For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. Hebrews 4:12.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

If you look at the lives of the people that are in the Bible, you will see saints and sinners, fruitful people and unfruitful people, people of honor and people of dishonor. People who love and people who hate. People of excellence and people of no integrity. People who had extraordinary miracles of the impossible being made possible and people who had no success at all but went under every challenge that presented itself.

What made the difference? How they treated My Word.

Jeremiah wrote that when My Words were found he devoured them, that they became the delight of his heart and the joy of his soul. And he became a prophet to the people not missing once in what he foretold to show them the way to go to avoid destruction. But they would not heed what he said but cancelled it out with their own words, which proved idle and false, and it happened just as he had warned them if they did not repent. Nebuchadnezzar burned Jerusalem to the ground and carried off the sacred vessels of the Temple. They had filled My temple with idols and stopped the morning and evening sacrifice. They had no respect for My Word and never released their Hebrew slaves for Jubilee.

The difference between those who keep My Word and find it a treasure and those who are indifferent to it and lightly esteem it comes down to just one question that My Son asked Simon Peter, “Do you love Me more than these?” And what was the response of Jesus and Peter confirmed that he loved him? “Feed My sheep.” And what was he to feed them? My Word. And he did, “Therefore, putting aside all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander, like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation, if you have tasted the kindness of the Lord.” 1 Peter 1:1-3.

And I sent him those to feed. I even sent an angel to the Roman centurion Cornelius to tell him to go get Peter to feed him My Word about the good news of Jesus. And that was the beginning of the gentiles coming into the Church.

If you love Me, you love My Word with a profound affection. Abraham was so enthusiastic that the minute I said his name, he stood to attention saying, “Here I am,” to take off and do whatever I had in mind for him, even to taking his son up Mt. Moriah to sacrifice him to Me. And hence I taught him the gospel ahead of time and showed him the day of Jesus as the Lamb I Myself would provide for the burnt offering and he rejoiced. Jesus told the surprised Pharisees, “Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day, and he saw it and was glad.” John 8:56.

And it resulted in them trying to stone him. They did not love My Word. And that was the dividing line. They never participated in one miracle.

The same is true of Moses, Joshua, and Caleb, out of a multitude of people those three shone forth because of their faith in and love for My Word. Really to have faith in My Word you must have love for it, which is love for Me, since I am My Word and so is Jesus. He is My Word become flesh. And doubting and questioning My Word and substituting their words of fear and grumbling in contradiction to what I had told them kept them from ever reaching their destiny and cheated them out of their inheritance.

Never choose words that are contrary to Mine as your guide. This will steal everything that I have given you and planned for you.

There is joy in My Words. They are words of encouragement, comfort, edification, and exhortation. Jesus said, “These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full.” John 15:11.

Why do you beg Me for things I already said “Yes” to for you.? People come and beg Me for forgiveness and for mercy but I tell you to come with confidence to My throne of grace and RECEIVE mercy, not to beg and crawl for it. That is, if you are in Christ Jesus, who is My Word and then everything is “Yes” to you in Him.

For the Son of God, Christ Jesus, who was preached among you by us—by me and Silvanus and Timothy—was not yes and no, but is yes in Him. For as many as are the promises of God, in Him they are yes; therefore also through Him is our Amen to the glory of God through us. Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and anointed us is God, who also sealed us and gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a pledge. 2 Corinthians 1:19-22.

Every magnificent promise, precious promises of forgiveness, healing, prosperity, friendships, days filled with good things, and the renewal of your youth are YES to you in Jesus. No more begging, whining and lamenting. I have already said YES. You just must receive at My throne of grace, the Holy of Holies, that is open to all now that Jesus has entered once for all.

For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust. 2 Peter 1:4.

The majority, even of believers, today are still trying to live under the Old Covenant, as the Second Amendment and Restatement of the Covenant but actually there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

You have full rights and privileges to everything in the Kingdom as a new creation in Christ. Do you believe that? If you do, you should be the happiest person on earth and not worried about anything, but in everything casting your cares on Me. And that is walking in love, with love, and for love.

