and the impossible became possible. They came out unharmed and did not even smell like smoke.

And what were Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego singing in that fiery furnace? Praise, blessing, and exaltation of My Name. “Blessed are you, O LORD, the God of our ancestors, praiseworthy and exalted above all forever; and blessed is your holy and glorious name, praiseworthy and exalted above all for all ages. Blessed are you in the temple of your holy glory, praiseworthy and glorious above all forever. Blessed are you on the throne of your kingdom, praiseworthy and exalted above all forever. Blessed are you who look into the depths from your throne upon the cherubim, praiseworthy and exalted above all forever. Blessed are you in the firmament of heaven, praiseworthy and glorious forever. Bless the LORD, all you works of the LORD, praise and exalt him above all forever. Angels of the LORD, bless the LORD, praise and exalt him above all forever. You heavens, bless the LORD, praise and exalt him above all forever. All you waters above the heavens, bless the LORD, praise and exalt him above all forever.” Daniel 3:52-90. And they continued on and on to name every work in creation, from the sun and moon to everything in the heavens and on earth, from the plants to the fish in the seas, the birds of the air, the animals, and all people from the least to the greatest with the command to bless and praise Me. They even spoke to the fire—“Fire and heat, bless the LORD; praise and exalt Him above all forever.” Daniel 3:66. And how did they conclude the praises? Using their Hebrew names they sang, “Hananiah, Azariah, Mishael, bless the LORD; praise and exalt him above all forever. For he has delivered us from Sheol and saved us from the power of death; He has freed us from the raging flame and delivered us from the fire. Give thanks to the LORD, who is good, whose mercy endures forever. Bless the God of gods, all you who fear the LORD; praise and give thanks, for His mercy endures forever.” Daniel 3: 88-90. And the result? Then King Nebuchadnezzar was startled and rose in haste, asking his counselors, “Did we not cast three men bound into the fire?” “Certainly, O king,” they answered. “But,” he replied, “I see four men unbound and unhurt, walking in the fire, and the fourth looks like a son of God.” Then Nebuchadnezzar came to the opening of the white-hot furnace and called: “Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, servants of the Most High God, come out.” Thereupon Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego came out of the fire. When the satraps, prefects, governors, and counselors of the king came together, they saw that the fire had had no power over the bodies of these men; not a hair of their heads had been singed, nor were their garments altered; there was not even a smell of fire about them.” Daniel 3:91-94. Worship with the Word. And the impossible became possible.

You may think you are in a fiery furnace of affliction, My people in Egypt called their slavery that, and Hananiah, Azariah, and Mishael actually were, but both had the impossible come to pass by worship in spirit and in truth.

Faith expressed in praise and thanksgiving, the psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs of worship, works wonders. It is the voice of thanksgiving that gets you through the gates, songs of praise that get you into the inner court, and bowing down in worship gets you into the Holy of holies to My throne of grace. And that is where the impossible becomes possible.

I love you. In repentance and rest you will be saved. In quietness and trust is your strength. Isaiah 30:15. Worship is a rest. Stop the clamor and worry and let Me quiet you in My love. I sing over you and the answers you are seeking are in the songs. Zephaniah 3:17. Open the channel from Heaven to earth in worship in spirit and truth and let Me pour down blessings into your life.
