You will make known to me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; in Your right hand there are pleasures forever. Psalm 16:11.
Today the LORD God says:
The quality of life you live is determined from within not from without, and the best life is a life of faith in Me that permits no doubt. Notice I did not say that has no doubts, unwanted thoughts and words can seem at times to overwhelm your mind, put you can speak the opposite out loud with your mouth until the unwanted thought leaves. And this way you will be building up your holy faith. Fight the good fight of faith and you will have the victory.
Live carefree. It is a choice. Carefree living comes from giving. Giving your cares to Me because I care for you. And then being generous in every area of your life. Never stop your giving by fear. Fear leads to selfishness—to self-centeredness.
When in fear of lack, laugh and give.
You will never know what it means to live if you do not give.
The measure of life you receive is determined by what you give.
All life comes from a seed. And a seed has to be planted and grown.
The kind of seed you plant determines the crop—fruit, flowers or weeds. You can tell what seed you plant by the fruit it yields.
People will know who you are by the fruit you produce.
What have you been producing? What has been the fruit of your life? Of your labors?
Is it peace, love, joy, kindness and generosity or is it anxiety, hate, depression, bitterness, and abuse? Is any area in your life out of control? Do not blame others. You were meant to subdue and take dominion over the earth and not vice versa. It is your decision.
I created you with joy to be a joy. What happened to your joy? You lost it when you left My presence. When Adam stepped out of My presence and hid in fear, he lost his joy because he severed his connection with Me. This put him out of the Garden of Eden, the place of our communion and fellowship. And his life began to be toil instead of operating from My rest and power. The constant bubbling fountain of joy was no longer in him for his spirit had died. He was no longer filled with My Holy Spirit.
My Holy Spirit was not able to unite with your spirits to live in you again until Jesus came. After His death and resurrection My Spirit could again dwell in the born again living spirits of believers. Joy unspeakable and filled with glory is back but unless you receive it you will not have it. It happens for those filled with My Spirit. The fruit of the Spirit includes joy.
You need to connect to the source of joy to have true joy, as a branch needs to be connected to the vine to have life. When you abide in Me as the branch in the vine, then I can share My joy with you and your joy is complete.
There is no true joy without true love. And I am love.
There is no true joy without light (no joy can remain in continued darkness) and I am light. There is no darkness in Me.
Dark days rob you of your joy. Darkness drains your joy.
The fears and sadness of the night disappear in the glorious sunrise. Let the Sun of Justice with His healing rays rise in your heart and you will frisk about like a young calf let out of the stall. Malachi 3:20.
There is joy in living when you live and move and have your being in Me. Why? Because you only thrive planted in My house, it is the atmosphere you were made for. You see, I created you in My image from My very breath so I am your dwelling place where you thrive and when you leave your proper habitat you are like a fish out of water. You die. You can only find the rest, the joy, the peace you are looking for in Me. Connected to Me. Plugged in to your source.
And you were made from love, in love and by love. So you will not be happy if you are not walking in love and living in love. And love finds joy in giving. And joy in giving brings joy in living. I love a cheerful giver, for that is what I am.
Love causes you to give. I so loved the world I gave My only begotten Son to you to redeem you back from the slavery to sin and death by paying for the eternal life you lost with His own life. If you but knew the gift of God! And I give you My Spirit. And it pleases Me to give you My Kingdom. Note that it “pleases” Me to give you everything I have. A true father loves to give good gifts to His children. It is not a burden to give to those you love.
There is no lasting joy in sin. The joy of sin is fleeting, it ends in death to you and those around you who share your life. Adam and Eve learned that. It ended in toil, violence and death.
The joy that remains comes from a life of virtue. And I can give that to you if you connect yourself with Me, if you give your life to Me.
You can live a life better than a fairy tale. Fairy tales appeal to people because they are filled with the impossible—with signs, wonders and magic. In them, people find true love and lasting happiness (living happily ever after). They are delivered from evil. And have you ever noticed they are usually about royalty? Princes and princesses, kings and queens, shining knights and lovely ladies!
The good news is you do not need an imaginary fairy tale to have a life filled with those same characteristics! If you have taken Jesus as your Lord and become My child you have entered a royal blood line, you are kings and priests—a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people set apart! You rule and reign with Him in this life and the next. Romans 5:17; Revelation 22:5. You are the heir of the King that owns the earth and the fullness thereof, as well as the entire universe and Heaven itself! And if you live a life of love and faith in Me your life can be filled with signs, wonders and miracles. By My power in you, you can do the works that Jesus did and greater. And He healed the sick, raised the dead, gave sight to the blind, multiplied bread, turned water into wine, walked on water, and took money out of the mouth of a fish! Talk about joy unspeakable filled with glory!
You can live your own fairy tale where you slay dragons (Satan and his demons), move mountains, find true love and joy, ride with Jesus on flying white horses, taking flight on the wings of the wind, and live happily ever after if you are willing to come to Me and abide in My love. And it will not be fiction but reality that never ends.
When you abide in My love by remaining in My Word—you may ask what you will and it shall be done for you. And your joy will be full. John 15:7-11.
Yes, you can live a life better than any fairy tale by living through Me, with Me and in Me.
But in order to live that life you must walk in love and live from the inside out. For the first force of My power in you is love.
On your own, from the outside, you cannot live in love for everyone. But love does not come from the outside based on how others treat you. True love is like My love, it comes from the inside. It is who I am. And that is the way I give it to you—from the inside. I pour My love into your hearts by My Holy Spirit, so that filled with My love for you, it overflows out to those around you. Romans 5:5.
When you submit to the jurisdiction of My Kingdom, I take your dead spirit, your stony heart, and give you a living spirit, a heart of flesh, and I pour My Spirit into yours and we become one spirit forever. I write My law in your heart, which is the law of love, and you become a love letter to the world. You speak My Words to the world. And My Words are all sweetness and light.
When you join with Me by taking My Son as your Lord you become partakers of My divine nature and My nature is love, light and joy. My Kingdom is a Kingdom of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
You can have your joy back. Joy unspeakable and filled with glory. Your life can be a joy. Joy in giving yourself to Me makes joy in living.
Connect to Me and you will be connected to the source of light, love, and joy and the more you give yourself to Me the more joyful you will become with a joy no one can take from you.
And the more you give yourself to Me, the more blessed you will find yourself, and suddenly you will reach out and bless the whole world. Just like faithful Abraham. He was not afraid to give his life to Me and walk with Me. And what a wonderful way it all turned out! Blessed to be a blessing. Genesis 12:1-3.
And Jesus won you the blessing of Abraham and the promise of the Spirit by faith. What a wonderful life I have prepared for you in advance that you might live it. Ephesians 2:10; Jeremiah 29:11. It is better than the best fairy tale you ever read. And it can be your reality.
I love you. Love is stronger than death. Love never fails. Come live in the light of My love. It is not hard to give yourself to love.
