For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. Romans 5:17.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
Jesus has released you from your sins by His blood and has made you kings and priest unto Me. Revelation 1:5-6; Revelation 5:9-10; 1 Peter 2:9-10. From the beginning I gave you dominion authority over My earth that I made for you and placed you in a sovereign position over the works of My hands. Genesis 1:26-28; Psalm 8:4-8, Psalm 115:16. And Jesus gained that authority in full that Adam had abdicated to the devil and then delegated that authority back to you and sends you to all the nations as My kings, priests, and ambassadors of the Kingdom which I have given to you in Him. Matthew 28:18-20; Revelation 2:26-27, Psalm 2:8-9; 2 Corinthians 5:17-21.
And I tell you that you are to reign in life through Christ Jesus, you who receive Him as the Lord thereby receiving authority to be My children, My appointed kings and priests in My earth, endowed with the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness.
Walk in a manner worthy of the calling you have received. You have a royal mandate and a sacred duty to bring the laws and ways of the Kingdom to earth by reigning in life through Christ Jesus. And this is forever.
And there will no longer be any night; and they will not have need of the light of a lamp nor the light of the sun, because the Lord God will illumine them; and they will reign forever and ever. Revelation 22:5.
How do you reign in life through Christ Jesus?
A king decrees a thing and it is performed.
For the king’s word is supreme, and who can say to him, “What are you doing?” Ecclesiastes 8:4.
You have dominion authority over your life and the things of the earth realm. I have given that to you. How do you use that to reign?
First, you must understand where your authority is from and how to enforce that authority in the earth. I watch over My Word to perform it. I am the owner of the earth, but My throne is in Heaven, I have set you as My kings and priests upon the earth to bring the laws and rules of the Kingdom into the earth. You can bind what is bound in Heaven and loose what is loosed in Heaven. My Word, the Bible, is a training book for kings and priests. It is training in royalty, grooming you to reign, and giving you the Words and Spirit that have the power to carry out the laws of the Kingdom in the earth realm as you rule and reign with My authority, the Sovereign of all.
Understand, the authority and power are from Me, but when you are under My authority you have My delegated authority as My kings and priests in the earth realm. You can speak My laws and get My results for I back up and preform My Word spoken in agreement with Me into the earth. And that is prophecy. You set My Word into motion in the earth by the dominion I have given you to establish My Will in the earth realm such as provision, health, and prosperity. You put it to work and My Word knows what to do. Once you plant it and cultivate it, it will grow to be what I made it to be.
I have put My words in your mouth and have covered you with the shadow of My hand, to plant the heavens and establish them upon the earth, and to say to Zion, ‘You are My people.’” Isaiah 51:16.
The Centurion who came to Jesus asking for his boy to be healed understood delegated authority by the decree of the Sovereign and Jesus called that great faith. He called Jesus “Lord,” recognizing that Jesus had authority to heal and that power was from Me, the creator of all, and that Jesus was authorized by His relationship to Me to use that power. All he needed was to get Jesus to say the command, to decree the thing, and it would be done. “just say the word, and my boy will be healed. For I also am a man under authority, with soldiers under me; and I say to this one, ‘Go!’ and he goes, and to another, ‘Come!’ and he comes, and to my slave, ‘Do this!’ and he does it.” Now when Jesus heard, He marveled and said to those who were following, “Truly I say to you, I have not found such great faith with anyone in Israel.” Matthew 8:8-10. And the result? And Jesus said to the centurion, “Go! Let it be done for you as you have believed.” And the servant was healed that very moment. Matthew 8:13.
Jesus commanded it according to what the centurion had faith to declare.
But notice this, to have authority you must obey the authority under which you are receiving your power. You must obey My Word to command by My Word and get kingdom results. A policeman who is no longer keeping the laws under which he has authority to bind and loose is stripped of the clothing of his power and his badge as one no longer worthy of trust in handling that power.
Jesus taught you how to reign as He did under Me. Remember when Jesus was disappointed when a fig tree full of leaves, giving the appearance of having fruit, had none? He simply rebuked it and told it that it would never bear fruit again. The next day when Jesus and the disciples walked by that way, the fig tree had withered up from the roots and had died. Peter asked Jesus how that happened. And Jesus explained and look at this as how you reign in life through Him:
And Jesus answered saying to them, “Have faith in God. Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him. Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you. Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father who is in heaven forgive your transgressions.” Mark 11:22-26.
