Every place on which the sole of your foot treads, I have given it to you, just as I spoke to Moses. Joshua 1:3.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
The devil’s lies are deceptive or people would not buy into them, even believers. I will tell you something that is good in My Word and he will redefine it for you in a way that sounds like it fits but actually perverts it and keeps you down. I tell you I give grace to the humble so he defines humility as self-abasement.
These are matters which have, to be sure, the appearance of wisdom in self-made religion and self-abasement and severe treatment of the body, but are of no value against fleshly indulgence. Colossians 2:23.
Self-abasement is not humility; it is defacement of the image in which you were created. I created you in My image and according to My likeness. Do not deface and abase My image in you. Magnify it and come up higher in your vision. Elevation not demolition. Self-abasement does not show honor to your Maker. Humility is recognizing your source.
“My soul magnifies the LORD and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior. For He has had regard for the humble state of His handmaid ;for behold, from this time on all generations will call me blessed. For He who is Mighty has done great things for me; and holy is His Name.” Luke 1:46-49.
And that was the song of My humble Mary who I gave the most exalted of positions to as the mother of the Word made flesh. She knew her source and she recognized and honored My greatness. She was boasting in Me, not in herself.
But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption, so that, just as it is written, “Let him who boasts, boast in the Lord.” 1 Corinthians 1:30-31.
But each of you also are birthed anew in the Word and then give birth to the manifestation of the Word in a unique way in your lives. You can sing Mary’s Spirit inspired song as your own, for you too are highly favored and full of grace in Jesus as you offer those in darkness the living Word that I have given to you. Your assignment is not the same as hers, or anyone else’s for that matter, but it is a high calling that deserves honor, attention, and is for you to magnify and not diminish before men. Let your light shine, do not deface it under and bushel basket.
Self-abasement has another insidious side to it. It is making yourself your own source; it is depending on yourself for a desired result and this makes you a taker instead of a receiver. It becomes a beggar looking for crumbs, who grabs what he can and then hoards it. But actually it is pride, which is simply focus on yourself as your own source.
And this all has to do with vision and divine provision. This all has to do with being more than a conqueror. This all has to do with victory.
You are not grasping at the fleeting and shifting shadows of the flesh but are taking charge of your flesh and your circumstances by heavenly realities. You are taking the place I put you in now in your life upon the earth—dominion authority. You are intent on fulfilling the vision of the mission I entrusted to you by the Word I have spoken and not backing down no matter what tries to make you give up on the vision. And that is humility, responsibility, and honor.
Record the vision and inscribe it on tablets, that the one who reads it may run. For the vision is yet for the appointed time; but at the end it will speak and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; for it will certainly come, it will not delay. Behold, as for the proud one, his soul is not right within him; but the righteous will live by faith.
And the lie of the devil is this: “Do not expect too much, you will only be disappointed. Stay in your place.” This is straight deception that sounds pious and humble. It also lets you know that you will be disappointed and fail if you strive to go higher. This lie has caused many holy people to ignore their talents and gifts which I have planted in them, never develop them, and live an unfulfilled life that entirely frustrates them.
What is the answer? Raise the level of your thoughts to live out My great thoughts, which are Spirit revealed, instead of locking your mind to input from your flesh which is coming from circumstances and your responding emotions (which are temporal and fleeting and change every day, if not every moment), the world (the life of empty show without Me, which are foolish thoughts), and the devil (which are deception and lawlessness). Set your sights higher and get your vision and your plan.
After these things I looked, and behold, a door open in heaven, and the first voice which I had heard, like the sound of a trumpet speaking with me, said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after these things.” Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne was standing in heaven, and One sitting on the throne. Revelation 4:1-2.
And the provision is in the plan of the vision. You just have to go forward in hope and not give up the mission in your vision no matter what mountain, sea, or storm the devil puts in your way, whether it is physical attacks on your body, emotional attacks on your mind, lies, discouragement, disappointments, persecution, or attacks on your finances. Tread on them and the vision will be sure to manifest and will not disappoint.
And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us. Romans 5:3-5.
Just keep the position above the devil rather than beneath where I seated you who believe with Christ at My right hand and tread him down by answering him with the truth, casting him out, and proceeding forward.
As the Israelites panicked at the Red Sea with Pharaoh’s charioteers bearing down on them, I told Moses to tell them to be quiet, calm down, and simply go forward as he raised his staff and I parted the sea. I was fighting for them, they just had to stop giving in to the spirit of fear and making fear declarations or all was over for them for they would just surrender the vision and park there and lose all.
