“Put me like a seal over your heart, like a seal on your arm. For love is as strong as death, its ardor is as inflexible as Sheol; its flashes are flashes of fire, the very flame of the LORD. Many waters cannot quench love, nor will rivers overflow it. Song of Song 8:6-7.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
It is Love that saves you and Love that made you. It is love that purifies you and tests your work. My love, if you let it in, will burn away all the impurities and bring out the true gold freed from the dross.
In the context of gold, dross refers to the impurities or waste material that are separated from the molten gold during the refining process. It is not cut out but put to high temperatures that cause it to separate from the gold ore and float to the surface of the molten metal as a scum or waste product. This dross is undesirable and needs to be removed to obtain pure gold. The concept of dross, as I am using it here, represents moral or spiritual impurities that need to be removed to achieve purity of life.
I am a consuming fire. Everything that is not love in My presence is burned away and what is left is the pure gold of the love that is in your heart.
Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude, by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence and awe; for our God is a consuming fire. Hebrews 12:28-29.
I am Love and I am Light and in My presence all that is not love or light is melted away.
Let God arise, let His enemies be scattered, and let those who hate Him flee before Him. As smoke is driven away, so drive them away; as wax melts before the fire, so let the wicked perish before God. But let the righteous be glad; let them exult before God; yes, let them rejoice with gladness. Sing to God, sing praises to His name; lift up a song for Him who rides through the deserts, whose name is the Lord, and exult before Him. A father of the fatherless and a judge for the widows, is God in His holy habitation. God makes a home for the lonely; He leads out the prisoners into prosperity, only the rebellious dwell in a parched land. Psalm 68:1-6.
When you have My love in your heart, you welcome purification and release from your sinful generation. Purity is as radiant as polished solid gold. And that is what I was teaching you in the boards covered in solid gold standing on silver pedestals surrounding the Ark of the Covenant in the Holy of Holies, the mercy seat upon which was My throne of grace.
When Heaven opened over Ezekiel and he saw into the spirit realm, preceding his glimpse of My very throne, he saw, as in Psalm 68, traveling before Me, “a storm wind was coming from the north, a great cloud with fire flashing forth continually and a bright light around it, and in its midst something like glowing metal in the midst of the fire.” Ezekiel 1:4.
Then as the heavenly vision came closer he described Me on the throne, though he could not look upon My face, he discerned above the cherubim a throne of lapis lazuli in appearance. And he described what he saw as follows:
And on that which resembled a throne, high up, was a figure with the appearance of a man. Then I noticed from the appearance of His hips and upward something like glowing electrum that looked like fire all around within it, and from the appearance of His hips and downward I saw something like fire; and there was a radiance around Him as the appearance of the rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the appearance of the surrounding radiance. Such was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell on my face and heard a voice speaking. Ezekiel 1:26-28.
My beloved disciple John saw into an open Heaven and saw Jesus with His face shining like the sun at its brightest and flames of fire in His eyes, the very fire of love.

And before My throne he too saw the radiance of love and the rainbow of the Covenant.
Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne was standing in heaven, and One sitting on the throne. And He who was sitting was like a jasper stone and a sardius (the ending and beginning stones on the breastplate of the High Priest, jasper being of Benjamin, meaning “Son of My right hand,” and Reuben, the first born son, meaning “see the son”, both telling of Jesus being at My right hand in the center of My throne) in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, like an emerald in appearance. Revelation 4:2-3.
And what came from My throne? The same as Moses and the people witnessed on Mt. Sinai when I came down to meet with them.
Out from the throne come flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God. Revelation 4:5.
Love Me, love your neighbor, and love your life. Do not despise yourself. Lean on Me to perfect you and protect you from yourself, that is, from the evil that is in your flesh. Ultimately it is you alone who determine the outcome of your life. Judas went his own way and destroyed himself with his own hands. Lean not on your own understanding when things look hopeless and dark, bring yourself into My light and lean on Me.
Live on in the light of My love and let the fire of My love do its work in you, for your spirit is My lamp, which I light with the heavenly fire of love, just as the tongues of fire came down on Pentecost upon the believers in Jesus, and go through all your inmost parts.
The spirit of man is the lamp of the LORD, searching all the innermost parts of his being. Proverbs 20:27.
In My light, in the fire of My love, you see light and become light. Your stone cold and discouraged heart, like the disciples on the road of Emmaus, will turn into a flame of fire within when you hear My Word preached that reveals Jesus in the writings of Moses, the prophets, and the scriptures such as the Psalms, Song of Songs, and all the Bible. If you are disappointed in your weakness and failures to live pure, get into My Word as led by My Spirit and let you heart turn into a consuming fire to take down anything in you and around you that is not of love and light. Then you, like the disciples on the road to Emmaus will run your race with joy! I give you hind’s feet to run with Me upon the mountain heights.
Love covers and burns away sins. It is trusting in My love for you that will bring you through to purity of life. I am faithful and I will complete the good work I have begun in you and with you. I have equipped you for every good work in Jesus. I am the God of shalom.
Do not be discouraged over your shortcomings, Jesus has made up for them and you can go forward in love—knowing My love for you that makes you an overcomer. Honor My love as manifested to you in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus by forgetting the sins of the past and going forward cleansed by the blood walking in the light of My love. Love saves you.
“Because he clings to Me in love, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him securely on high, because he has known My name. He will call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him My salvation (Yeshuah).” Psalm 91:14-16.
I have loved you with an everlasting love and called to be My own. I gave you My Son and I will give you everything with Him that you need to be godly and well supplied for always. In Him who loves you, you are more than a conqueror. It My love that you can rest in to be made pure and holy like Me. To be made perfect as I, your Father, am perfect, formed anew into My image and according to My likeness.
Only one thing will make you confident for the future and that is knowing and believing in the love I have for you. That alone guarantees you the victory in Jesus who loves you and gave His life for you. That is your confidence on the day of judgment.
What is the difference between one who does evil and ruins their beautiful life and destiny and the one who does the good deeds I have planned and prepared for you in advance? It is whether you have My love in your heart. Consider David and Saul, the first king of Israel. One had My love in his heart, he was a man after My own heart, and one had a heart turned away from Me on himself and his own glory alone. Saul opened his heart to evil and the spirit of jealousy and strife. David did not. Be careful to whom and what you give your heart. Love people with My love but only give your heart to Me. Remember Judas let the devil enter his heart and that was that was his destruction.
Remember what Jesus told those leaders who wanted to kill Him? “I know you and I know that you do not have the love of God in your hearts.” John 5:42.
Trust your spirit, but never trust your flesh. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. Guard your heart with all diligence for from it comes forth the issues of life.
I love you. Know and believe in My love for you and then you will love because I first loved you.
