For with the LORD there is lovingkindness, and with Him is plenteous redemption. Psalm 130:7.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

Redemption. I have redeemed you with an abundant redemption. With Me is plenteous redemption. What have I redeemed you from?

Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the adversary. Psalm 107:2.

The word translated “adversary” is the Hebrew word “tsar (צַר),” which means adversary, foe, enemy, narrow, tight, straits, distress. In other words, anything that is oppression by the devil and all the forces of evil. But Jesus went about doing good and  healing all those oppressed by the devil. He redeemed you from the hand of the adversary and opened to you the riches of Heaven. He redeemed you from the bondage and slavery of sin with an outstretched arm..

‘I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will deliver you from their bondage. I will also redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great judgments. Then I will take you for My people, and I will be your God; and you shall know that I am the LORD your God, who brought you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. I will bring you to the land which I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and I will give it to you for a possession; I am the LORD.’” Exodus 6:6-8.

When I heard the groaning of My people in the cruel bondage of slavery, I came down to redeem them from the bondage of slavery. And I tell you why I came to their rescue, I remembered My Covenant with their fathers Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And I heard more than the groaning of My people Israel, I heard the groaning of all people and all My creation under the weight of sin, held in bondage by the oppression of Satan and his unclean spirits that attempted to take your throne in Heaven but ended up being herded to populate hell.

For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now. And not only this, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our body. Romans 8:19-23.

The first time the word “redeemed” is used in the Bible, and first mention is important, you hear what you are redeemed from and how. And it was used by Jacob, the one I named “Israel” and from whom the twelve tribes of My nation were born.

The God before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac walked, the God who has been my shepherd all my life to this day, the messenger who has redeemed me from all evil. Genesis 48:16.

You are redeemed from all evil and you are redeemed by the Shepherd, the messenger that I sent.  Your redeemer. By My doing you are in Him and I have made Him to be wisdom unto you, righteousness, sanctification, and REDEMPTION. 1 Corinthians 1:30. Jesus, the One whom I sent to undo the works of the devil. The One who became a curse to redeem you from the curse and give you the BLESSING of Abraham and the promise of the Spirit by faith.

The word “redeem” in Hebrew tells you much about redemption. It is “gaal (גָּאַל),” which means to redeem, to act as kinsman. When you lost property or went into slavery for debt, if you could not buy yourself out, then a brother or a close blood relative could redeem your lost property and could redeem you from slavery by paying the price to buy you out.

Redeem you from bondage, redeem your fields and other property for you to again possess by the payment of the value assessed, redeem you from death and from exile.

Essentially you bought back that which was lost to bondage or to another’s possession for the rightful owner. Redemption was also covering another with your protection and prosperity.

I have redeemed you from sin, from slavery to sin and death, from evil, from sickness, from pain, from poverty, from the curse, from death, from hell, from the pit, from destruction, from death. I have redeemed you from the hand of the adversary. And what is in the devil’s hand? Sickness, pain, depression, fear, lust, immorality, anger, shame, guilt, bitterness, and all other unclean spirits of darkness.

You are redeemed.  I have redeemed you with outstretched arm—no longer by the blood of lambs and goats, no longer by silver, but by the precious Blood of My Son.  1 Peter 1:18-19.  Through faith you have access to the grace in which you now stand.  Romans 5:1-2.  You are on redemption ground wherever you go, for you have been redeemed.

All your sins are forgiven in Jesus. You are holy and blameless in My sight in Him.  He has redeemed you from the curse of the law and opened to you the Blessing of Abraham and the promise of the Spirit by faith. Galatians 3:13-14.

You have not come to Mt. Sinai but to Mt. Zion.  Hebrews 12:22.  I gave the Law to Moses on Mt. Sinai but grace and truth come through Jesus Christ on Mt. Zion.

Those who trust in Me shall be like Mt. Zion which cannot be shaken forever.  Psalm 125:1.  You want to be unshakeable?  Build your life on Mt. Zion. It is not the place of commandments but of sacrifice.  Christ your Passover has been sacrificed and your sins atoned for and your redemption price paid—an eternal life (eternal life is in My Son) for the eternal life that you lost in Adam, and the life is in the blood.  And My Son redeemed you with outstretched arm and you are free from your sins, sickness, and poverty—the curse of the Law—by His Blood.

And He is My arm by which I reach down to save you, heal you, bless you, deliver you, and protect you.  Isaiah 53:1, Isaiah 59:16.  And He came to Zion, a redeemer, to those of Jacob who turn from sin.  Isaiah 59:20.  And I made a New Covenant with Him as your mediator, Hebrews 12:24.  And this is My Covenant, My Spirit in you and My Words that I have put in your mouth.  Isaiah 59:21.  So rise up in splendor!  Your light has come and My glory shines upon you in the face of Christ.

