Work out your salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure. Philippians 2:12-13.

Today your LORD (יהוה) God (אלהים) says:

I favor and honor you with a plan uniquely crafted for your life that you have the joy of living and fulfilling.

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them. Ephesians 2:10.

When I blessed you to be fruitful from the start I prepared your path to victory and empowered you by My Spirit to walk it out with Me. Let Me work in and with you so you can live it out through Me.

So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who is at work (energeó (ἐνεργέω): to work, to be active, to be effective) in you, both to will and to work for (hypér (ὑπέρ) “exceeding, abundantly beyond” is usually best translated “for the betterment (advantage) of,” i.e. focusing on benefit)  His good pleasure (eudokia (εὐδοκία): goodwill, pleasure, favor, desire, delight). Philippians 2:12-13.

Do not try to do everything by your own efforts in the flesh. That just does not work to change you into the new creation I make you in Christ. But even once you have been born again as a new creation, you need to learn how to cast your care on Me. That means, let Me go to work in you to solve what is going on around you that is troubling you. If you are troubled in and by yourself, it is time to give it over to Me to deal with it in you so that as I work to will and to work in you, you walk it out in the world. Know that once you give your care to Me, I am working on it in you and the others involved.

For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect (epiteleó (ἐπιτελέω): to complete, to accomplish, to perfect, to finish) it until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6.

If you let Me keep working and do not draw it back, I can bring it to complete perfection.

Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass. 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24.

Let Me work in you and others to work all things, all the parts that make up the whole, together for the good of you who love Me and are called according to the purpose for which I created you. Let Me steer your life with you, WITH you, by My Spirit in you. Do not grab the helm away from Me but do not take a seat in the back and abandon the helm to Me either, we do it together.

In the same way the Spirit also helps (sunantilambanomai (συναντιλαμβάνομαι): portrays vigorous, personal assistance—two parties taking hold of a task from opposite sides so the burden is jointly carried. The idea implies more than sympathy; it describes active, shoulder-to-shoulder participation that transforms toil into shared labor) our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that God causes all things to work together for good for those loving God, to those who are called according to His purpose (prothesis (πρόθεσις): purpose, setting forth, plan, intention, a setting forth in advance for a specific purpose, God’s eternal intention, conceived before time and carried out in Christ). Romans 8:26-28.

But why is it that some start well but it does not work out well? Like the Egyptians I redeemed out of slavery in Egypt to whom I promised the good and spacious land filled with good things for them, but they never received what I had promised. Why? A faith failure. The connection was lost and they backed off and refused to receive My promise.

For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised. For yet in a very little while, He who is coming will come, and will not delay. But My righteous one shall live by faith; and if he shrinks back, My soul has no pleasure in him. But we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the preserving of the soul. Hebrews 10:36-39.

Why did they back off and not enter after all the miracles I had done to get them to the entrance to the wondrous land? When they looked at the giants and the fortified cities, they did not look at Me, that is, My Word to them and My works with which I backed it up, instead, they looked at themselves and their own ability in the flesh. And of themselves they could not. But I was not asking them to do it of themselves but to go forward and follow My Word just as I had instructed them at the parting of the Red Sea.

But Moses said to the people, “Do not fear! Stand by and see the salvation of the LORD which He will accomplish for you today; for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see them again forever. The LORD will fight for you while you keep silent.” Then the LORD said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to Me? Tell the sons of Israel to go forward. As for you, lift up your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it, and the sons of Israel shall go through the midst of the sea on dry land. Exodus 14:13-16.

Remember what Jesus prayed for Peter? And if Jesus told you what to pay for faith failures, which happened to Peter, you should pray it over yourself and others for it is the secret to overcoming victory.

“Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has demanded permission to sift you like wheat; but I have prayed for you, that your faith may not fail; and you, when once you have turned again, strengthen your brothers.” But he said to Him, “Lord, with You I am ready to go both to prison and to death!” And He said, “I say to you, Peter, the rooster will not crow today until you have denied three times that you know Me.” Luke 22:31-34.

When Peter tried to undertake this in the flesh, he failed. He did not pray with Jesus in the garden of Gethsemane:

And He came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, “So, you men could not keep watch with Me for one hour? Keep watching and praying that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” Matthew 26:40-41.

If you think that you must do things on your own strength, then troubles, trials, the things that happen in this fallen world, the devil is still working as ruler of the world, will become a tremendous burden that you must bear. But you cannot bear them on your own. Peter found this out and he received the answer from Me:

God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time, casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by your brethren who are in the world. After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish you. To Him be dominion forever and ever. Amen. 1 Peter 5:5-11.

I do not want you to bear burdens alone. Let Me handle them as you walk together with Me through that dark valley you got yourself into, but remember it is only the shadow of death there.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. Psalm 23:4.

My Son conquered death and brought you all to new life, a shadow never hurt anyone.

“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30.

Never bear the burdens of life alone. You are Mine and I am yours. Cast your cares on Me because I care for you.

The things that you carry are burdensome, a load for the weary. They stooped over, they have bowed down together; they could not rescue the burden, but have themselves gone into captivity. “Listen to Me, O house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, you who have been borne by Me from birth and have been carried from the womb; even to your old age I will be the same, and even to your graying years I will bear you! I have done it, and I will carry you; and I will bear you and I will deliver you. Isaiah 46:1-4.

In Christ, the anointed One, your Messiah and Lord, I have anointed you with the same anointing that is upon Him making Him a priest forever according to the Order of Melchizedek. And that is the oil of joy, My joy is your strength, and that is why the anointing lifts the burden and destroys the yoke.

The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, upon them a light has shined. You have multiplied the nation and increased its joy; they rejoice before You according to the joy of harvest, as men rejoice when they divide the spoil. For You have broken the yoke of his burden and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, as in the day of Midian. For every warrior’s sandal from the noisy battle, and garments rolled in blood, will be used for burning and fuel of fire. For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, God Hero, Father Forever, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end. Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. Isaiah 9:2-7.

I love you. Jesus told you I am always working and He is working as well. My Words are not idle words, they are your very life, breath, and being. And do you know where we are working? In you.

The spirit of man is the lamp of the LORD, searching all the innermost parts of his being. Proverbs 20:27.
