For the LORD will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being caught. Proverbs 3:26.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלוהים) says:

I am your confidence. I did not send My Son to condemn you but to save you. Never think of Me as adverse to you, instead make Me your confidence. Make Me your boast. Let Me take care of you. You can cast your cares on Me with CONFIDENCE.

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things? Romans 8:31-32.

Many people see Me in an adversarial role, either as displeased with them or as withholding good things from them that they must somehow pry out of Me with begging and pleading. But not many see Me as their confidence of good things, protection, and blessing. They do not see Me as their helper, but beyond that, as their sure confidence to always be there giving them just what is needed for everything pertaining to life and godliness right when they need it. They do not see Me as the one who wants them to succeed in all that they do so that I may give them their full reward.

After these things the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision, saying, “Do not fear, Abram, I am a shield to you; your VERY GREAT reward.” Genesis 15:1.

Yes, I have rewards stored up for you all!

How great is Your goodness, which You have stored up for those who fear You, which You have wrought for those who take refuge in You, before the sons of men! Psalm 31:19.

I am your confidence of reward, help, healing and peace.

Blessed is a man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. James 1:12.

What is man that You take thought of him, and the son of man that You care for him? Yet You have made him a little lower than God, and You crown him with glory and majesty! Psalm 8:4-5.

And that is why you can confidently cast your care on Me with no holds barred, for I will take care of it. No worries, no fear, no anxiety at all, just entrust them to Me and live in the confidence of My love.

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the defense of my life; whom shall I dread? When evildoers came upon me to devour my flesh, my adversaries and my enemies, they stumbled and fell. Though a host encamp against me, my heart will not fear; though war arise against me, even then I am confident. Psalm 27:1-3.

I am not only at your side, I am on your side.

This I know, that God is for me. In God, whose word I praise, in the LORD, whose word I praise, in God I have put my trust, I shall not be afraid. What can man do to me? Psalm 56:9-11.

If you live assured in your heart that I am for you and not against you, that I want you to come out of every situation in victory and am not noting your every fault and disqualifying you from your destiny because you missed an opportunity I sent your way, even if you missed it out of disobedience, then you can live the life of the beloved.

Even though I walk through the dark valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You have anointed my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. Psalm 23:4-6.

You can relax into your life in the light of My love and stay basking in that light night and day.

If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so become My disciples. Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full. John 15:7-11.

Even should you fall into sin through weakness, do not run and hide in fear and shame from Me as Adam did, run to Me as David did in repentance with confidence that I will forgive and cleanse you.

If we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son continually cleanses us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:7-9.

Make me know Your ways, O LORD, teach me Your paths. Lead me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; for You I wait all the day. Remember, O LORD, Your compassion and Your lovingkindnesses, for they have been from of old. Do not remember the sins of my youth or my transgressions; according to Your lovingkindness remember me, for Your goodness’ sake, O LORD. Psalm 25:4-7.

If you have not been seeing Me in this light of love, in this all encompassing desire of Mine to help you to do all that I made you to do and be, then it is time to do some mind renewal with Me and My Word. I go before you, with you, and I am your rearguard. Isaiah 52:12. I AM, I was, and I will be. I have every area of your life covered.

I called David a man after My own heart. Even when he sinned out of weakness he never lost his fellowship with Me or My care for him. Why? I see your heart and his heart was towards Me always. How did he keep his heart tender and confident towards Me? By the words of his mouth and the thoughts of his heart. Listen to his song:

“I love You, O LORD, my strength. The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies. Psalm 18:1-3.

What do you call Me when you need help? Do you call Me your strength, your rock, your fortress, your deliverer, your shield, your healer, your provider, your stronghold, and your salvation? Do you call upon Me with praise on your lips and watch your salvation come? Do you come with bold confidence to My throne to receive mercy and find grace just when you need it? Or do you doubt My goodness, complain and ask Me why I let you do something or let something happen? I permit what you permit and I bind what you bind. Call upon My Name and I will respond as you have called. I respond to you as you respond to Me.

Call Me your confidence and make Me your boast, not your own merits but the merits I give you in Christ.

But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption, so that, just as it is written, “Let him who boasts, boast in the Lord.” 1 Corinthians 1:30-31.

Are you even aware that I am working a great work of sanctification in you in Christ? And that you have wisdom, righteousness and plenteous redemption? You can be confident of this. Stop worrying that you are not holy and just be who I made you, holy.

Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If any man destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him, for the temple of God is holy, and that is what you are. 1 Corinthians 3:16-17.

Do not throw away your confidence it has GREAT reward. Do not shrink back into a lack of confidence in Me, the righteous shall live by faith and if you shrink back I have no pleasure in you. Why? I WANT TO REWARD YOU, I WANT YOU TO SUCCEED.

For God has said: “Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you.” So we say with confidence: “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?” Hebrews 13:5-6.

There is no condemnation for you now, you who are in Christ Jesus. Your sins were put on Him and were taken care of. You are sinless before Me. That should give you confidence in Me and put you on the Highway of Holiness.

But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:37-39.

I love you. Let Me be your confidence. I am not your accuser, that voice is not Mine, it is the voice of the stranger.

Therefore, brethren, since we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He inaugurated for us through the veil, that is, His flesh, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. Hebrews 10:19-23.
