But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life. Jude 1:20-21.
Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:
I think in love, I talk in love, and I walk in love. I can be no other way for I am love. It is who I am to the core. It is My nature. Everything else is foreign to Me and cannot enter Me or My Kingdom. My thoughts, words and actions reflect who I AM and I can be no other way.
You are made in My image and according to My likeness so it should be the same with you.
There was one problem, however, and that was that Adam walked away from the light and went into the darkness and snuffed out the light that was My life in you. His thoughts, words, and actions became evil. All done in the dark.
Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great on the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. The LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. Genesis 6:5-6.
It grieved Me but it did not stop Me from drawing you back into Me. I knew how I could get the light back in. Yes, Jesus. Love always finds a way. Love never fails.
And the way I found was the way of the everlasting Covenant of love. I would send a second Adam born from above without sin and an eternal life to offer in the flesh for the one Adam had murdered and lost. I Myself would pay the judgment you owed Me by the offering of My Son (I Myself provided the Lamb for the burnt offering, Genesis 22:8) and I would put you in Him so that when He died for your sins once for all, you died to sin with Him, and when I raised Him up justified, I raised you with Him, having forgiven all your sins and made you righteous with My own righteousness in Him.
All the paths of the LORD are lovingkindness and truth to those who keep His covenant and His testimonies. For Your name’s sake, O LORD, pardon my iniquity, for it is great. Psalm 25:10-11.
You have been redeemed by His blood, judgment paid and sentence satisfied and all you have to do is abide in My love to become love again.
“I have wiped out your transgressions like a thick cloud and your sins like a heavy mist. Return to Me, for I have redeemed you.” Isaiah 44:22.
How do you abide in love when you are still in a fallen world with a redeemed spirit but the same soul and body you had before you were born again from above until Jesus returns the second time? There are four things you must do to become love in all you are and do to the very core again: (i) Receive all Jesus has done for you and be born again from above by believing your heart I raised Him from the dead and taking Him as your Lord by confessing Him as such with your mouth; (ii) Receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, (iii) Renew your mind (soul and flesh) in My Word so that your spirit takes dominion over your soul and body so you can walk in the truth in light; and (iv) Get and keep getting filled with the Holy Spirit within and without so that you keep yourself in love.
But you, beloved, ought to remember the words that were spoken beforehand by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ, that they were saying to you, “In the last time there will be mockers, following after their own ungodly lusts.” These are the ones who cause divisions, worldly-minded, devoid of the Spirit. But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life. Jude 1:17-21.
And abiding in My love is the most wonderful, perfectly protected and divinely connected place to be.
Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love. John 15:9.
It is true that Jesus is God and that He became man to save you as one like you. In becoming man, He set aside His powers as God and operated as you do in the word—by My Spirit in and upon you and in My Name. And all His years on earth and abided in My love so He could hear and see the works to do each day. How did He abide in My love for that is your key as well, for as He is so are you in this world.
If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full. John 15:10-11.
Earlier, Jesus had told them He is the vine and you are the branches and by abiding in Him you bear fruit, much fruit. And you see how you remain in the vine to bear fruit is by keeping His commandments, just as He abided in My love while He sojourned on the earth as one among you by keeping My commandments. What are His commandments? They are commandments for you as believers in Him, for when you take Him as Lord you are in a special place of protection and predilection for I see you in Christ.
“This is My commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends. You are My friends if you do what I command you. No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you. You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you. This I command you, that you love one another.” John 15:12-17.
And My beloved apostle John summed it up for you:
This is His commandment, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us. The one who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. We know by this that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us. 1 John 3:23-24.
This new commandment governs relationships in the Body of Christ, the Church. You must do good to all men but I am especially looking to see how you treat the members of the Body.
Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary. So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith. Galatians 6:9-10.
