The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly. John 10:10.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלוהים) says:
Jubilee was designed to restore to My people the abundant life I desired for you to live from the day I created man until now. It was to release My people from oppression and lack into their inheritance of freedom and abundance. It was the time of favor and the day of salvation (Yeshuah). And it is all wrapped in the One in whom I came to save you from your sins and from the curse and make you holy, blameless and without reproach before Me. He is the resurrection and the life. He is your way home. He is your everlasting Jubilee.
Thus says the LORD: “In a time of favor I answer you, on the day of salvation (Yeshuah) I help you; and I have kept You and given You as a covenant to the people, to restore the land and allot the desolate heritages, saying to the prisoners: “Come out!” Isaiah 49:8-9.
Jesus is your Jubilee. There is no other way to Me. There is no other way to release and restoration. There is no other way to be reconciled with Me. There is not other way you can stand in perfect peace before Me. But in Him we are one. He atoned for your sins and released you to Jubilee.
You word you translate as “Jubilee” is the Hebrew word “yobel (יוֹבֵל), which means a ram’s horn. People often use the Hebrew word “shofar or shophar (שׁוֹפָר),” to denote the trumpet made of a ram’s horn, but shofar means horn for blowing and yobel means a ram’s horn as a wind instrument. In My directions to Joshua of how to bring down the walls of Jericho I told him to have the priests blow the shofar of the yobel.
Now let us again consider My first revelation of the amazing concept from My heart to yours of jubilee.
“You are also to count off seven sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years, so that you have the time of the seven sabbaths of years, namely, forty-nine years. You shall then sound a ram’s horn (shofar) abroad (teruah (shout or blast)) on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the day of atonement you shall sound a horn (shofar) all through your land. You shall thus consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim liberty through the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee (yobel) for you, and each of you shall return to his own property, and each of you shall return to his family. You shall have the fiftieth year as a jubilee (yobel); you shall not sow, nor reap its aftergrowth, nor gather in from its untrimmed vines. For it is a jubilee (yobel); it shall be holy to you. You shall eat its crops out of the field.” Leviticus 25:8-12.
I liken the Jubilee year to a ram’s horn, to trumpet blasts and shouts of joy. You enter My gates with thanksgiving and My courts with songs of praise. You come into My presence with a joyful shout and trumpet blast. Do you remember what My beloved John told you about the voice of My risen Son?
I, John, your brother and fellow partaker in the tribulation and kingdom and perseverance which are in Jesus, was on the island called Patmos because of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus. I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and I heard behind me a loud voice like of a trumpet, saying, “Write in a book what you see, and send it to the seven churches: to Ephesus and to Smyrna and to Pergamum and to Thyatira and to Sardis and to Philadelphia and to Laodicea.” Then I turned to see the voice that was speaking with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands; and in the middle of the lampstands I saw one like the Son of man, clothed in a robe reaching to the feet, and girded across His chest with a golden sash. Revelation 1:9-13.
And the biggest Jubilee of all is when Jesus returns to catch you up to the Kingdom and then when you ride with Him to take back the earth.
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17.
And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and He who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and wages war. His eyes are a flame of fire, and on His head are many diadems; and He has a name written on Him which no one knows except Himself. He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses. Revelation 19:11-14.
When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory. Colossians 3:4.
And why can you be riding in triumph with Him? Because He took away all your sins. And that is the beginning of Jubilee, as it was in the Old Covenant, it was born and announced in the Day of Atonement. And so is your Jubilee.
My eyes are too pure to look upon evil, but I can look upon you in all the shining radiance of My fullness because I see you in Christ who has made you holy, blameless, and beyond reproach in My sight.
For it was the Father’s good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Him, and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven. And although you were formerly alienated and hostile in mind, engaged in evil deeds, yet He has now reconciled you in His fleshly body through death, in order to present you before Him holy and blameless and beyond reproach. Colossians 1:19-22.
The only reason you can come to My throne in confidence and gaze upon Me face to face, eye to eye, and have My loving eyes always upon you is because you have been reconciled to Me in Christ by Him bearing all your sins and accepting the punishment due them. When He died to sin, you died with Him by substitution and identification, when I raised Him up born again and free of all sin, I raised you up with Him. Your sins are gone. Yes, your sins were like a dividing wall between us, but now that wall has come down, just as I showed in Jericho, by the blast of the trumpet of the Jubilee!
There was a time I hid My face from you but now that we have been reconciled by the blood of the Lamb I tell you to seek My face! And that was the way I blessed My covenant people who were covered by the blood of the lamb that was the shadow of the good things to come in Christ.
Do you remember when Balak, king of Moab, asked Balaam to curse My people Israel on their way across the wilderness to the Promised Land as they went by the land of Moab? Balaam offered a burnt offering to Me as he looked down on the camp of the Israelites around My tabernacle and said, “What has the LORD spoken?” Numbers 23:17. And what did Balaam say I had spoken? Blessing.
Then he took up his oracle and said: Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it. Numbers 23:18.
But there was more, and that now applies to you who are under the blood of the true Lamb that took away all sins, not just covered but bore them and the punishment due them for you, making them as if they had never been.
“He has not observed iniquity in Jacob, nor has He seen wickedness in Israel. The LORD his God is with him, and the jubilant shout of a King is among them.” Numbers 23: 21.
The shout of the Jubilee.
My face shines on you, I hid My face from Adam for he proved untrustworthy with the good things I had freely given him, but now the Word made flesh has won for you the glorious freedom of My children. You are holy, blameless and beyond reproach before Me and My blessings are on the head of the righteous.
Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, “Speak to Aaron and to his sons, saying, ‘Thus you shall bless the sons of Israel. You shall say to them: The LORD bless you, and keep you; the LORD make His face shine on you, and be gracious to you; the LORD smile upon you, and give you peace (shalom).’ So they shall put My name on the sons of Israel, and I then will bless them.” Numbers 6:22-26.
“O let Your face shine upon us and we shall be saved,” sang My servant David. And I have shone My light in your hearts in Christ Jesus for in Him you are filled with the light of glory, the light of life. Like the glowing heat of the sunshine on your back in the cold of winter. The blessing. Jubilee. I can shine on you.
In Jesus, I find no fault in you. He took them all away from you.
All you inhabitants of the world and dwellers on earth, as soon as a standard is raised on the mountains, you will see it, and as soon as the trumpet is blown, you will hear it. For thus the LORD has told me, “I will look from My dwelling place quietly like dazzling heat in the sunshine, like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest.” Isaiah 18:3-4.
The pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire in the cloud by night. Coolness and shade in the heart, heat and light in the night. I have it all prepared in advance. The double double is yours all the time in Jesus. Why not partake of it?
Things are not as bad as you think they are, for I am near, not far, I am here to deliver you and to teach you to profit and show you the way. I am here for you and I will never let you go, just hold onto My hand and peace you will know.
Shabbat, Jubilee, Jesus—they are all My perfect plan to restore to you the Eden Blessing and make it like sin never happened.
I love you and that is why I gave you Jesus—so you could live in perfect Shabbat and Jubilee every day, all day, and forever. And how do you enter? By thanksgiving and praise. Those are the evidence of faith. Sound the trumpet, and that can be your own shout! Faith rejoices at the good things I have already provided for you in Jesus. And faith takes them. Grace makes them and faith takes them, and faith works by love. Thank Me for the double double and see it manifest in your life. Believe and receive in your spirit and it will work out as you release it. The Holy Spirit in you knows what to do with your words of agreement with Mine.