Mt. Zion is where the Temple was built by Solomon. It was the place chosen by David that had been the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite.  It was a mountain of the range known as Moriah, the mountain I directed Abraham to sacrifice his son Isaac upon.  It is across from Mt. Calvary, the highest mountain of that range, where My Son was crucified.  And Mt. Zion is the place of the upper room where the believers (120 of them) were gathered on Pentecost when My Spirit returned to dwell in the spirits of men again.  Yes, that day Pentecost had truly come.  The shadow of the reality had been on Mt. Sinai when I gave the Ten Commandments to the Israelites on the first feast of Pentecost, but it was a shadow of the good things to come.  I no longer dwell on Mt. Sinai.  With the death and resurrection of My Son, I have moved to Mt. Zion.  This is the age of grace, the age of the Messiah, not the age of the Law anymore. I have made Jesus to be sin on your behalf and I have made your righteous with My own righteousness in Him. The divine exchange of the kinsman redeemer for your freedom. I have put you who are redeemed at the finish line of the Law—the goal of righteousness – to continue forward to your high calling in Christ as a righteous one.

I dwell on Mt. Zion.  I have changed from the mountain of the Law to the mountain of grace.  On the mountain of the Law righteousness depended on your performance.  On the mountain of grace, righteousness depends on Jesus’ performance—and His work is finished.  John 17:4.  I supply your righteousness under grace.  I give you My own righteousness in Christ.  2 Corinthians 5:21.

Everything depends on redemption.  The Israelites went from exile to redemption by a sacrifice, not their own work, but the Blood of a spotless lamb, the Passover lamb.

Under the Law that I gave to Moses, every first born belonged to Me, and I gave them to My priests, the Levites, and therefore each parent had to pay the redemption price of a five shekels of silver as the price of redemption to the Levites as redemption money.  Numbers 18:16.  The first born of the ox, the sheep, or the goat, however, were holy and could not be redeemed but had to be sacrificed and their blood sprinkled on the altar.  Numbers 18:17.

And when I ordered Moses to take a census of the people, I required every person registered to pay a half shekel as a ransom for himself so that there would be no plague among them.  Exodus 30:11-14. And rich or poor paid the same price to make atonement for themselves.  Exodus 30:15.

Redemption cost them a price but true redemption cannot be paid for with silver or even the blood of lambs and goats splashed on the altar.  No one can redeem the life of another or give to Me a ransom for them—the ransom for a life is costly, no payment is ever enough—so that they should live on forever and not see decay. Psalm 49:7-9.  But when Christ came as high priest of the good things that are now already here, He went through the greater and more perfect tabernacle that is not made with human hands, that is to say, is not a part of this creation. He did not enter by means of the blood of goats and calves; but He entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own blood, thus obtaining eternal redemption. Hebrews 9:11-12.

If you address as Father the One who impartially judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves in fear during the time of your stay on earth; knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ. For He was foreknown before the foundation of the world, but has appeared in these last times for the sake of you who through Him are believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. 1 Peter 1:17-21.

My Son paid your debt in full.  He gave His life for the life Adam had lost and the life is in the blood.  It is the blood that makes atonement for you on the altar.  Leviticus 17:11. You are redeemed by the Blood of My Son.  Ephesians 1:7.

You have been bought out of slavery to sin and death and given back the eternal life you lost.  Hebrews 2:14-17. And I have done even more than that, you also become My children again in spirit and in truth.  My Son is your brother when you take Him as Lord and you become a joint heir of Mine with Him.  Romans 8:17.  You are back in My family.

Adam originally was in My family.  In My Word he is called “Son of God.”  Luke 3:38. But he gave himself out in adoption to a new father—the devil.  Now I have adopted those back who wish to come back to Me. Romans 8:15-16.

But you always were My true children.

It is like when a biological father has his child adopted.  He is no longer the legal father and cannot intervene in the child’s life, and he no longer has any responsibility legally to support the child, but he really is still the true father.  I am your true Father—the true Father of all men and women.  When you receive Jesus as Lord you are being adopted back to your true family—not a new one like the first adoption Adam did of himself out to the devil.  No, when you receive Jesus you become again who you truly are—My child, My family, My own!  Galatians 4:4-7.

And I again have the legal right to intervene in your life and the obligation to provide and care for you.

I have no right to intervene and no authority to provide and care for those who are not My children but the devil’s.

Most people do not understand this.  They think I should be intervening and providing for all people.  I would love to do so, and general things such as the sunlight and rain I can, but I have no right to intervene or obligation to support those who are not My own children.  It is not right to take the bread of the children and throw it to the dogs.

