Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
Cast ALL your care on the One who is always there. And that is no other than Me. There is no one else that is always with you, and not only with you, but in you. And there is no one else that cares for you like I do. I planned you from all eternity and you are each My masterpiece. There is no one else like you. You are each precious in My sight.
“Since you are precious in My sight, you are honored and I love you.” Isaiah 43:4.
Walking in the Spirit is walking in unshakable joy and perfect peace. Why? I speak the end from the beginning and it is a victorious, glorious end for those who are My covenant people.
“I am God, and there is no one like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things which have not been done, saying, ‘My purpose will be established, and I will accomplish all My good pleasure.’” Isaiah 46:9-10.
No reason to fear when I am with you and you are with Me.
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things? Who will bring a charge against God’s elect? God is the one who justifies; who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us. Romans 8:31-34.
There is no snatching out of My hand. And it is all about casting your care onto Me. When you put all you are and have in My hands, the thief cannot get it.
We know that no one who is born of God continues to sin; but the One who was born of God keeps him, and the evil one does not touch him. 1 John 5:18.
And who is that One who was born of Me and keeps you? Your great good Shepherd whom I raised from the dead by the blood of the eternal covenant to lead you to the life giving water of the Holy Spirit in you and on you.
My sheep listen to My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give them eternal life, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.” John 10:27-30.
And how do you put all into My hands? You make a heavenly deposit with your tithes and first fruits and that takes all the rest in as well.
If the first piece is holy, the lump is also; and if the root is holy, the branches are too. Romans 11:16.
If you give Me the first the whole batch is blessed.
Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this,” says the LORD of hosts, “if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows. Then I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of the ground; nor will your vine in the field cast its grapes,” says the LORD of hosts. “All the nations will call you blessed, for you shall be a delightful land,” says the LORD of hosts. Malachi 3:10-12.
Bring Me the first and I will take care of all that concerns you. Tithe off the top not from the bottom.
And the same with casting your care on Me, do not wait till the problem is out of control to come to Me. Come to Me immediately at the first indication of trouble, illness, lack, or disquiet in your soul. If you give worry a place, although I give you strict commands often throughout the Bible not to worry and not to fear, you are opening your life to the devil. That is what happened to Job.
“For what I fear comes upon me, and what I dread befalls me. “I am not at ease, nor am I quiet, and I am not at rest, but turmoil comes.” Job 3:25.
Fear calls things in that are feared, things that you do not want, just as faith calls in things that are hoped for, things that you want. If you know and believe in the love I have for you fear should never even enter your heart, it may try to but you must resist fear by faith in My promises. I am with you making all things work together for good for you who love Me and are called according to My purpose.
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time, casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. But resist him, firm in your faith. 1 Peter 5:6-9.
The more you cast your care on Me and become carefree, the less the devil will be able to devour you. Casting your care on Me and refusing fear and worry is submitting to My Word and resisting the devil. And you know the result of that.
Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. James 4:7.
You have to live life knowing I am watching over you and that I am always working on your behalf. Psalm 121:2-8. No matter what you have done or did not do, I am there for you. Just turn and seek Me with all your heart and you will find Me with you. Jeremiah 29:11-14.
When you have a question, a problem, or a need why are you always first looking to others to solve it? You look for the solution outside yourself. You think you have no resources or knowledge to solve it.
It is true that of yourself alone you do not, but if you have taken Jesus as Lord and received My Holy Spirit into your born again spirit, then the One in you is greater than he who is in the world. There is no other counselor like the Wonderful One.
You have the anointing and the anointing teaches you all things. 1 John 2:27.
Look first to My Holy Spirit that I have poured into your heart. Do not grieve Him by proceeding without His counsel. My Son told you that He would send you another Counselor, the Spirit of Truth, who would be with you and in you always. John 14:15-17. He told you that the Holy Spirit will teach you all things, John 14:26, guide you to all truth, declare to you the things to come, and take from what belongs to My Son and declare it to you (and everything I have is His). John 16:13-15. And I tell you that I reveal what pertains to Me from My very depths by My Spirit that you may understand the things I have freely given you. 1 Corinthians 2:10-12. If you are My child, you are led by My Spirit. Romans 8:14. My sheep hear My voice.
