Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God; let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground. Psalm 143:10.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
Today I want to talk with you about making your life picture perfect. The sanctified life is a picture-perfect life. It has to do with always being aware of My presence with you. David sang that He set Me ever before him and with Me at his right hand he would never be disturbed.
Be mindful of Me in all your ways and I will direct your paths and make them straight. Straight paths are the quickest way to get to a destination. You have a journey to make and time on the earth is limited. It is just the testing ground for eternity.
And he said to him, “Well done, good and faithful servant, because you have been faithful in a very little thing, you are to be in authority over ten cities.” Luke 19:17.
Know that nothing you do or say is hidden from Me, it is all laid bare before My eyes. And I see right to your heart. Adam and Eve hid from Me thinking I did not know what they had done, but that was not the case. Nothing is a surprise to Me and that is good for you because it means I already have the solution ready before you even know you are going to need it. Prepared in advance just for you for you to have just when you need it.
I had prepared for the sin of Adam by the Lamb slain since the foundation of the world.
Live as so to pass the test. That is all it is for your life in the world and this is very worth paying attention to because it determines your eternity.
The only times of your life you will later regret are those lived out of My presence (although you are really always in My presence), and by that I mean, just living for yourself and being unaware of Me. Especially if you are living in sin as a habitual life style. This is very serious.
If you want to live a beautiful life, you must live a sanctified life with Me. That is a realm you can only live in if you are living in Christ Jesus. A triumphant life filled with hope and miracles. And you can have it.
The picture-perfect life. Another way to describe this would be: you know not the day or the hour so do not be caught off guard. Always be about your assignment. As My Son put it, about My business.
And My business? To set people free in My Son. To witness to My Son. To search out and save what was lost. To be fruitful in good works that benefit all. That all men may be saved and come to know the truth. Please help!
Would you act differently with people, in business matters, on your job, or in “secret” places and private rooms if you knew you were being filmed by the evening news and what you did would be aired across the nation?
Is your life ready for candid camera? Is your life picture perfect?
If a man beating his wife knew he was being filmed for national airing, he would find he had the self-control to stop. If a women committing adultery knew she was being filmed, she would find she had the self-control to stop. If a politician was being filmed taking a bribe or involving himself in sexual immorality, he would find he could stop that behavior in its tracks.
You may have heard the phrase that a celebrity is living in the limelight. Celebrities have very little privacy from the public. People are trying to catch photos of them all the time.
But you are all living in the “limelight” so to speak. What many people do not think about is that you are in open view to Me at all times. Nothing is hidden from Me. And I take pictures. Read My Word. I tell you that I keep a book of remembrance. Malachi 3:16.
Also, I tell you many times that I will come to you at a time you are not expecting (no one sinning is expecting to get caught or they would not do it at that time) and you will be blessed if I find you busy with the assignment I gave you to do. Busy about Kingdom business. Busy about doing good. Then I can reward you. I love to reward you.
Having a picture perfect life means walking in the light at all times. Remember My Son told you that those whose deeds are done in Me willingly come into the light but those whose deeds are evil won’t come into the light. They stay in darkness.
This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God. John 3:19-21.
Live as children of the light. The deeds done in darkness should not even be mentioned among you. This is why it I said: “Wake up, O sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.” Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.
Do not be foolish, but understand what My will is. Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit. Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart unto Me always giving thanks for everything, in the name Jesus Christ.
So how do you have a picture perfect life?
Live in the light. In other words, act as if you were being filmed for the evening news whatever you are doing. It really is that way, you know. There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known. Remember when My Son told you that what you have said in the dark will be heard in the daylight, and that what you have said in secret will be shouted from the housetops? Luke 12:2-3. My Word is truth. Do not take this lightly. I want you to have your full reward.
Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time? It will be good for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns. Matthew 24:45-46
During the day, every once in a while, stop and pose, aware that I am taking your photo. Smile and waive at Me. I told you that long before people knew about photography, it is written: Look up at the Lord and smile, your faces will never be ashamed. Psalm 34:5 (NAB Psalm 34:6). Yes, if you are aware of living in My loving gaze you will smile at Me and you will never be ashamed. Because if people actually could see Me with physical rather than spiritual sight there are many behaviors they would find they had no desire to do with Me observing. Things that will bring them shame in the long run.
I told Abraham this. I told him to walk before Me and be blameless. Genesis 17:1. Walking in My gaze makes it easy to be blameless. And I am right there to catch you if you fall. Psalm 37:24.
My Son told His disciples that in seeing Him you are seeing Me. My glory was shining on the Face of My Son. A film of His life would have looked just like Me. He only did what I showed Him. Yours should be like that too. You are in My image, after all, and in seeing you, people should be seeing Me. And I am love. I am kind. I am faithful. I am pure. I do not get offended, witness My Son on the Cross with all the Pharisees mocking Him. He did not answer, He prayed for them. He was dying for their sins and those of the whole world. And it was a joy that lay before Him to set you free. Do not be so easily offended and hasty in answering in anger. You will regret that behavior later.
So whether you are alone or with a group, whether you are in a private place or a public restaurant, no matter where you are, remember you are on candid camera and what you have done will be aired for all to see. And you are the star of that film. Make it a show you enjoy and want to keep forever.
If David had known you would all still be reading about his sin with Bathsheba from the humblest Sunday school student to the most renowned professor in theology he never would have done that sin. Think about that next time you think your sin is hidden. But it is the same with your good deeds. You are all reading about the good life of Daniel and Joseph.
Live in the light. Make it your aim to live a picture-perfect life, like Jesus. I tell you that is He is so are you in this world. Live in My love, a life in the light of My love, and your life will be picture perfect. Then you will always be doing what pleases Me and I can reward you beyond what you can ever think or imagine. 1 Corinthians 2:9. What a radiant life! What a radiant smile! You are My number one feature attraction.
I love you. Stay close to Me, that is where I desire you to be. I am with you always. Be perfect as I your father is perfect. And the perfect man controls his tongue. Let Me help you with that by My Spirit in you and on you. Talk more in tongues when you are alone and you will never get into wrong words or thoughts. My Spirit will guide you on level ground.
Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. Matthew 24:42