They are your brothers and sisters in Christ, in the Body, the Church. It matters how you treat the members of your church and of all churches that are members of the Body because they believe in the Name of Jesus as Lord, that is, as My Son, as true God and true Man. Son of God and Son of Man. Where the Lamb is, where the Head of the Body is, so there is the Church. Those who do not believe in the divinity and humanity of Jesus are not members of His Body. Be careful in what house you plant your life. Make sure it is Mine and not that of the antichrist.
For he who eats and drinks, eats and drinks judgment to himself if he does not judge the body rightly. For this reason many among you are weak and sick, and a number sleep (physical death). 1 Corinthians 11:29-30.
You remain in My love by remaining in My Word and Jesus is My Word made flesh and when you receive Him as Lord by believing in the good news of your salvation, I seal you in Him by the Holy Spirit and you have the possession of redemption, not only of your spirit, which has already been redeemed in Christ, but also of your soul and body. Ephesians 1:13-14.
If you continue, abide, and remain in My Word you are truly My disciples and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free. And that is the truth of My love for you and your love for Me and one another made possible because when you are born again Jesus pours My Holy Spirit down upon you from the throne of grace and I pour My love into your heart by that gift of the Holy Spirit. Within you is POWER enough to heal everyone you come in contact with, to raise the dead, to take down mountains of opposition raised as strongholds in the minds and hearts of those who do not believe by the evil one who has blinded their minds to the glory of the Kingdom, shining on the Face of Christ, and to tread on every evil planned against you by the adversary, the devil.
If you get full of My Word you should be walking in love. For I am My Word and I am love. So My Word is love. A love letter I have written in your hearts. For in being born again, I have removed your stony hearts and given you living hearts that have My spirit within them and I have written My law of love on your hearts. Help Me by thinking, saying and doing My Words for this will engrave them on the tablet of your heart so that they become your way of being to your very core. The more you hear and understand My Words, the more like Me you become.
Abide in My love by keeping My commandments and My commandments are not burdensome.
Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him. He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father’s who sent Me. John 14:23-24.
But keeping yourself in My love is not so much about your loving Me, but My love for you. When you know and believe in the love I have for you it is then you can keep yourself in My love and not look elsewhere or find serving Me burdensome. It is My love that fuels your desire to please Me because I am so pleased with you.
By this the love of God was manifested]in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 1 John 4:9-10.
I love you so much that I came down in My Son to save you and reconcile you to Myself by making you holy, blameless and beyond reproach before Me, having made peace between us by the blood of His cross. I gave you My Son so all who believe in Him will have eternal life and never perish, will I not give you all things besides? Live on in My love. Not yours. Mine. I have more than enough to fill everyone and everything with love if you will just open your heart and receive. Let Me enlarge your heart. It is a joy to live love and to be love to all who need help.
I love being love. And so will you. See everything through My eyes, which are eyes of love, and your days and your nights will be sweet. You keep yourself in love by being filled with My Holy Spirit. He is love, we are One, and when He fills you there is no room for anything else but love. Keep up joyful songs of praise, sing hymns, psalms and spiritual songs. Love saves, love forgives, love gives and love sings.
The LORD your God in your midst, the Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.” Zephaniah 3:17.
I love you. How do you keep yourself in My love? By keeping your eyes on Me because I am looking at you with love. I have turned your mourning into dancing. Or haven’t you noticed?
Come back, come back, O Shulammite; come back, come back, that we may gaze at you!” “Why should you gaze at the Shulammite, as at the dance of the two companies?” Song of Songs 6:13.
“Hear, O LORD, and be gracious to me; O LORD, be my helper. You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have loosed my sackcloth and girded me with gladness, that my soul may sing praise to You and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks to You forever.” Psalm 30:10-12.
And so it was, that when the bearers of the ark of the LORD had gone six paces, he sacrificed an ox and a fatling. And David was dancing before the LORD with all his might, and David was wearing a linen ephod. So David and all the house of Israel were bringing up the ark of the LORD with shouting and the sound of the trumpet. 2 Samuel 6:13-15.