Jesus is speaking of the law of faith, which is the way in which I reign and so do you, you believe in your heart and speak with your mouth, and thus call in those things that be not so they become. I created the world and all that is in it and the universe that way. A King decrees a thing and if He has the power to back it up, it is done. I have the rule, the plan, the Words and the power. As I spoke the Holy Spirit hovered to perform My Words into manifestation. Everything was made by My Word, is sustained by My Word, and maintained by My Word. So let us look deeper:
- “Have faith in God” – faith only comes one way and that is by hearing, so be careful what you hear, make sure it is truth for truth always prevails and is forever. Lies cannot prevail in the light of the truth and will fail. My Word is truth and sanctifies you in truth. The more you hear My Words the more faith you will have in what I say until you are certain of receiving all my magnificent promises. Then with the faith in your heart, you can speak with your mouth and My Spirit in you and on you will perform it. I watch over My Word to perform it. That is why Jesus is the great High Priest of your confession (homologia: your words that match Mine). So here you take dominion by decreeing what I have already decreed with your mouth outload as the abundance in your heart.
- Speak to the mountain and take it down. Here I am referring to whatever is contrary to My Word and is hindering your path and authority. Answer it and command it using My Words of truth to go down under your feet. Facts are temporal and at your command of truth must line up with the truth. I give you who believe in the Name of Jesus, the authority to cast out demons and stop all demonic activity. Mark 16:17; Luke 10:19. When you are filled with My Words and speak only in line with those as you walk in your royal dignity, the Spirit has unlimited power in you to perform. The more you let Me increase My power in you by taking your words and thoughts captive to your royal calling the less hindrance of your limited thinking (your outer selfish flesh demands decrease letting you walk in authority, the glorious freedom of My royal priesthood) and the more My Spirit and ways increase in you. And when you walk in this way I will back up your commands with My power and angelic forces for in the Word of the King there is power.
For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God; for He gives the Spirit without measure. John 3:34.
Do you remember that when My angel Gabriel gave Mary the message of the Messiah coming to earth and that she was the fulfillment of the Word spoken into the earth from Me by My royal prophet Isaiah what she commanded? “Let it be done to me according to your word.” She believed, agreed and decreed and it was done in her.
“You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; and light will shine on your ways. When you are cast down, you will speak with confidence, and the humble person He will save.” Job 22:28-29.
- Pray for the good things and call them in by faith and thanksgiving before they manifest. Come to Me and cast your cares on Me and let Me heal you, bless you, prosper you, protect you, and all the magnificent promises I make that are all “yes” to you in Christ. I have seated you with Him above in the Holy of Holies and blessed you with every spiritual blessing in Heaven. All you must do is receive them, take them by faith. Which is to believe in your heart and speak with your mouth and do whatever I tell you to do.
This is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him. 1 John 5:14-15.
Get in My Word and abide there and you will know My Will and you shall have it.
If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples. John 15:7-8.
- Forgive from the heart. The reason you can reign with Me in life is because I have made you righteous before Me in Jesus by forgiving all your sins. Freely you have received this gift of forgiveness unto righteousness by the death and resurrection of Jesus so freely give. This is not optional, but it is for your own joy and completeness in Christ that I command you to forgive others as I have you by His blood. That is a command and a law. As you do, so I must do to you. If you are willing and obey you shall eat the good of the land. I am telling you to forgive for your own good so you can go forward to your high calling in Christ without hindrance from perfect love. If you understand My forgiveness and My willingness to keep you close to Me as I continually wash each day’s failings in the blood of My Son’s eternal redemption for you and flood your weary heart with My love, then your heart enlarges for others so you can look at their darkness with compassion, hoping to bring them into the light by your exhortation, speaking the truth in love. You will no longer allow your flesh to hold you back from all the good I have prepared for you and those I entrust to your exhortation and care. Take down the strongholds that would lock you into the bitterness of the past, of the old man. You are a new creation in Christ.
But now let us go on and I will explain to you, if you are at a loss at how to reign in life, what you may be missing and the reason you are not reigning in life.