You can lean on My Holy Spirit. I have given you the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:16. The anointing. Remember? “The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, He has anointed Me . . .” I anointed Jesus with the Holy Spirit and power and He went about doing good and healing all those oppressed by the devil. Acts 10:38.
And there is much to say here. If you have not explored this area and have stayed in the outer court rather than penetrating into the Holy of Holies in your prayer time, and indeed at all times of your day and night, then you have never experienced the realm where you were meant to live, the anointing that you have. You are still only in the flesh and not in the spirit (walking by sight—relying only on your five physical senses to receive information and make decisions—rather than walking by faith).
I tell you not to be unaware of the gifts of the Spirit. I tell you to seek and pursue them earnestly. When I tell you something with such specific urgency, then you must know that it is important for your well-being.
Have you ever pursued the gifts of the Spirit? If you have not, it is time that you did. It will give you a whole new way of living. It will fulfill My advice to you in Proverbs for your success, health, and happiness, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways be mindful of Him, and He will direct your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6.
My Word is truth. You can count on it. You can be led by My Holy Spirit. Ask Me for wisdom and I generously give it to you.
If you read the Book of Acts, you will see that the early Christians were very aware of the guidance of the Holy Spirit. You will often see the expression that they decided things by whether they “seemed good” in the heart of the person who had consulted Me and made the determination. When the apostles made the decision of whether the gentile believers should be required to keep the Mosaic law, after they had spent time together discerning My Spirit’s Word on this question, they came to the conclusion that the gentile converts were not required to keep the Mosaic law because it seemed good to the apostles and to the Holy Spirit. My Spirit witnesses with your spirit.
My ways are ways of peace. Let peace be an umpire of your heart as you make decisions. Do not be led by your emotions.
I also can direct you by the gifts of the Spirit. By a Word of Wisdom, a Word of Knowledge, Faith, Gifts of Healing, Workings of Mighty Deeds, Prophecy, Discerning of spirits, tongues, and interpretation of tongues. 1 Corinthians 12:8-10. We went through these in prior Life Lessons. My Spirit distributes these gifts to each one for the good of all. These gifts benefit others through you.
And how do you seek these gifts? I tell you that you do so by pursuing love for the manifestation of these gifts is for the profit of all. And I am love. Pursue Me and have compassion for others and the gifts will flow. These gifts are not to make you famous and awesome but to bring about the manifestation of My goodness in the lives of those you encounter who badly need My healing love.
Above all abide in Me and remain in My Word and My anointing abides in you as the sap in the vine goes to the branch. Yes, the anointing you received from Me when you took Jesus as Lord and received the Holy Spirit abides in you. The fountain leaping up to eternal life that overflows to become rivers flowing out of your inner being. My Son told you both in describing the Holy Spirit in you. Are you aware of Him? Are you being filled with Him at all times by addressing one another in songs, hymns, and songs of the spirit? Do you keep a melody to Me in your heart? Do you lean on Him and seek His witness with your spirit in making decisions? Seek peace and pursue it. See what seems pleasing in your heart as you allow the Spirit to witness with your spirit.
Have no anxiety about anything but in everything refer it to Me and be guided by My Spirit. Even if you mess up through you own fault, I am there to make it work out for you when you turn to Me and seek Me with all your heart. Always remember and rest in Me knowing I am watching over you and that I am always working on your behalf. David knew this about Me and rejoiced even in his darkest hours. Make his song your own:
“My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to slip; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not smite you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will protect you from all evil; He will keep your soul. The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forever.” Psalm 121:2-8.
I love you. I have given you Jesus and I have given you My Spirit. Never fear, you have everything, including eternity.