I told them just to keep quiet and stick with the original vision and plan that had worked so far through ten plagues and the Passover lamb. If you cannot speak My Words of the victorious outcome, I just tell you to keep quiet by not wavering from the promise and believe. Like Jesus told Jairus when he got the report his daughter died as he and Jesus were walking to his home to cure the child. Jesus told him to just stick with his first words, i.e., that Jesus would come and lay His hand on her and she would live, and not change it because of a roadblock. Jairus did this and his hope was not disappointed, he stuck with his first words and his vision came to pass as planned. The righteous shall live by faith. Not fear.
My thoughts are higher than your thoughts and My ways are higher than you ways. But they are not inaccessible. They come down like rain and snow, making the ground supple, fertile, and easy to receive seed and sprout it and grow it. My Word then is seed to the sower and bread to the eater. And once you take it up as your confession, in other words you trade in your low thoughts for My high thoughts and your low ways for My high ways by renewing your mind with My Word, which is My thoughts and ways, then you will begin to expect great things to manifest that I have given you in the Spirit. Spiritual realities become physical realities by faith.
That is the way I created the world and all that is in it. That is the way Jesus took flesh and dwelt among you. And that is the way I created you and the way I recreated you to be a new creation in Christ.
My Word is the birth canal of all that is made, exists, and is sustained.
And My Word is My thoughts, which form My vision, received, spoken, written, and followed.
Spend quality quiet time with Me in the watch tower of prayer and your faith will rise out of stagnation to make you grab heavenly realities instead of the shifting shadows of the flesh.
You walk through the dark valley of the shadow of death—you do not camp in your misery and trial when the devil brings tribulation against you—and where do you come out of that dark valley? To the table of plenty where your cup overflows with the anointing. Where goodness and loving kindness are pursuing you all the days of your life and you are living in My house now and forever. Victory over your enemy.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup overflows. Only goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, and I will abide in the house of the LORD forever. Psalm 23:4-6.
I am talking here about the elevation of your soul. Your born again spirit is elevated and raised up but your soul, that is, your mind, will and emotions need to be elevated as well. I show you My way of thinking by the Holy Spirit in you, on you, and in My written Word which is Spirit-breathed (inspired).
The level of you mind, will and emotions (soul) will control what you do and believe for—the level of the flesh or the level of the spirit.
When you are born again, your spirit must now give the input to your mind which then speaks My thoughts as expressed in My words, and your words will follow because your mouth speaks from the abundance of your heart. Your flesh then must follow in actions according to the direction of your mind and your enforcement of your thoughts by your words.
Your spirit believes in the vision for your life but the soul will not unless it receives more input from your spirit than from your flesh. For the flesh fights against the spirit and will tell you that the vision is impossible for you to do and is too difficult for you.
Your flesh knows it will die so it wants to grab everything to satisfy its cravings, addictions, emotions, feelings, and lusts now before it goes back to the dust from which it came and your spirit and soul enter eternal life. You spirit and soul live forever and will be clothed with the garments of Heaven but your earthly fleshly body is rolled up like a cloak or old garment, folded up like a tent, and a new heavenly body is formed instead from your own DNA. Like the butterfly arising from the destruction of the body of the caterpillar in the cocoon but it is made from the imaginary discs that were within the body of the caterpillar. Higher thoughts of the vision.
So make sure you are feeding upon spirit food in your mind, which are My Words, and not flesh food which is the words of our emotions and feelings which are fueled by the lies of the devil and the world. Be careful what you put your eyes on and listen to. Guard your heart for from it flow the issues of life.
My divine voice that you hear by My Spirit in your spirit will give you assurance that any oppression coming against you will be broken and you can go forward in the manifestation of the promise in My Word.
It has to do with faith, confident anticipation that what I promised will come to pass.
Now, I want to teach you how to elevate your mind to the spirit level when Satan attacks, and know that he will attack frequently in this world as it is now.
When the devil attacks with illness, pain, storm, accident, or some other trial, you must not go down to the level of the flesh which will put you into fear and surrender, it is defeat and will make you back down.
When the attack first hits it will take you immediately into the spirit of fear that comes with it but you must resist that by submitting to My promises of healing, provision, peace, joy, etc. to override it. At first you will be faced with the feelings of fear, regret, remorse, shame, hopelessness, and helplessness but you must stand up and say “No” to that.
This is the critical place, you must decide who will control at this point—your flesh or your spirit, because one will take control and the one that is better fed and strong will be the one that does. That is why you need to be feeding on My Word constantly. Joshua 1:8.