When by faith you receive the gift of righteousness by taking Jesus as your LORD, you have peace with Me through Him, for He bore the shame, guilt, condemnation, judgment and penalty for all your sins and transgressions in His own body.  There is now no barrier between us and My gifts and grace can pour freely into your heart by the gift of the Holy Spirit, for you become a new creation in Christ, through whom also you have obtained your introduction by faith into the grace in which you stand; and you should be exulting in hope of the manifestation of My glory in every area of your life. Romans 5:1.

So when Jesus said, “It is finished” on the cross and went down to the dust of death, Psalm 22:15-16, to taste death for you all, Hebrews 2:9, all of My promises became “yes” to you.  They are yours.  That means if you need healing and come to Me in Jesus, the answer is “Yes.”  You do not beg Me to heal you as if you don’t have it.  You do.  By His stripes (wounds) you WERE healed.  1 Peter 2:24.  Now you come with confidence to My throne of grace and RECEIVE mercy and find grace in time of need.  Your part is to receive the good things I HAVE DONE for you as a gift.

And you do not need to beg Me to forgive you and do penance each time you do not behave perfectly.  I have forgiven you in Christ.  Ephesians 4:32.  Christ died for your sins—past, present and future—once for all. 1 Corinthians 15:3.

You have been blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenlies.  You have been given all you need for life and godliness.  He became poor though He was rich so that by His poverty (emptied Himself of all the good He had and took on all the bad you had) you become rich.  You have been made righteous with My own righteousness in Him.  And this is not based on your performance, it is a free gift that is not earned by works.

I am faithful and just now when I forgive your sins and cleanse you of all unrighteousness when you are in Christ.  I have to do so for all the judgment and condemnation for your sin fell on Him and I would be unjust to inflict it again.  And I am faithful and just to prosper you, for He took your poverty and the curse of the law on Himself and bore it for you.  I am faithful and just to raise your body up on the Last Day and have you reigning with Me eternally for in Him you died and in Him you rose again.  There is no condemnation now for those who are in Christ Jesus.  Romans 8:1.

You, by your own efforts, can add nothing to the finished work of Christ, nor do you need to in order to obtain the grace in which you now stand.  It has all been done.  For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.  Romans 10:4.

Jesus took your place at the cross and took the sentence of condemnation that was against you and went down to the dust of death.  That sentence imposed on Adam of toil for his sustenance and eternal damnation apart from Me has been satisfied and paid in full for all men for all time by Jesus as your representative, your High Priest, and your substitute.  All My just wrath fell on Him and all you who will receive the finished work of Christ are shielded by Him from the wrath to come.  Romans 5:8-9. You are justified by His blood.

He has become to you wisdom, righteousness, sanctification and redemption.  It is done.

So what does this mean to you today?  It means that if you are begging me to heal you, prosper you, deliver you, or forgive you and thinking I may not do so unless somehow you perform to get My attention and favor you are not under grace but under law and I will treat you that way and look at your performance.  Why get back under the yoke of the slavery of the law a second time when grace is open to you in Christ Jesus?  Even if you are confessing that by His stripes you are healed but believing in your heart you do not have it now but must somehow get it from Me, then you are not praying in faith, you are of two minds, and, as My apostle James tells you under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind and ought not to expect that he will receive anything, being a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. James 1:5-8.

Whether you are healed, prosper, are forgiven, and have favor before Me does not depend on your performance but on that of Jesus.  What it does depend on is your faith in efficacy of the finished work of Christ and knowing that it is yours, for as He is so are you in this world.  All He has is yours.

