For in Jesus all the fullness of Deity dwells in bodily form, and in Him you have been made complete, and He is the head over all rule and authority. Colossians 2:9-10.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
When I sent Jesus into the world, His divinity was clothed in humanity and He had to learn a whole new way of walking. When you are born again from above by My Word by faith in Jesus your humanity is clothed in divinity and you have to learn a whole new way of walking. And you learn it from Jesus.
Therefore as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, having been firmly rooted and now being built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed, and overflowing with gratitude. Colossians 2:6-7.
He knows how to perfectly balance the divine with the human to make a perfect man. Only One is your teacher. The One who understands both natures perfectly in one seamless, powerful, amazing, pure, and perfect life. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
But do not be called Rabbi; for One is your Teacher, and you are all brothers. Matthew 23:8.
“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30.
To know Me, you must know Jesus. In seeing Him you are seeing Me active among you as one like you but with a major difference. Jesus is God and there was no time He did not know that though He did put aside His powers so that He had to walk as one of you and take your sins into human flesh and therefore have justice done accordingly. He came divine and had to learn how to be human and He learned perfectly, for to do My Will was His delight and My law was within His heart.
Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men. Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:5-11.
The Word had stepped off the page, living and working, able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom you must give account.
For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son also gives life to whom He wishes. For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given all judgment to the Son, so that all will honor the Son even as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him. Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life. John 5:21-24.
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may be recompensed for his deeds in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad. 2 Corinthians 5:10
Adam sinned in the flesh and lost his eternal life in the flesh. Jesus paid that judgment by offering His eternal life in the flesh for the one Adam murdered by sin.
And although you were formerly alienated and hostile in mind, engaged in evil deeds, yet He has now reconciled you in His fleshly body through death, in order to present you before Him holy and blameless and beyond reproach. Colossians 1:21-22.
Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death. For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, so that the requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. Romans 8:1-4.
Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, that through death He might render powerless him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and might free those who through fear of death were subject to slavery all their lives. Hebrews 2:14-15.
There are those that are saying that Jesus did not know who He was but found Himself in Scripture. But then how to explain the following statements of Jesus:
So the Jews said to Him, “You are not yet fifty years old, and have You seen Abraham?” Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was born, I AM.” John 8:57-58.
“No one has ascended into heaven, but He who descended from heaven: the Son of Man. As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up; so that whoever believes will in Him have eternal life.” John 3:13-15.
“For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. This is the will of Him who sent Me, that of all that He has given Me I lose nothing, but raise it up on the last day. For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.” John 6:38-40.
“I am the door; if anyone enters through Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” John 10:9-10.
“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.” John 10:27-30.
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die.” John 11:25-26.
“I glorified You on the earth, having accomplished the work which You have given Me to do. Now, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.” John 17:4-5.
Even at twelve years old, He was busy about My business, that is, the things of God, and amazed all the teachers of the Law by how well He knew the Word and could answer all questions better than any of the most learned in My Law. He is the Word.
Then, after three days they found Him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the teachers, both listening to them and asking them questions. And all who heard Him were amazed at His understanding and His answers. Luke 2:46-47.
But even though He always knew His divine nature, He had to learn how to walk as human, but He was always full of heavenly wisdom and grace for that is how and why He came, to give you from His fullness, grace upon grace. In Him I have put all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. As He told the Jews, “You have a greater than Solomon here.”
John testified about Him and cried out, saying, “This was He of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me has a higher rank than I, for He existed before me.’” For of His fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace. For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. No one has seen God at any time; the only begotten God who is in the bosom of the Father, He has disclosed Him. John 1:15-18.
He grew up and learned more and more of being human but the wisdom and the grace were always there.
The Child continued to grow and become strong, being filled with wisdom; and the grace of God was upon Him. Luke 2:40.
And He went down with them and came to Nazareth, and He continued in subjection to them; and His mother treasured all these things in her heart. And Jesus kept advancing in wisdom and age, and in favor with God and men. Luke 2:51-52.
It pleased Me to make all fullness dwell in Him in bodily form.
He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. He is also head of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything. For it was the Father’s good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Him, and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven. Colossians 1:15-20.
All things were created through Him and for Him, even you. He appeared as man in time but He is before all things and in Him all is sustained and held together.
God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways, in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the world. And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. Hebrews 1:1-3.
See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ. For in Him all My fullness, the fullness of Deity, dwells in bodily form, and in Him you have been made complete, and He is the head over all rule and authority. Colossians 2:8-10. In Him, like branches attached to the vine, you become partakers of My divine nature so you to can get filled up to the maximum with Me by My Spirit dwelling in you.
When Jesus clothed Himself in flesh He joined His divine spirit with a human spirit and soul and when you were baptized into Christ you clothed yourself with Christ and your spirit joined with My Holy Spirit and then Jesus baptized you in the Holy Spirit so that you are clothed with power from on High. Luke 24:46-49. Just as Jesus came as God and clothed Himself in your humanity, so you come as man and clothe yourself in His divinity. And from Jesus’ life and teaching you learn how to walk in the divine in your humanity. Learn from Him, imitate Him, and walk in love and light, going about doing good and healing all those oppressed by the devil. You are empowered to do the works He did and greater. Just open your heart and believe and then you can receive all that I have promised you in Christ. Including to live just as He did in this world through Him.
By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 1 John 4:9-10.
Look at His life in the gospels and in the letters of Peter, Paul, John, and James and follow Him so you can walk in a manner worthy of the calling you have received. Learn from Him how to live as a perfect man, by only saying the Words I say and doing the works that I do as I show them to you.
I love you and that is why I sent Jesus to be your Savior. In Him, I have blessed you with every spiritual blessing in Heaven, clothed you in the garments of Salvation and the robe of righteousness, redeemed you by His blood, cleansed you and released you of all sin, made you My royal priesthood, and lavished My grace upon you. It is time to rise up and walk as you truly are, filled with all My fullness in Christ. For I put you in Christ when you confessed Him as Lord and believed I raised Him from the dead with all your sins gone, and I raised you with Him and seated you in Him at My right hand in Heaven, in the very Holy of Holies, and made Him to be wisdom unto you, and righteousness and sanctification and redemption. And there is no snatching out of My hand. Come live in us.