If you go with the spirit, you will tread down the adversity.

Take up your authority and tell the fear, the pain, the guilt, the remorse, the lack, the illness, “In the Name of Jesus you must back off and leave me. I will not accept that (name it) because by (here you quote the scripture that cancels it, such as “by His bloody scourges I was healed,” or “He bore my pains and ills, it is not mine and cannot stay in my body,” or “I am a tither and the destroyer cannot touch my finances, family, my goods, or my body,” or “He is the LORD who looks ahead and provides for me,” or “He has forgiven all my sins and remembers them no more and neither do I,” or “He has cleansed Me in His blood and I am righteous in His sight” or a host of other scriptures). And then command it to go in Jesus’ Name.
In righteousness you will be established; you will be far from oppression, for you will not fear; and from terror, for it will not come near you. If anyone fiercely assails you it will not be from Me. Whoever assails you will fall because of you. Isaiah 54:14-15.
If damage has been done to your body or goods, then you must immediately get My input and do and say whatever My Spirit in your spirit leads you to do. If it is applying an ice pack or if it is a hot pack or if it is to exercise and move the part of your body and words to say over it, do that. My Spirit will inform you what to do and what to say. As He did with Isaiah to put a poultice of figs on the wound of Hezekiah.
And then thank Me for healing you and providing for you. And then do the most important attack overcoming weapon of all: Sing songs of victory, deliverance and praise. Sing with your understanding and with your spirit. And smile, laugh and dance around. I have turned your mourning into dancing, so sing thanksgiving praise. Take up the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness and when the pain or lack or whatever it was tries to return during the day, and it will, just tread it down the same way. Tell it “no.” And that is it.
Take authority, I have given it back to you in Christ Jesus over the world, the flesh and the devil.
Expect great things. Do not limit Me. Nothing is too hard for Me, nothing is impossible for Me, and nothing is too wonderful for Me. I am able to do far more abundantly beyond all that you ask or think, according to the power that works within you, for I have poured My Holy Spirit into your hearts through Jesus and He is resurrection power.
But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also quickens (infuses eternal life even now into) your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you. Romans 8:11.
My Spirit shares My deepest thoughts with you in spiritual language for you have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from Me, so that you may know the things I have freely given to you. And you can also speak these things, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words. 1 Corinthians 2:19-13.
My Spirit quickens My ideas in your spirit and this quickens (infuses life) into your soul and physical body as well. My thoughts are healing thoughts, joy thoughts, power thoughts, and praise thoughts. And they are B.I.G. thoughts. Beautiful in God.
Expect great, amazing, excellent powerful things. Signs, wonders, and miracles follow My Word. Get full of My Word and put no limits on your dream, on the vision I give you for your mission in life. Watch, write it down, and read it with others, and all run with it, it will come to pass.
So get in your watch tower of quiet time to get My vision for your mission and let it become your vision and your mission, you will love it for I created it with you in mind, no one else can do it. Only you.
And what is that watch tower where you will be inaccessibly high and see as I see? “The Name of the LORD is a strong tower; the righteous runs into it and is set on high, inaccessibly high.” Proverbs 18:10.
What Name? The Name you need to take authority over the devil’s attack. The LORD your Healer, the LORD you provider, the LORD your Shepherd, the LORD your peace, the LORD your sanctifier, the LORD is there, the LORD your refuge, the LORD your strength, the LORD your everlasting rock, the LORD your maker, the LORD your banner (victory, miracle), the LORD your maker, the LORD your fortress, the LORD your deliverer, the LORD your savior, and there are more covenant names than that revealed in My Word. Just read the Psalms. I am also named as the God of your gladness and exceeding joy.
Now do you see why the devil’s lie, “Do not expect too much, you will only be disappointed. Stay in your place,” is definitely not for you. I have made you a hero with the strength of an entire army. My heavenly host is there for you. To My angels I have given command to guard you in all of your ways. It is time to run, not stagnate in the dark valley of the shadow of death. Seek Me and get your vision. Without a vision, My people perish and are easy prey for the devil’s control.
When Abraham’s vision was too small, I took him outside and made him gaze up at the night sky to look at the stars and asked him if he could count them and tell their story. I then told him “so shall your descendants be.” And then he believed for the impossible. And I credited it to him as righteousness.
The bigger your vision, the more far reaching your mission can be.
I love you. It is time to tread on the enemy and take your territory, for your vision puts you in control over what happens to your body and your life. Run with Me and hope will not disappoint.
