Therefore, putting aside all filthiness and all that remains of wickedness, in humility receive the word implanted, which is able to save your souls. James 1:21.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
Everything works together in accordance with My Word and My Word is truth. The truth sets you apart from the profane as sanctified. The truth is free from deception. And to walk in oneness with Me you must walk in the truth for there is no deception in Me.
He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, to love lovingkindness, and to walk humbly with your God? Micah 6:8.
Walking humbly with Me is walking in oneness with My Word. I am My Word and My Word is living and working and stepped off the page, came deep out of My bosom, and took on human flesh to dwell among you as one like you but in perfect oneness with Me.
Jesus was humble. Why? He only spoke the truth. He only spoke My Words because He knew in them was eternal life. He only did the truth, which were My works that I showed Him.
Pride is deception. It is thinking more highly of yourself than you ought. It is exalting the branch above the vine.
I am the sower of seed, Jezreel, and I sow My Word into hearts. Proud hearts are hardened with deception and they cannot receive My implanted Word, it cannot take root in them for they reject it, but humble hearts are rich soil and they can receive My saving Word, cultivate and grow it to harvest. And walking in truth in oneness with Me puts you in oneness with all creation, which is made by and for My Word, is sustained by My Word and lives because of My Word. When you are walking in accordance with My Word alone the heavens and the earth respond to you and produce for you as you produce attached to Me. When you act against My Word and subject creation to corruption, it will fight against you and yield thorns and thistles in a barren and forsaken land.
When you are humbly walking together with Me in truth, all things (all creation) will work together for good, that is, good for those who love Me (which I define as those who keep My Word) and are called according to the purpose (to be love, to walk in fellowship and partnership as one with Me, and to be fruitful with the fruit of the Spirit doing the good works I prepared for you in Christ). But if you fight against and resist My Word you will break that unity with Me, the source, and all that I have created for you, and creation will resist you and fight to vomit you out.
Let us consider this a little deeper. Humility goes deep down into the soul because it is of the spirit and not of the flesh.
We will turn to chapter 2 of Hosea. Though I had blessed My people with abundance they turned their backs to Me and not their faces and took the abundance and gave it to idols and evil celebrations. They no longer walked in truth in love. And the land rebelled against them. That which had produced abundantly now closed off its production.
“For she does not know that it was I who gave her the grain, the new wine and the oil, and lavished on her silver and gold, which they used for Baal. Therefore, I will take back My grain at harvest time and My new wine in its season. I will also take away My wool and My flax.” Hosea 2:8-9.
My people forgot Me and went after other gods. But there is no other. But when all was gone they listened.
“Therefore, behold, I will allure her, bring her into the wilderness and speak kindly to her. Then I will give her her vineyards from there, and the valley of Achor as a door of hope. And she will sing there as in the days of her youth, as in the day when she came up from the land of Egypt. “It will come about in that day,” declares the LORD, “That you will call Me “Ishi” and will no longer call Me Baali. For I will remove the names of the Baals from her mouth, so that they will be mentioned by their names no more.” Hosea 2:14-17.
Coming aside with Me and humbling yourself to receive and to sing in your valley of trouble, turns that dark valley into a door of hope opening to your promised land. And as you respond to Me I can respond to you and make you one with Me in that everlasting Covenant of love. And for you, I will put all creation at your disposal in that Covenant, for as Jesus is so are you in this world.
In that day I will also make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, the birds of the sky
And the creeping things of the ground. And I will abolish the bow, the sword and war from the land, and will make them lie down in safety. I will betroth you to Me forever; yes, I will betroth you to Me in righteousness and in justice, in lovingkindness and in compassion, and I will betroth you to Me in faithfulness. Then you will know the LORD. “It will come about in that day that I will respond,” declares the LORD. “I will respond to the heavens, and they will respond to the earth, and the earth will respond to the grain, to the new wine and to the oil, And they will respond to Jezreel (God who sows seed). I will sow her for Myself in the land. I will also have compassion on her who had not obtained compassion, and I will say to those who were not My people, ‘You are My people!’ And they will say, ‘You are my God!’” Hosea 2:18-23.
As the new attitude took hold and they returned to Me in song, I spoke a covenant on their behalf to all creation for their perfect protection and provision. I spoke to the heavens and they sent showers to the earth. I responded in oneness, betrothing you and espousing you to Me forever, and the earth responded to the grain, the wine and the oil to overflowing abundance in the My house.
Jesus, when He took flesh and humbled Himself to be of human estate, never wavered from the truth, thus He was humble, not feigned humility but the real humility that knows Me and knows who you are in yourself and in Me. When people were amazed at His teachings and at His consistent and astounding miracles He responded to them neither in pride nor in feigned humility, He just told them how He did what He did.
Therefore Jesus answered and was saying to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, unless it is something He sees the Father doing; for whatever the Father does, these things the Son also does in like manner. For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself is doing; and the Father will show Him greater works than these, so that you will marvel. John 5:19-20.
Not by your own power and might, but by My Spirit in you and on you. You can do all things in Me for as you walk in My Word with Me with no hindrance or resistance of pride you become the truth and that is eternal life. It is all about returning to Me. You must return but I never left you. It was you who left Me. It is time to come home and there is only one way to come: with humility. The younger son came home to the father humbly and the father ran to lavish him with grace and reinstate him as son and heir. But the elder son criticized and chastised the father, never understanding that the problem was not the father, but his lack of knowing what was his and how to receive it.
But Jesus answered, “I tell you, if these become silent, the stones will cry out!” Luke 19:40.
I love you. You are with Me always and all I have is yours and all creation will keep you cradled in the blessing if you will walk humbly in the truth that has the power to save you souls. You were made in Me to be one with Me and other believers. You are not the head but you have the head for you have the mind of Christ available to you. Know your source and it is not you, the world, the flesh or the devil. Your source is Me, everlasting love.
