For, “The one who desires life, to love and see good days, must keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit. He must turn away from evil and do good; He must seek peace and pursue it.” 1 Peter 3:10-11.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלוהים) says:

The path of life is a good life, for My plans for you are for shalom (good things in every area of your life) and not evil, plans to give you a beautiful future full of peace and prosperity and a hope sure and steadfast. Jeremiah 29:11.

How do you have a good life? You fill it with good days. Your life is made up of length of days until the eternal day dawns for you.

Now David the son of Jesse reigned over all Israel. The period which he reigned over Israel was forty years; he reigned in Hebron seven years and in Jerusalem thirty-three years. Then he died in a good old age, full of days, riches and honor; and his son Solomon reigned in his place. 2 Chronicles 29:26-28.

And David was the one who sang: You have anointed my head with oil; my cup overflows. Only goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for length of days. Psalm 23:5-6.

David saw each day as one I had made for him to rejoice in. “This is the day the LORD has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.” But he knew it was not automatic. He told himself “Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.” He kept his heart in joyful singing and in the darkness, when surrounded by the enemy, he woke the dawn with his song and I delivered him. Psalm 57:1-11. And he taught his son, Solomon, that as well.

All the days of the afflicted are bad, but a cheerful heart has a continual feast. Proverbs 15:15.

Paul saw that too, “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give constant thanks.” He saw each day as an opportunity to shine for Me and others and for fruitful work for the salvation of souls. And why was he so concerned about saving people? Because he knew it pleased Me and it was the mandate on his life. And he enjoyed it beyond all treasure because he wanted others to have the precious treasure that he had been freely given by Me—the unfathomable riches of Christ. Fellowship with Me through My Son made Paul the happiest man on the earth at his time. And when you are filled with joy, it is contagious! You want to share it.

To me, the very least of all saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ, and to bring to light what is the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden in God who created all things; so that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places. This was in accordance with the eternal purpose which He carried out in Christ Jesus our Lord, in whom we have boldness and confident access through faith in Him. Ephesians 3:8-12.

To have good days you must be grateful for who you are, what you have, and where you are. If you are always berating yourself thinking you could have done and had better you will never have good days because you will see everything as a bad day.

Thus says the LORD, “Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind and makes flesh his strength, and whose heart turns away from the LORD. For he will be like a bush in the desert and will not see when prosperity comes, but will live in stony wastes in the wilderness, a land of salt without inhabitant.” Jeremiah 17:5-6.

It is not mere human strength and intellect that will give you good days. You see in the above passage from My prophet Jeremiah that a barren bush in the desert is one that looks only to human strength and has a negative attitude. He does not even see prosperity when it comes.

But that is not the way I want you to live. I want your life filled with good days. I blessed man from the start.

Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD and whose trust is the LORD. For he will be like a tree planted by the water, that extends its roots by a stream and will not fear when the heat comes; but its leaves will be green, and it will not be anxious in a year of drought nor cease to yield fruit. Jeremiah 17:7-8.

I want you to have and enjoy life and bad days do not do that, only good days will overflow you with My goodness. What do I desire for you? I have told you:

Beloved, I desire above all that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers. For I was very glad when brethren came and testified to your truth, that is, how you are walking in truth. I have no greater joy than this, to hear of my children walking in the truth. 3 John 1:2-4.

You prosper in every area based on the prosperity of your soul. Your soul consists of your mind, your will and your emotions. If any of these three are out of line, your life will be one of torment rather than joy and of worry rather than peace. If you are tormented, fearful and anxious, it is not the blessing but the curse. And what makes the difference? What you are feeding your mind. Words are the foundation of all.

How did the prophet Jeremiah find joy in the midst of a people in turmoil? He fed his mind what was filled with good things.

Your words were found and I ate them, and Your words became for me a joy and the delight of my heart; for I have been called by Your name, O LORD God of hosts. Jeremiah 15:16.

Where does the joy in your life, the goodness and grace, come from? From words. Words from others and from yourself. Words of acceptance and forgiveness, words of congratulations, words of encouragement, words of appreciation, words of “well done,” words of thankfulness for your service and excellence, words of friendship, words of covenant, words of fellowship and partnership, words of success and prosperity, words of kindness, words of increase and prosperity, words of rewards, and, above all, words of unconditional love, of the desire to have you with them always. And these are precisely the words you will find I speak to you.

These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full. John 15:11.

Even My covenant Names that I share with you and give to you of promises of My love for you will fill your days with good. I AM the LORD who looks ahead to provide for you. I AM the LORD your healer. I AM the LORD your victory. I AM the LORD your righteousness. I AM the LORD your peace. I AM the LORD your redeemer. I AM the LORD your deliver, your refuge, your fortress, your exceeding great joy, your rock, your Shepherd, your helper, your stronghold, your strength, and your song. And Jesus is the Light of the world who gives you light so that no follower of His will ever walk in darkness but will have the Light of life. And He is your bread of life, your door to all the Kingdom blessings, your vine to whom you attach and bear wonderful fruit that will fill you with goodness, love, peace, and joy. He is the way, the truth and the life. He is the resurrection and the life. He is your prince of peace. He is your peace, for in Him you are reconciled to Me as if sin had never been. He heals all who come with faith and gives them eternal life. And this is why I sent Him to you. To save and fill your days with good.

Every good thing and perfect gift comes down from Me to you through My Word and Jesus is My Word.

Your soul only prospers if you are walking in the truth, when Adam exchanged the truth for a lie, everything went out of line. He plunged the world into darkness. But I sent My Word to give you back the light. And light consists in all goodness, righteousness, and truth. Sin and shame hide in darkness.

For you were formerly darkness, but now you are Light in the Lord; walk as children of Light for the fruit of the Light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth, learning what is pleasing to the Lord. Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them; for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret. But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light. Ephesians 4:8-13.

Stay in the Light of My Word and you will have good days, for if you love Me you will keep My Word and My Word will give you wisdom beyond human understanding and light your heart with the fire of My love. Come share your Father’s joy! I have so much joy to share with you. Won’t you open your heart wide to receive it? And what is the best way to open and enlarge your heart? Hearing and hearing My Word until it becomes how you think and opening to joy with Spirit songs, making melody in your heart. You cannot be depressed and sing joyful songs, and singing joyful songs of praise will drive out the powers of darkness.

Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil. So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. And do not get drunk with wine, for that is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to yourself and one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to the Lord; always giving thanks for all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God, even the Father. Ephesians 5:15-20/

I love you with an everlasting love. So be walking in the Spirit, which is walking in faith, which is walking in and by My Word, which is abiding in the Vine of My Son and producing divine fruit, and plenty of it, for the benefit of all.