Please tell everyone to take Jesus as Lord and receive the Spirit of adoption into their hearts.  Romans 8:15-16; Romans 10:9-10, John 1:12.  It is the only way I can help them.

Become one spirit with Me.  Become a joint heir with Christ.  Become My child.  Become My spouse.

That is what the suffering, death and resurrection of My Son is all about.  It is about My exercising the right of redemption to free My family from slavery and to pay all their debts in full.

There was no one of the human race who could exercise the right of redemption on your behalf since you are all descendants of Adam and no one has an eternal life to give to pay for the one Adam had lost.  All the descendants of Adam are born into slavery because those born of a slave are slaves.  But I became one of you by sending My Son and thus exercised the right of redemption for My own.  It had to be a brother that was the kinsman redeemer and not the father.  Leviticus 25:47-48.  It was My own arm that brought it about. Isaiah 59:16.  With outstretched arm I redeemed you. Exodus 6:6.

Only My Son as the second Adam formed by My Word and not descended from a slave as Adam had become had an eternal life to give—and every drop of His Blood had to be drained out.  The life is in the blood.  The animal sacrifices that covered on credit until My Son paid the price had to have all the blood drained out to make atonement on the altar.  That is why My Son went through the whipping, crowning with thorns, dragging through the streets, the nailing of His hands and feet, three hours of draining His Blood on the cross, and the final sword thrust in His heart.  Every drop of His Blood was drained for you, just like the Paschal lamb or any animal sacrifice of the Law.

Jesus took your debt and nailed it to the cross and I cancelled it as paid in full.  Colossians 2:13-15.

And as My Son died, covered by your sin as He made atonement for it, it was so gruesome that I could not look upon it.  My eyes are too pure to gaze upon evil.  I am love and evil cannot enter Me.  I turned My face away.  And My Son felt that and cried out “My God, My God, why have you forsaken Me?”  I made Him who knew no sin to become sin so that in Him you could be My own righteousness.  2 Corinthians 5:21. Because of sin He was forsaken once for all. I will NEVER forsake you. I cannot, Jesus already took that away.

Do you even begin to understand from this the height and depth, breadth and length of the love I have for you?  Of the love My Son has for you?  Of the love My Spirit has for you?  We are willing to give our all for you.  Are you not willing to give your heart to Me?  I will only bless you and never harm you.  You are far too valuable to Me and have cost Me way too much for Me to ever forsake you.  I am totally committed to you in a Blood Covenant sealed by the Blood of My Son.

Honor and esteem the precious Blood of My Son.  You were purchased out of slavery to sin and death by His Blood.  You have eternal life with Me because of His Blood.  You are accepted back into My family because of His Blood.  You have access right into My presence only through the Blood.

Satan and his demons suffer everlasting defeat because of the Blood of My Son.  My Son’s Blood bought you out of slavery to sin and death and freed you from the devil’s control.  You are free.  My Son has disarmed him completely and triumphed over him eternally.  Colossians 2:15; Hebrews 2:14-15; Genesis 3:15; 1 Corinthians 15:56-57.  That is why you overcome Satan and all his evil forces and wiles by the Blood of the Lamb and the Word of your testimony.  Revelation 12:11. He has no counter to the Blood.  You are redeemed and he cannot touch that. That is why the redeemed should say that they are!   Declare it with joy and gratitude whenever you are tempted to enter back into the slavery of sin.  Do not go there.  It cost My Son everything to get you out.

Do you make full use of the power of the Blood in your life?  Do you cover yourself with its protection as the Israelites covered the entrance to their homes with the blood of the Passover lamb so that the destroyer could not enter their homes and had to pass them by?  Do you ever thank Me for the shed Blood?  Are you conscious of what you are receiving when you take Holy Communion and receive the cup?  Do you know that you are cleansed, redeemed, forgiven, and accepted because of that Blood?

Realize the power of My Son’s Precious Blood.  It is His life poured out for you.  He emptied Himself entirely of everything in Him for you.  He became poor to pay your debt so that you could become rich in this world and the next. 2 Corinthians 8:9. You are My heir and heir of the world.  Romans 4:13.  All the kingdoms of the world will one day be My Kingdom and then I hand it over to you, the redeemed, My children, My heirs.  Daniel 7:27; Revelation 11:15.

I love you.  I am your Father and I paid the price of your redemption with the precious eternal blood of My Son. You are eternally redeemed.  Not just from one sin to another but forever.  He died once for all. Establish yourself in righteousness, the solid rock of My Word, and you will not be shaken.  Know that you are right with Me and that nothing can change that for it does not depend upon your performance but on the performance of My Son.  And He never sinned and never will.  You are secure in Him.  2 Corinthians 1:21.
