In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace which He lavished on us. Ephesians 1:7-8.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

In Christ you are forgiven forever because forgiveness of sin is all based on His taking all your sins on Himself and receiving the punishment for them in your place by substitution and identification. The wages of sin is death and He shed all His precious blood unto death to take away your sins. He died once for all.

The next day he saw Jesus coming to him and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” John 1:29.

Not on your merits but on His. Jesus is explained in the Old Testament and manifested in the flesh in the New Testament. And I teach you about the burnt offering, the peace offering, the sin offering, and the guilt offering in the Old Testament and Jesus fulfills them all in one eternal redemption in the New Testament.

In the Old Testament you see the shadow and the type, in the New Testament you see the substance that is casting the shadow. The sacrifices of the Old Covenant are like using a credit card to cover for you so you have the possession of what you are being extended credit for but there comes a day that in order for you to possess the asset as truly your own forever you must pay with the real thing and not just the temporary covering of the credit card swipe (or tap).

But let us first go back to the blueprint of salvation that I gave to Moses, the plan of the tabernacle in the wilderness and the sacrificial offerings to be made therein to cover the sins of the people individually and as a nation collectively so that they were delivered from wrath and the punishment due to sin and were at peace with Me as My covenant people by the blood.

In each sacrificial offering the one who had sinned would bring an unblemished clean animal, such as a lamb, and the priest would examine the lamb, not the sinner, but the quality of the lamb. The priest knew that the sinner was unclean at that point, but he would have the sinner lay his hand on the head of the unblemished lamb so all the sinner’s sin, guilt, shame, blame would transfer to the lamb and the lamb’s purity would transfer to the sinner. It was a supernatural exchange by which their sins were covered before Me. It was not the sinner’s merits or works of penance but merely the quality of the lamb he brought to sacrifice in his place for his sin that determined the forgiveness.

Then the LORD called to Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting, saying, “Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, ‘When any man of you brings an offering to the LORD, you shall bring your offering of animals from the herd or the flock. If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he shall offer it, a male without defect; he shall offer it at the doorway of the tent of meeting, that he may be accepted before the LORD. He shall lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering, that it may be accepted for him to make atonement on his behalf. He shall slay the young bull before the LORD; and Aaron’s sons the priests shall offer up the blood and sprinkle the blood around on the altar that is at the doorway of the tent of meeting. Leviticus 1:1-5.

When a person sinned and brought a sacrificial offering it was the offering that was examined and not the sinner. No one was to come before Me empty handed, in other words, they could not atone by their own blood or their own works but only by the blood of the unblemished clean animal they brought to atone for their sin.

If your offering was perfect then you were free. Your sins had transferred to the scapegoat.

The lamb was worthy, not you. But once offered, you became perfect as well. Your sin died on the altar with the burnt offering and all that was left was ashes.

Now to you, who as My royal priesthood bring My Son as your offering in spiritual sacrifice, every blessing is available because you are forgiven completely and justly by the blood of the Lamb who was slain but who never sinned. He took your sins and you took His righteousness. Just like the sinner did with his offering in the days of Moses. The atonement is not based on your performance but on you putting faith in and receiving the One who gave His eternal life in payment for your debt and the life is in the blood.

“Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, he who accuses them before our God day and night. And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death. Revelation 12:10-11.

You overcome the devil and all unrighteousness by the blood of the Lamb and the Word of your testimony, not by any deeds you have done other than taking Jesus as your Lord.

Jesus overcame the same way you do—by the blood of the Lamb and by the Word of His testimony, but with Him as the firstborn of many brethren, it was His own blood that took Him beyond the veil as our forerunner and great High Priest.

This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast and one which enters within the veil, where Jesus has entered as a forerunner for us, having become a high priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek. Hebrews 6:19-20.

But when Christ appeared as a high priest of the good things to come, He entered through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation; and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, He entered the holy place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. Hebrews 9:11-12.

He entered with His own blood but not because He needed to for Himself. He was sinless from the beginning. It was your sins and your pains He bore. And He has opened the new and living way to enter into My presence in the Holy of Holies for you all.

Therefore, brethren, since we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He inaugurated for us through the veil, that is, His flesh, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Hebrews 10:19-22.

He paid the penalty and the just sentence that was on all mankind with His blood and now you pay with His blood for your sins as well. Worthy is your Lamb who was slain.

I honor you by giving you the precious treasure of My Son’s body and blood.

When you give the gift of forgiveness you are forgiving a debt a person owes you for something that person took out of your life, whether it be your service to them, your money, such as when they cheat you or con (scam) you, your reputation, your joy, your peace, etc. You owed Me a huge debt but Jesus’ blood is of infinite value and He chose to pay your debt to Me in full by nailing it to the Cross and paying with every drop of His blood. It is paid in full and more. There is no further sacrificial offering for sin due. But also there is no substitute to what He has already paid with, so you overcome just as He did, with His blood and with My Word in your mouth. Jesus shed His blood to ransom you but He also spoke My Words as His testimony to save you.

As He has done so you must do. Offer His blood and speak My Words of salvation.

Yes, you owed Me a huge debt but I have been paid it in full by Jesus finished work on your behalf so My forgiveness cannot be revoked.

To give you the gift of forgiveness that is sure and cannot be set aside is the greatest gift I can give you because it changes your destiny and the condition of your life now and forever. One gift believed and received makes your life a wonder, a sign, and a miracle of grace.

What I have given you in Jesus is a gift that exceeds every gift that has been or ever will be given. It was, is and always will be the most expensive and valuable gift you can receive. You would be wise to receive it with love and thanksgiving.

Don’t come to Me with any other offering than the blood of Jesus and the words of My mouth that I put in yours.

“Come, let us return to the LORD, for He has torn Him, but He will heal us; He has wounded Him, but He will bandage us. He will revive us after two days; He will raise us up on the third day, that we may live before Him. So let us know, let us press on to know the LORD. His going forth is as certain as the dawn; and He will come to us like the rain, like the latter rain and the early rain watering the earth.” Hosea 6:1-3.

But make sure you are offering to Me in spiritual sacrifice the blood of Jesus and no other substitute because in Him you have the very best and there is nothing else can save you and keep you eternally right with Me. That was the sin of the offering that My prophet Malachi spoke against My people.

But when you present the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? And when you present the lame and sick, is it not evil? Why not offer it to your governor? Would he be pleased with you? Or would he receive you kindly?” says the LORD of hosts. Malachi 1:7-9.

But you do not need to worry about this. I Myself have provided the lamb and He is perfect and that is what He does for you as well.

For by one offering He has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified. Hebrews 10:14.

Make sure you know how forgiven you are in Jesus so you too can have the joy of living the forgiven and forgiving lifestyle. It sets you free to never ending fellowship with Me and your fellow man. What you will not forgive you lose. Be reconciled and keep fellowship with your family, friends, co-workers and neighbors as a priority, but above all with Me, for I am love. Unforgiveness of yourself or others is torment, but My plans for you have always been for perfect wholeness and peace in every area of your life—spirit, soul, and body. And that is why He gave you Jesus. Jesus not only gave His life for you, He gave it to you, that you might live through Him.

By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. 1 John 4:9.

I love you. You are beloved, forgiven, blessed and favored and that is the story of your life. Forever.