Peter and John understood this.  Do you recall from the Book of Acts, after My Son had risen from the dead, ascended to My right hand, and poured out the Holy Spirit upon His followers, that Peter and John were going up to the temple when they passed by a man who had been lame from birth who was begging for alms by the gate?  When he saw Peter and John about to go into the temple, he asked them for an alms.  Peter, along with John, fixed his gaze on the man and told the beggar to look at him and John.  Once Peter had the beggar’s attention Peter said something that I think you will now understand.  Peter told the beggar that he would give the beggar what he HAD, and it was not silver or gold but something far more valuable that would give the beggar exceedingly, abundantly more than he had ever dreamed possible. And you will please notice that Peter told the beggar he already had what he would give the beggar.  He did not tell the beggar that he would pray for him or ask that I cure the beggar if it was My will.  Peter just spoke out what he had to give him.  He said, “In the Name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, WALK.”  And then Peter seized the beggar by the right hand and raised him up.  The beggar’s feet and ankles were immediately strengthened and with a leap he stood upright.  As the crowd gathered at this extraordinary miracle, Peter explained to them how it had happened—he told them what he HAD.  He said:  “Men of Israel, why are you amazed at this, or why do you gaze at us, as if by our own power or piety we had made him walk? The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified His servant Jesus, whom you delivered and disowned in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release Him. But you disowned the Holy and Righteous One and asked for a murderer to be granted to you, but put to death the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, a fact to which we are witnesses. And on the basis of faith in His name, the name of Jesus which has strengthened this man whom you see and know; and the faith which through Him has given him this perfect health in the presence of you all.”  Acts 3:12-16. And later when Peter was questioned by the elders, scribes and High Priest, he again explained what he had.  As it is written,  “ Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, ‘Rulers and elders of the people, if we are on trial today for a benefit done to a sick man, as to how this man has been made well, let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead—by this name this man stands here before you in good health. He is the stone which was rejected by you, the builders, but which became the chief corner stone. And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.’ ”  Acts 4:8-12.

What did Peter have?  He the Name of Jesus and he had faith in that Name.  And My Son has given His Name to all who believe in Him. And He told you to use it to drive out demons and to heal the sick, and He can do this for I have given Him all authority in Heaven and on earth.  At His Name every knee shall bow.  His Name is the Name above every other name.

And you have the Name if you believe. And in Him all My promises are “Yes!” to you.  So ask and you shall receive.

And Jesus told you how to ask: “Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be to you.” Mark 11:24.  Is this the confidence with which you come to My throne of grace in time of need?  If you really understood My gift to you in Christ Jesus, it should be.

Peter knew Jesus.  And even though Peter had denied Jesus three times he understood that Jesus had taken care of that in His death and that Peter had been justified and qualified by the blood of My Son.  And it is Peter who would later write “He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you WERE healed.”  1 Peter 2:24.  He had it.

And in Jesus, Peter understood that he already had everything he would ever need.  He wrote: “Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord; seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust.”  2 Peter 1:2-4. Notice it is all in the past tense.  I have already done this for you.  Please receive it.

It is My great love, mercy and kindness that gave Christ to you when you were dead in your sins and transgressions, but now, because of what He has obtained for you, it is My justice that blesses, heals, prospers and delivers you when you are in Him.  For in Him you are righteous with My own righteousness and My favor surrounds the righteous like a shield.

So, believe and receive your miracle.  If you find the promise in My Word, it is “yes” to you in Christ.  Your part is only to have faith in the Name of My Son and to love one another as He commanded.  1 John 3:23.  And He has even given you His love with which to love.  I pour My love in your hearts through the gift of the Holy Spirit.  And the promise I gave to you of the Holy Spirit, Ezekiel 36:26-29, found its “yes” to you in Christ. Acts 2:33, Galatians 3:13-14.

Whatever you ask in His Name I shall do.  I watch over My Word to perform it.  When you remain in Him, ask what you want, and it shall be done for you.

Will I not give good things to My children who ask Me?  They are already yours in Christ Jesus.  And this is My doing, not yours, so you cannot lose it.  Just be thankful and receive.

I love you.  Isn’t it time you learned what is yours in Christ and stopped begging Me for what you already have?  And once you know, be like Peter and use it.  When he walked down the street even those upon whom his shadow fell were healed.  Acts 5:15.  All things are possible for those who believe, just open your heart and receive. Come share My joy so yours can be full. Believe and come and receive. You already have every promise as “Yes”.