If a nation takes or creates another nation or territory as under its sovereignty, then because the King of the Kingdom with the ownership of the territory is not sitting on the throne in that territory, the King of the sovereign nation appoints a trusted person of His Kingdom and puts him in the position of authority to rule there in accordance with the laws of the Sovereign who has the authority of ownership. And backing up that appointed ruler is the power of the Sovereign’s military, security forces, courts, and judges.
Think of Rome at the time of Jesus upon the earth. It had taken dominion authority over Israel but Caesar was not actually seated in Israel, so Caesar appointed trusted men as rulers in Israel and called them kings, such as King Herod who reigned under Rome. As long as he enforced the laws and rules of Rome he reigned unhindered and what he decreed had to be done for he was backed up by the power of Caesar by whom he was clothed with majesty and through whom he reigned, but if he was found violating the Sovereign’s decrees and abusing and misusing those laws to only benefit himself and not Rome, he would be removed, stripped of his power, and put to death.
And the Lord said, “Who then is the faithful and sensible steward, whom his master will put in charge of his servants, to give them their rations at the proper time? Blessed is that steward whom his master finds so doing when he comes. Truly I say to you that he will put him in charge of all his possessions. But if that steward says in his heart, ‘My master will be a long time in coming,’ and begins to beat the slaves, both men and women, and to eat and drink and get drunk; the master of that steward will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he does not know, and will cut him in pieces, and assign him a place with the unbelievers. Luke 12:42-46.
Walk worthy of the amazing calling you have received. You are a royal people. A royal priesthood. Begin to operate as who you are. See yourself as I see you in Jesus, reigning through Him in life by receiving the abundance of grace (My power and skill) and the gift of righteousness.
It is all about your mouth. Death and life are in the power of your tongue. Are you decreeing My Words with faith and building the Kingdom or are you tearing down your life and My Kingdom in doubt, fear, and unbelief? Just look at what you are saying, especially in challenging situations. When facts contrary to My Word loom up like mountains, when others are speaking fear and unbelief, what are you saying? Are you taking the mountain down with the truth of My Words in faith and reigning over the circumstances with the laws of the Kingdom like Jesus instructed you to do? Mark 11:22-26.
The Pharisees and priests asked Jesus, “By what authority and power do you do these things?” Jesus told them many times He did nothing of Himself but everything by My power in Him and He released that power by saying My Words and doing the works I showed Him. You are the same, for as He is, so are you in this world. Your authority is My Word. You are decreeing what has already been decreed and bound in Heaven or loosing what has been loosed in Heaven. The Word of the King of kings is final. You are declaring the decree of the King of kings into the earth. And I watch over My Word to perform it as you return it to Me by your mouth. It does not return void but achieves the purpose for which I decreed it and sent it to you.
Prophets decree into the earth and unto the people My Words which I have revealed to them by My Spirit and they decree it into the earth realm and once it is in motion, swiftly runs My Word, down the ages to perform it at the proper time. Was it the prophet’s own power that did this? No, it was My kingly power, but the prophet, clothed in My authority spoke My Words and the power was in the Word. For My Word is living and active, so much so, My Word stepped off the page and became flesh.
You reign by the power you are under, you are not the source but you are connected with and linked into the source like a branch on the vine. You are clothed in power from on High. Like a policeman clothed in his uniform by the sovereign state has all the state’s inherent power behind him as long as he enforces the laws of the state. He can loose and bind by the laws of the state. Decree the words of the Sovereign you are under and reign through that Sovereign. But you too must be keeping those laws to keep that connection to the power of the Sovereign.
You reign through Christ in life. When you were baptized into Him you clothed yourself with Him.
Look at what is going on in My Kingdom and if you are seeking the Kingdom first and My righteousness it will be added to you.
When the storm hit the lake and Jesus rebuked it to calm down, He then asked His disciples why they had not calmed it down. Why do you fear, you of little faith?You have the Word of the King of Heaven and you are ruling under ultimate authority. There are no storms in Heaven so you can bind them on earth. Why would you want to live any other way than connected to your source?
Do not stand idle all day. You go to the vineyard too. Start reigning in life through Christ. There is much I want to do but it depends on you as the ones I have placed to rule through, in, and with Me in the earth.
I love you. Isn’t it time you started to reign with Me and stopped letting the devil steal My Words of authority out of your mouth through fear and intimidation? By your words you are acquitted and by your words you are condemned.
